The gentleman who came out to service a shower faucet was very knowledgeable and he explained to us on what was wrong with the faucet. They did not charge anything extra for the trip charge and was accurate on the time they spent. I was a bit unsure if they would just waste the 2 hours and try to charge me extra time, but that is not the case. He came right on time and did not waste a minute and fixed the issue within the 2 hours, we had to spend just a little bit on parts but to me it is negligible. I will definitely recommend such a deal to folks even if you don't have a plumbing issue, just buy them and keep them for future use. They come in very handy, the last thing you want to do is flip through angies list or yellow pages in the last minute. Some companies charge a lot and they have a minimum charge.

Scheduling was easy and they were able to hit both of my properties back to back. First my rental and then my residence. It was wolcoming to have the tech arrive at my residence and give me nothing but great news about the rental unit. He made me comfortable that he was going to to a complete inspection and only recommend things that are truly needed. The tech inspected the attic unit first and was very detailed. He identified a few possible upgrades/improvements but nothing that was being pushed as required now. We then headed otuside to check the exterior unit. He cleaned everything and helped me level the unit for better performance. Again, he pointed out areas to watch but said everything was fine. While we were discussing the unit and some airflow issues, he offered to go back into the ttic to check things out. He identified a damper that was closed that should not have been and corrected it. When leaving, he provided a clear writen proposal for the recommendations. I will certainly take these into consideration and contact Force should I decide to move forward. I will recommend them to friends and family if anyone needs HVAC work. (I think they do plumbing too!)

Services bough through an Angie's List Big Deal, Randy of Force Home Service replaced a dripping hose bib, a leaky toilet flapper, replaced a pvc 45 in attic and regreased packing on rear hose bib. Very courteous throughout repairs. Explained work being done inside and outside of home.

It was a great experience in every way. The master plumber, David,was gracious and professional and extremely helpful, fixing leaks and repairing several pipes and fittings.

It was good except when I asked about an additional service (cleaning the air conditioner filter) you could tell he was not interested.

The repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Although the Big Deal purchased entitled me to two hours of plumber services, it was all completed in about one hour. He also gave good advice for other plumbing things that I asked him about.

Force Home Services did a professional job. They were on time, were professional, and did a quality job. They arrived on time. I discussed exactly what was needed. The plumber went to work. He removed the existing toilets, unpackaged the new ones, and did the install. With one of the toilets, the flange was low and we needed a larger collar, which he had at a reasonable price. He also shimmed the toilet to make it level. Great communication throughout the process. It took longer than the coupon time and he charged a reasonable fee for the overage. I've done this myself in the past, and it is a real pain. I knew what needed to be done, and he did exactly what I expected. I would use them again.

Demone came out on a Wednesday and made a complete inspection of our heat pump. As I suspected, there were some serious problems with the unit as it had not been maintained properly. He made a list of recommendations as to the work required and we sat down together and decided on the ones that I felt were needed immediately. On Friday he returned with the correct filters and cleaned the indoor coil plus the drain line. The unit was filthy due to a previous service man using the wrong filter, which was collapsed in the unit, allowing the coil and blower to become clogged with dirt. I am most pleased with Force Home Service and Demone. Demone gave me several options as to filtration for the future and solid recommendations.

Extremely helpful. I called and they came immediately. Very professional, great price, friendly, go the extra mile for their customers. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely use them again.

I called their office to ask for an estimate to replace my garbage disposal. David called back within an hour and we made an appointment for the next day. He called before coming and replaced the disposal within an hour. He also helped me with a couple of minor plumbing dilemmas that I had been working on. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and I would hire him again.

The service person tried every possible to make it work, but they're just was not room. Rather than being upset he was very apologetic. He came a long way for nothing , but was cheerful the whole time. It was impressive

We called them because there was a mysterious tiny amount of water in the middle of the kitchen floor (really minimal - only if you stepped on the edge of a tile did you get a little damp). They came out and determined that the water supply line - which was a copper line running from the sink across the room through all of the cabinets to the fridge. They replaced it with PVC-like flexible plastic tubing. The work got done quickly. The only tiny concern I have is with the price, but maybe it was appropriate for the amount of time spent.

Randy arrived right on time. He went right to work explaining what needed to be done and provided the cost of the parts needed. He was professional and friendly. I would definetly recommend Force Home Services.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the plumber who came out to work on my kitchen sink. When I answered the door the first thing he did was put covers over his shoes so that my floors were not affected by whatever might be on them. Then he came in and assessed the situation and gave me an estimate of how much it would be for him to do everything I wanted done. No surprise charges by the end of it. After I told him I wanted him to do everything at that price, he got to work. I sat at the kitchen table studying most of the time he was working so he could tell me what was going on as it was happening. He had to leave at one point to go get parts and at that point I left as well but according to my husband who was present during the rest of the work, he did an excellent job in finishing the work and explaining everything he had done.

Very pleased with the overall experience.

It was a fine experience. I didn't have any issues. The only thing that concerned me a little bit. I had him come and check the gas hook up for the fireplace or the gas hook up on our porch for the grill. I felt that he didn't check the gas lines as thorough as it should have been. However with the plumbing work went fine.

Contacted the company to schedule repair. They arranged for a plumber to come to our home the next day. David Miller, called prior to arrival. In fact he pulled in front of our house the exact time scheduled. Requirements were quickly assessed; and, work completed in a professional and efficient.manner. During the entire time, completing the necessary tasks, David Miller was courteous and friendly..Force Home Services did a terrific job from answering the phone thru the completion of the job. Would recommend...and use them again..

Great experience. I had a few minor plumbing issues that I waited and used a 2 hour coupon. The plumber that handled the call came on time, was professional and addressed all my issues.

This is the 3rd and final plumber I called for emergency service to replace an outdoor spigot that was sheared off in an auto collision related incident in my back yard on a Friday afternoon. They responded quickly and professionally. The spigot was replaced and the water turned back on before dusk.

I discovered water in a corner of the master bedroom (about a 12'x5' area soaked through the carpet and padding) on the previous Sunday. I tried to engage another company (the contractor assigned to my insurance claim on 12/20/12), but when they finally came out to look at it Tuesday they stated it couldn't possibly be related to my claim and did NOTHING! So, I called Force Home Services since my experience on 12/21/2012 was positive and their plumber was familiar with my claim. Wednesday: He had to cut into the wall in 2 places (1st where the paint was blistering to track down the source, 2nd where the actual breakage was). He didn't have all the parts he needed, so he had to return Thursday morning to complete the repairs. And, he explained that it most definitely is related to my claim since 1) the breakage was recent (clean - w/no calcium build up) and 2) clearly due to abrupt and traumatic movement of a stud through which the PVC leading into the T-junction ran too tightly. The insurance company agreed, and covered this repair as well as water extraction services performed by another company. Unfortunately, there are still holes in the wall and a large section of carpet padding is missing. But, that is for another review of the other company.

I was connested to David. I explained what was happening with my furnace. I told him who I was, my address, etc.. He told me he would have a technician call me back at my number in 15 minutes or less. An hour later I called back and asked what was up, nobody had called me. He replied in a very sarcastic manor that "he is on a job and he cant call you until he is done! He has your information!" I asked if he had any idea how long it would be and got more smart mouth from him so I hung up. About 15 minutes later another guy called me back and said they dont service my area. I dont know what happened to this place but they used to take care of their customers. Steer clear f these guys. Don't waste your time. In response to their inaccurate response: I was told by David, who answered the phone, that they would repair my furnace that day with no mention that they don't service this area. They DO service this area, or they have their employees drive company vehicles thru these two subdivisions regularly. Notice no mention was made about the sarcastic, snide, and overall inappropriate way I was talked to upon calling back to see why no one had called me as I was told they would. If it was true they don't service this area ( less than 6 miles from their office) why would you leave someone just hanging without a call back out of courtesy? You have to actually obtain a customer in order to have one to work with that is a priority. Again, no apology for the attitude and behavior I was treated to, just a diversionary statement. Like I said, look elsewhere for professionals, because there aren't any here.

The technician arrived on time and installed the new thermostat. I asked him to change the filter while he was inspecting the unit which he did. He had to leave and pick up the circuit board, then returned and installed it. I really appreciate the customer service this company provides. They are quick to respond to questions/concerns and appear to be committed to quality. In retrospect I noticed that they give a senior discount of 10% which, in the long run, I would have preferred to the 15% which the purchase of the service plan allows. But I can't fault them for my failure to read carefully and inquire about their policies beforehand.

He did everything i wanted, and was very professional and nice.
