Service provider arrived on time. He was polite and professional. He removed two toilets and took them away in his truck. He also installed two new toilets that we had previously purchased . He cleaned the floor around the toilets and did not leave any kind of dirt or debris anywhere. We were thrilled that he was able to install two toilets in two hours! We have had no problems at all with our new toilets. We would definitely use Force Home Services again and we would recommend them to anyone who needs excellent plumbing work done at a reasonable cost.

He called and said he could be there early, I didn't mind. He came right over, was polite, I think his name was David but not positive about that. He did a all of the above quickly - 1 to 1 1/2. Then about a month later one of my commodes start leaking at the bottom, this is serious stuff. He came over when I asked, spend some time pulling the commode out, replaced the seal, and cleaned up beautfically. I couldn't tell he had been there except it wasn't leaking on the floor anymore. I'll have him out again for sure - hope I don't need any more plumbing work done, but if I do, I'll call Force. Nice people to work with..

The Best Ive seen in a very long time. The company is top notch. Very responsive with good communication. The quality of work well worth the charges. If you are lucky enough to get Guy you will be able to rest easy knowing you are in good hands. I would recommend this company to anyone! I would use Force Home Services again.

Very responsive. Service was required late at night and provided a temporary fix for air conditioning and follwed up later for a permanent solution.

They performed an install on one in about 30 minutes. I asked them to look at my tub filler becasue it comes out at a trickle. They took the faucet off (which is super easy), looked inside it and didn't know why it came out as a trickle. Didn't do anything about it tho, so I'm dissapointed that they didn't work to try harder and see why it isn't coming out right?

The tech came out at the appointed time. When he did the inspection he found a gas leak in our system and told us we needed a new HVAC system. The next day Curtis came out , took all the measurements and found out what size AC we needed. He explained everything to us. He was very professional and his prices were competitive with the other estimates we received. We went with another company only because they had a longer interest free financing.

Awesome, I went in the other room and when I came back the plumbing was completed for the first sink. The plumbing for the second was so close to done we could easily do it ourselves. Everything works great now. Loved having them!

Service tech named Guy made arrangements to come by and due an initial evaluation Friday evening. He was a very polite and professional man, performed a pressure test and discovered that yes there was indeed a leak somewhere. Did a check of all of the internal gas outlets and determined that the leak must be in the backyard. Then he worked up a quote to replace the gas line in our backyard for $3,500 which would include the $200+ service call for that evening. When we hesitiated, because we honestly did not have the funds available, he added that this deal was only good for that day. What? That sent the red flag up as a high pressure sale and not allowing us time to check other sources. We thanked him, paid our service call fee, which was also extremely high for what he did and said goodbye. Spent the weekend without hot water but gave us time to call several contractor friends and plumbing referrals and discovered that even for a weekend rate this quote was unreasonably high. Wanting to give Force the benefit of a doubt my husband called them back on Monday and asked what the non-weekend rate would be and was quoted at $2,750. Still extremely high and we chose to go with another provided that charged $1,800 including the initial service call. They came out Monday afternoon and were done by dinner time. Tuesday morning had the city inspection and the gas company came out and turned the gas back on. Overall experience was very frustrating. Sure they offered to check on financing options but them pressuring us to make a decision on the spot when we clearly were still trying to wrap our heads around the situation was very high pressure to say the least. Oh well we are happy with the provider we chose and will know better than to call Force in the future. I have definitely had better experiences with Angie List providers in the past.

Guy was our repairman and he went ABOVE and BEYOND our service expectations. A couple of times I asked him for suggestions on repairs and he just went ahead and did them right there. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Showed up at appoointment time and was very courteous. Fixed the problem with the toilet and then did a free plumbing inspection of the house. Excellent service!!

Wanted to charge for coolant, even though it was included in inspection

The man was very professional, polite and friendly . He did a good job on all tasks. I had only expected him to have time for the 2 outside leaking faucets, but he was able to also add the kitchen sink repair. I had been using a bucket to catch the drainage. He had time to go to a nearby Lowes to get parts. The lady taking appointment was courteous. My only complaint is that the Big Deal website allowed me to pay for 2 units of service, but the plumbing owner would only allow for using one. I felt this was a bit stiff necked and made me leery about how they would be to deal with if had any problems from a plumbing job. They said my only recourse was to contact Angie's List and they would have no other discussion. The lady taking appointment said this wasn't the first time this had happened. The owner would not speak with me to discuss the matter. I have other plumbing work needing doing, so this was sort of a test on finding a plumbing company. I thought the Big Deal was well worth it, but though they should have taken the hit on the website error and let me have the extra plumbing work at the discounted price. I was left without having a Big Deal afterall and basically paid good rate for the plumbing done. They did a good job, so can't fault the worker and would certainly be glad if he was sent out again to do work here. The owner is a bit hard-a**, IMO.

It turned out very good. They had a very quick response time. They were very professional and friendly to deal with. They gave me a pretty good deal on the replacement unit.

It turned out very good as well. I did not spend anything additional other than big deal. The only thing that was not ideal was it took three days to get from the time I tried to get an appointment to the time they were actually able to do it. I would use them again in the future.

It was terrible. The guy wasn't able to install after a couple of hours of work. He basically took all the time. I was never given the chance to use the additional time. I called another company and it took him a few minutes to do that. So it took 2 different people at different time frames to come and do a job that would have taken them half of the time. My experience was very bad. They came out right after I bought the deal. Both guys were very kind. The first gentleman was extremely nervous when he realized he couldn't install the water filter. He really didn't know what to say, how to do it or how to behave.

On the initial visit Force was very punctual and proffessional. They explained what eactly was needed to fix my AC from dripping water and overflowing the drain pan. They quoted a very reasonable price and we scheduled the repairs for the following day. The technician arrived on time and completed the repairs. However, the installation was not done correctly and drain pan overflowed causing water to leak into the bedroom. I contacted the company and they were going to send someone out right away, but since we were leaving on a vacation trip, I agreed to schedule when we returned and simply turn the leaking AC unit off (it was the upstairs unit and no one was using the upstairs). When I contacted the company on my return, they immediately scheduled a technician to come out and correct the problem. That technician arrived on time and corrected the issue. The company also arranged to have someone come out and repair the water damage caused by the initial installation being wrong. The person who did the water damage repairs was also very punctual and professional. Overall I give Force Home Services an A rating, even though the first repairs were not done correctly. Force was extremely responsive in making the corrections and everything is working better than ever and the cost was reasonable. Service work does not always go correctly, but if the company does all it it can to correct any errors without any disagreement, then that earns them a good rating from me.

The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The two technicians were very informative, pleasant, and neat. They checked 2 AC units completely, made some optional suggestions, and left paperwork for me to consider. I was pleased and satisfied with their work.

Randy called on the way and showed up right on time. He got right to work, found the leak and showed it to me. The work was completed quickly and neatly. This has been a few months and we have had no problems with the repair. Overall a very pleasant experience.
