It went pretty good. When they were there, they found a leak in the coil of my air conditioning in my attic. I did have to pay another $135 for a service fee for that. We had two units which were $50 a piece. The service part was good. They were on time. The only thing I would say that was negative about them was that he said he would follow-up on the replacement of the coil. It might still be under warranty and he would find out and he will give me a call but he never did. I ended up going to the people where we purchased the house. We ended up having the company who originally installed the unit handle it. We paid for the labor. The unit that they had replaced was under warranty. The other guy who came out from Force Home Services never called back nor gave us information on whether it was under warranty or not. They were pretty professional.

The plumber was very nice and professional. He quickly did the work and cleaned up any mess.

It turned out good. The guy was really great. It was at the end of the day but it was an emergency. He extended his day super late. He was incredibly helpful. He was really, really so nice for going through all the extra troubles to take care of my bad day. His prices were good and he was honest. I would totally use him again.

It was fine, no problems. They showed up at their appointment time and took care of business and cleaned up after themselves. Just what you would expect somebody to do. They did everything they said they would do and did it on time.

Actually, it wasn't that great. The thermostat was not cooling to the temperature it was set at. So he came out and looked at it. He said that the thermostat was broken. He replaced the thermostat. It's still having the same problem with the new thermostat that he put in.

I have used Force Home services for years and recently had to have a portion of my HVAC replaced. My family returned from vacation on Sunday the 11th to find that my AC unit had gone out. I immediately called Force Home Services and they sent out someone that night. Unfortunately,part of the unit needed to be replaced so they could not fix it immediately. They quickly got information about the part and came out the next day to do further assessments. The unit itself is not easy to find parts for so it was more cost, and time, effective to replace part of the whole unit rather than just the single part and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. They gave me a great price and worked very quickly. I had less than 2 days without AC which is not bad considering all that needed to be fixed. I will continue using them in the future.

Demone was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Any "add ons" to the deal I purchased through Angie's List were explained thoroughly and no high pressure tactics were employed.

Each visit they were extremely responsive and the three representative that came to the house over the course of the week were highly professional and respectful. They wore protective covers over their shoes to prevent tracking anything into the house and they picked up every little piece of insulation that fell from the attic. They were proactive in letting me know about government requirements in units and worked within my budget without any heavy sales pitch. It was clear each employee felt as if they owned the company and that they wanted me as a long term customer and not a just a sale of the day. I still have the installation of the new unit to conclude this entire experience with them but given the interaction I have had with them so far, I have no doubt it will go without a hitch.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went really good. We had only been in the house for about 18 months and had only done some minor tune up work when we moved in and so I wanted to make sure that we were in good condition. Once I called them, they scheduled it immediately. I ended up signing up with them for a warranty service. So it worked out really well. I purchased 2 deals because it turned out that it was $39 per unit and I had 2 units. he had some suggestions about the unit itself, things that I had not considered. Part of the maintenance contract I signed up for was that I was supposed to have somebody call me fairly soon after to set up the next part of the inspection for the water heater and it took a few phone calls for that to happen.

It worked well. They were knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and professional.

I paid for this coupon special with this provider because I was pleased with the help with plumbing. The technician was helpful with changing the filer and replacing the batteries. He went up in the attic area and offered to clean out the outside unit with a hose. Then I got a lecture all about my AC service that my unit uses the old freon and must be replaced with one using the new freon. He told me I have a leak but not where the leak was located. Then he told me I needed 2-8 lbs of freon to keep it running at the moment. He was quite surprised that I did not whip out my checkbook and pay for a new unit. I asked him to write everything down. I had another service provider re-check my system. There was no leak and he added less than a lb of freon to get my system working fine. I will never use this provider again.

This guy was great. he came and checked all 3 units in the new home we bought. There had been issues with one of the units. he caught the issue (that 2 other companies had missed) and fixed it for us. We will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Force Home Services were incredible. They're great. I've actually used them three times. I've purchased three separate services from them. Two were for different plumbing problems and one was an air conditioning tune-up. I can't recommend them strongly enough. They're incredible. The air conditioning guys that came out to do the tune-up actually did more than what was necessary and didn't charge any more money, just to insure the efficiency of our air conditioning units. He was remarkably punctual and very professional. All of the services have been different and he was punctual, great and efficient. He actually made our faucets work better than they were before. They also installed a new toilet for me at a great price. They were really efficient with the process. They were here installing the toilet shortly after I made contact with them.

Guy was the plumber's name. He was very professional,clean, and friendly. He completed the work in a relatively short amount of time. We have used Force before and will certainly do so again. We are very pleased.

It was great. They gave me the date they would come and then moved it a couple of time, I was a little frustrated about that. They guy that came out was pretty good, walked through the whole unit and answered all questions I had. They are good. Other then the scheduling, I liked the service.

They arrived on time, checked out the upstairs and downstairs unit. Tried to upsell a maintenance contract. We declined, but they called later to schedule the appointment. Reminded them we declined the maintenance agreement, and they removed it.

The plumber was prompt, friendly, thorough and professional. He had all the required materials, efficiently made the repairs, cleaned up his mess and left. I would hire him again.
