Service came out as scheduled for an estimate. This was a tricky job replacing 20 year old outdoor faucets that were in brick mortar. Plumber did an excellent high quality job and was finished in a single day. Good clean up. Good professionalism.

Provider did a fine job on the installation. He took away the old materials and left the work site clean. There were some delays during the day waiting on assistance/consultation with my HVAC provider, but as I had allowed the whole day for the process, this was not a problem.

Very friendly, very punctual, and worked very fast.

He was on time and completed the job promptly.

Technician quoted service not needed, and performed that also. When AC didn't work in one unit, 2nd technician noticed that 1st service was done wrong, and fixed it (quickly and accurately), and noted other service (condensation line overfill valve) already was installed. It took too many calls and time to get my money refunded, and the manager wasn't very friendly, nor quick to reply. My feedback is primarily for the refund process

The technician checked the A/C and cleaned the coils. He said the unit was old and used a different kind of coolant, so was unable to add freon.

It turned out very well with Force Home Services. It help reduced the cost of the project that I was going to do anyway. The deal paid for the part of diagnosing of the problem but I have to pay for the work. I would absolutely use them again.

Didn't start off well. Had to call a few times because when I called initially the person who I needed to speak with was not available. Apparently Angie's List customers have to speak with a specific person in their office. Annoying. When I scheduled the appointment I found out that since my house has two a/c units I would have to purchase two deals for a total of $100 to have both units inspected. I declined to do that at the time for two reasons 1) Wanted to wait and see how this process went and make sure I felt it was worth the money 2) I didn't think I should have to pay full price for a second unit to be checked since their tech would already be at my house. The technician arrived on time and was very nice. I told him I just wanted our large downstairs a/c checked because that was all I paid for. He said ok and went to work checking the inside attic unit first. Once he was done he told me that he had gone ahead and checked both units in the attic and would do the same on the outside. I guess since it was only a five minute job he thought it made sense. He did what he said and found both my systems in good working order. When he finished he handed me a bill. I told him I had already paid for the service on Angie's List and offered to show him my receipt. He declined and said the main office probably already a record of it. About a week later I got a call from the main office inquiring on payment status. Again I said I had already paid via an Angie's List Deal online. The person on the phone said she understood and said everything was fine. Overall I was very happy with the technician and the service he provided me. However it was quite a hassle scheduling the appointment and then having to deal with the fallout from having prepaid on Angie's List. This seems like it shouldn't be that hard to get right.

Arrived as scheduled. Extremely friendly and professional. Repaired all of the sinks and toilets within the two hour timeframe. Excellent service.

They arrived exactly when promised. Very professional. Will and have used them again. Highly recommend.

It went great; the technician wouldn't step foot in my house without covering his shoes first. Very respectful, gave me tips on how to extend the life of my current AC unit and ways to lower my electricity bills. The fan was out on the unit, so he had to go pick one up, but returned and installed it the same day. Excellent job.

Very well, both guys showed up right on time and were very professional. Both checked our hvac system and plumbing. All was ok. They did not try to up-sell on things we did not need. Also went the extrA mile makin sure I knew exactly how to maintain our systems. Great folks and I will call them again!

Took advantage of a Big Deal to have our AC and heating checked and serviced. Mitch was ahead of schedule and called to see he could come early which worked out well for us. The service was fast, professional and as advertised. The coolant needed to service one of the units was an additional expense we anticipated. Well done overall. We would use Home Force Service again.

He didn't have to change the filters as we do that ourselves every month. He quoted $338.00 to add dampers to the system that were not originally installed and also $30.00 to seal each supply register to prevent dust and dirt. Offered upgrade options with prices but was not pushy.

The technician was hours late and did not call us. I had to call the office to find out what happened. He got backed up on another job. The price for this Big Deal was excellent. The staff at the office was friendly and professional and I didn't have to wait months to use my deal.

He tookj his time and snaked the drains several times to get them unclogged.

The hot water line in the slab sprung a leak on Tuesday. Fortunately we have not needed plumbing services in the 19 years we have lived in our home so I called my Brother who has used a couple of plumbers at his place. He was unable to give me a good recommendation of someone he had used so I browsed Angie's list. I contacted Force and they scheduled Guy, the plumber, to come on Thursday. We were able to turn off the hot water, thus stopping the water from springing forth until our plumber arrived. Guy is a great person. He was early for our appointment. He was friendly. He went right to work upon my explanation of the trouble. He determined which line was leaking in the slab and then explained to be that he could use PEX to re-run the water line through the attic. Now I was a bit concerned and talked with him about this plan and he explained to me about PEX. For those of us who are not plumbers PEX is a flexible tubing that is being used now. It is easier to use then PVC and is supposed to last longer. Plus is will take a freeze and not break. It sounded like a better plan then tearing into the concrete. Guy did the work over the course of 2 days. He did hook up the hot water in the master bath at the end of day 1 so that we could shower. We arranged for him to contact me on day 2 when he was finished with a scheduled appointment first thing in the morning. He contacted me earlier then planned and he returned to complete the job. I am very satisfied with the work performed. The outcome of our broken water line was better than imagined. Guy cleaned up and taped the Sheetrock back over the openings that were necessary for the repair to take place. I would recommend Force Home Services for plumbing work and especially Guy!

We were out of town when an outside pipe burst. Our neighbors called us and turned off our water. We came back from our trip early to address this. We looked at multiple Angie's List plumbers. Most of them would not work on the holiday or were quoting rates from $150 per hour to $250 per hour. I called these guys and they said, $59 per hour flat rate and no difference for working on the holiday. They stayed in touch on our entire road trip home and had a service man there 1/2 hour after we arrived. That's fantastic! 2 hours later, the pip was replaced. He pointed out that our builder used a pipe that was, indeed legal, but as thin as they could ''get away with'' and that he replaced it with a pipe that is much better and will not have the same problems. He even gave us the old pipe to see what he was saying. VERY good and answered all questions. The only concern was the cost. We ended up paying $375 for 2 hours of work. He explained that the service fee and diagnosis was $59 per hour and all other services they do are flat rate - and excavation like this is flat rate regardless of how much time it takes... He admitted that, in this case it was faster than most. So it sounds like I misunderstood $59 per hour flat rate when they claim they said $59 per hour and all services are flat rate. That's possible. Even so, compared to the OTHER quotes I was getting for service on the holiday, they were good so I still gave a 'B' on price. Overall we are VERY happy with their willingness to work with us, especially with our road trip home and the fact that it was a holiday. We would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Good - toilet flushes now with one press of the handle instead of multiple flushes.

All went well. Plumber had all required tools and equipment.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great. I paid more than what was in the deal. The guy was able to show me exactly what was wrong. I had no problems with them.
