The technician found several items that needed attention. We are confident that he did not try to oversell us, but that each item was a true need. We had them come out subsequently to perform the repairs/upgrades, and they did a good job. Punctuality on the second visit was not as good.

Purchased big deal for $99 to get two hours of plumbing service and used those two hours to upgrade the toilet and faucet hardware in guest bath. The appointment time was easy to set and the plumber arrived as scheduled. He was able to get both tasks done within the two hours; took the time to show me how to get spare parts for the toilet - it was a Toto so they put all their replacement parts under the reserve tank lid - and also offered to haul away the old toilet for me. Professional and courteous - no issues with the service

Purchased deal on 12/20/13 and received call and email on 12/23/13 to set up appointment. During call was informed that it would be 2.5 weeks before appointment could be scheduled which was set for 1/10/14 (not an issue because of holiday season). Received a called early morning on the 9th stating their were computer problems and Force wanted to know when my appointment was. I told them it was the next day between 8-10AM. I was told that was fine and confirmed for 8AM the following day. Received a call a couple hours later stating that the plumber cant make the appointment so we need to reschedule. I told her I would have to see when I could do it. I already made arrangements to miss work for this appointment and I didn't want to do this again and not know if they would show.

The service they tell me is useless. They have been too ending also. But they are trying to sell me a lot of those. I do not like. Okay, I am not useful. I could say the guy has been good.

The gentleman who came to repair the toilet seemed knowledgeable. He replaced one item that I thought possibly didn't need repair and one that obviously was the issue. He had to return a second time to adjust one of the items he had installed. Came on time and cleaned up well. I thought the cost was a bit high, but I've not had plumbing work done in a while, so it might be on the average with other plumbers.

They were supposed to come on Wednesday. I heard nothing from them and I called to see what was going on. They said they had an emergency and would not be able to make it but come on Friday. I called them on Friday to see when they would coming and they told me that they did not have an available pluimber. We purchase the Big Deal on 12/26/13 and they have yet to complete the service. We will be looking for another SP due to the long wait. They were not rapid in their response at all. They made us wait until after the first and still have yet to get service.

It was checking out one of our heaters. When I asked if the 2nd heater could also be serviced, I was happy to be told that it could be done also for the reduced price of $69.

They contacted me very promptly after purchasing the Big Deal to replace an outside faucet. The lady explained they were very busy and had to schedule the appointment to do the work for a couple of weeks out which was not a problem for me. They showed up on time the day were scheduled to do the work but unfortunately to replace this faucet is going to require removal of some of the bricks on the side of the house to do the soldering that needs to be done. Since I was replacing the faucet because it is hard to shut completely off as opposed to impossible to shut completely off I decided to wait to have the work done until completely necessary. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and I will use them if needed in the future.

Replaced 2 bathroom faucets. The work was done well. I was disappointed that they canceled twice and didn't show up on the third appt. I had to schedule four times.

He was very professional and replaced the faucets as desired.

Employee was very polite and professional, who answered all of my questions about plumbing issues. He fully explained the care of the faucets. Strongly recommend.

Removed the old faucet. Installed the new faucet. And caulked around the new faucet to seal it.

The deal sounded too good to be true, and it was. I figured that a faucet replacement would mean leaving the area of work like it was, when the job started. Evidently, in the fine print, there's a statement that says the homeowner is responsible for any masonry repairs that may be needed, if the it's required to remove brick to complete the job. I believe the offer should include that information, and not have it be a surprise (it's in the fine print), after they get to that point. The plumber who performed the job, said it may require brick removal, if it soldered in, and not threaded/screwed in, but we won't know until we try. At that point there was no turning back, and the company did not do anything to fix the brick that was removed. Once the first faucet needed to soldered in, I didn't want to take on the added burden of having a second set of masonry repairs, so I chose not to have them install the second one. On a positive note, the plumber did everything he could to minimize the number of bricks that had to be removed to complete the job, and was polite and courteous. I would caution all consumers to read every bit of the fine print to make sure they know what they're signing up for, and what extra costs may be incurred.

I purchased a service call to have a leaking outdoor faucet looked at. I purchased it on December 3rd (there a bouts). I called on the 4th to try and get the faucet looked at before the big ice storm. I wasn't surprised that they were booked but they said they could look at it the following week. I was impressed when I asked the service coordinator if I should be concerned with the big storm coming that the faucet was going to freeze and burst and she then called the plumber for me. She called me back promptly with the plumber's response that he wouldn't be concerned but that he couldn't make that call for me and if I would rather call another plumber I was more than welcome to do so. I decided to leave my scheduled appointment and appreciated the advice and efforts to call me back. Then the following week, a few days before the scheduled appointment, I got a call from the service coordinator and she said she had mad a mistake and had not written my appointment down correctly and would like to reschedule with me. I was fine with this and appreciated the call and efforts. We rescheduled for the following week (December 17). My appointment was scheduled from 8-10 a.m. on December 17th. At 9:30, I had not heard anything from Force Home Services, so I called Lisa and explained to her that I needed to get my children from school soon and that I haven't seen the plumber or heard from anyone. She told me, "Oh, he had an emergency call." No further response. I explained to her that I would not be home the rest of the day but that my leak is getting worse and I need to get someone out soon. She told me then that the main coordinator was in a meeting and would call me later to schedule an appointment. I never received a call. This morning, I called and spoke with Terry, who was not aware of any of these events. She apologized and offered to have a plumber come on Saturday. I requested my money back and told them I will need to find another plumber. I have waited almost 3 weeks now and the leak is getting worse.

This worked out very well. He was very nice to work with. I had no issue at all with scheduling, promptness or the overall service. Overall, I was very happy with the work he did.

They were not able to fix the faucet. The technician said the pipes were wet welded. So he would have to drill into the house to fix the issue. He did not charge me for the visit and was very honest, which I appreciated. I had Angie’s List refund the deals. I have no complaints about the company and the technician’s honesty was much appreciated.

This turned out fine. The representative found that we would have to drill a hole in the utility room for the new hose faucet. I decided not to go further with the job. He was very honest about the work and I appreciated that. He was right on time and he was very considerate. I was very happy with the experience.

Cleaned AC ducts and vents. Very satisfied.

I signed up to have a contract with them.

The service was great. They are efficient at what they do. I plan on using them again. They are very professional. They call ahead of schedule 15 minutes each time. I have used them twice and they were very courteous and considerate. I like that they call ahead of time and when you call to setup and appointment the people that answer the phones are very nice and accommodating.

They were really nice people. It was really easy to schedule the appointment and they were really helpful. They were at my house for about an hour.

Had scheduled an appointment for the 2nd time. Appointment was on Tues. between 10 and 12. About 12:45 called and was told they were running behind. Had previous engagements, cancelled and asked Angie's List for refund.

I was contacted in a timely manner after purchasing their service. The girl I spoke with was upbeat and handled my appointment professionally. I will continue my rating after service.

What a joke. I need a refund Angie's List.
