Overall, I was disappointed in the service I received. When I called to make the appointment, I was told a technician would arrive between 9-930am. However, at 945 the technician called to say he was leaving the office and didn't arrive at my home until 1045am without an apology for his tardiness. He was friendly and went right to work installing the carbon monoxide detector. He then checked my furnace for any trouble signs. Upon completion he gave me an estimate for repairs and left. I feel like his tune up was really more of an inspection, so the package I purchased was misleading. Also the battery he installed in the detector died less than a week later. Once I changed the battery, it never worked again. The carbon monoxide detector was included in the package price I paid. Considering they couldn't give me a carbon monoxide detector that worked, I didn't have much faith in any of the other services they might provide. Which is unfortunate for them, because I ended up replacing the full unit and doing some duct work with another company just a few weeks later.

This was beyond expected service and we really appreciated it. We would recommend Force Home Services.

Everything about the service was pleasant, on time, and efficient. Randy came out on the designated day/time and gave me an estimate. At first I was hesitant because there was a charge for this, but I was told upfront about it and agreed to it ... and it turned out to be WELL WORTH IT. They saved me OVER $1200 from the 'free estimate' I had received the prior week from a different company. The estimate was only for the labor since I had already purchased all the necessary fixtures. They worked me into the schedule quickly, which made me very happy. They showed up on the agreed date/time, performed the work professionally and efficiently, and cleaned up their mess when they were finished. I would highly recommend Randy and Force Home Services ... as a matter of fact, I have them coming back out soon to do more work when my other fixtures are delivered!

Randy arrived on time and replaced the faucet, shut off valves and pea trap. He also told us how to easily fix our broken tub drain with and inexpensive part rather than having him change out the whole thing.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. I didn’t spend anything more than the big deal amount. He was great and I have no complaints with him. He came in and he answered all my questions.

He called prior to his arrival to notify me that he was on his way. Upon arrival he checked the toilet workings in the tank and examined all my faucets - some of which had minor leaking from around the bases and handles. We talked about the feasability of adding a spray to an existing shower head. He offered to get the parts I would need but I am not ready to make the change at this time. If I decide, I will do so at another time. He informed me that replacing the gasket in the toilet tank would fix my dripping problem but I asked that he just change the whole flushing apparatus to hopefully extend its'life. He then checked 3 sink faucets and 2 tub faucets and changed O Rings where needed and tightened each of the faucet parts where needed. He was pleasant, performing the tasks quickly and conscientiously.

This is a tough one. The company was very professional, and came out as scheduled. I had purchased a new double vanity that required 2 new faucets installed. The gentleman that hooked up all the plumbing stated that the piece that controls the stopper would need to have a hole drilled in the granite in order for it to open and close the stopper in the sink. I told him to go ahead with everything else and I would deal with it later. Since then, I had someone else out, and they informed me that he installed the washer incorrectly, and that is why the stopper would not open and close. Needless to say.... I have to pay someone else to fix that issue.

Great. No problems to report. I certainly would use these guys again in the future.

We had Force Home Services come and replace an outside faucet. They arrived on time and acted professionally. The price was very reasonable and now I finally have an outside faucet that doesn't continuously leak. I just wish I had contacted them sooner! Would definitely do business with them again.

We were very pleased with his work.

It went just great and I could not be more pleased. I contacted FHS by email to schedule the work and ask for a specific day. Teri set me up on that day and Randy showed up right on time -- actually they called and asked if Randy could come a little earlier which worked fine for me being retired. I had the water cut off so Randy could start right to work. (I wanted to get as much done in 2-hours as I could.) We walked the job and I told Randy what I wanted done and then he got right to work. He even tolerated all those annoying questions service folks hate. <:) Randy changed rubbers in four faucets, installed a repair kit in two Delta faucets, put packing in three faucets, unclogged one drain and answered all my questions all in 1hour and 15-minutes. I consider that excelled service. He checked to make sure all the leaks were fixed and the drain was flowing good, and wore coverings on his shoes when in the house. Since Randy fixed everything I needed fixing, I released him to go make another customer's day. You could not ask for better service.

It went very well overall. A bit confusion at first. Company sent the plumber instead of the A/C technician. However they corrected this quickly and sent the A/C tech immediately. Make sure you verify with them which service you are requesting.

It was great experience, Randy from Force home Services arrived on time, fixed the leak problem under the kitchen sink, and installed two faucets. I couldn't be happier.

My air ducts were the primary causes of my system's inefficiency, especially in the summer. The insulation for the duct work was very old and coming off of the ducts. The technician suggested all 11 ducts be replaced. I knew that I either needed to replace them, pay to have them rewrapped or rewrap them myself. I had already viewed another deal with a different company on Angie's list for rewrapping of duct work. The price to have ducts rewrapped by the other company was more than the price to completely replace the ducts with Force Hom Services! Needless to say, I decided to have the ducts replaced. I was able to schedule an appointment for the replacement work for the very next day. The team to replace the ducts arrived the next morning about 10 minutes early. I really appreciated their early arrival because I had a doctor's appointment an hour away and needed them to arrive early so I could make my appointment on time. The two technicians worked from 7:45am until after 5:00pm. I climbed into the attic after the work was done and one of technicians explained what they had done. I then paid and they were on their way. The very same day, I noticed the hot rooms in the house were considerably cooler and the A/C did not have to run very much in order to cool the entire house. I am very pleased with Force Home Services. I signed up for their yearly A/C maintenance plan and will continue to use them in the future. The technicians are professional, punctual and efficient. I'm glad I bought this Angie's List deal and I look forward to saving money on future heating/cooling bills.

Called before arriving. Arrived on time. Courteous technician. Listened to my concerns and took care of them. Checked both AC/heating units--including electrical.. Cleaned the outside unit. Balanced air flow. I will definitely have them back. Could not have asked for a better deal or a better company!

Their pricing is set up on a per item basis..and the pricing is way too high considering the work I needed done. I would rather use a plumber who charges by the hour or at least at a rate that lines up with the amount of work required. I ended up just doing a lot of the work myself because of the high rates. Ex. Just to clean out the shower spout (takes about 5 minutes to do), they charge $89. On the other hand, the plumber who came out was on time, very professional, and did quality work. My only complaint is on the pricing.

They were scheduled to come out between 8AM and 10AM. David the plumber called at 8:20AM and said he would be here at 9AM. David showed up at 9AM sharp. He introduced himself and immediately put on shoe covers so he didn't track in any dirt. I bought the $55 coupon that was good for $155 in services. I'm always skeptical of "service coupons" but he had a price list for the service and it only cost me an additional $45! I felt it was a very fair price for the work he did! It only took him thirty minutes. Thank you David and Force Home Services! I appreciate Angie's List hooking us up with a plumbing service. We know who to call next time!

Force Home Services came to my rescue! I had a clogged kitchen sink and the dishes were piling up. I emailed them last night and they contacted me first thing this morning and arranged for an appointment this afternoon. David was extremely pleasant and professional. He called in advance to provide a estimate of his arrival time and was punctual. He successfully identified and solved the problem within a short time period and took the time to answer questions, provide suggestions on things to watch for in the future, etc. I would absolutely use them again...I wish all of my service providers were so efficient and knowledgable!

Arrived as scheduled. Checked and serviced the units as needed. The acs work great.
