The service was not good. They did a task that was wrong. They replaced the faucets with old ones. I will not use them again and I will not recommend them to anyone. They broke the concrete and they did not put it back. I called them for a refund but to no avail. They should specify what their service is in their advertisements. If it is a replacement or repair. They did not also inform me that they will be late for the schedule we agreed upon and I had to call them to confirm.

There were some issues with scheduling as it was around the holiday time. On the day of the appointment, the technician did not show up. They explained that they only had one tech that day and the job before my appointment ran over. I was surprised to learn they did not have any other techs that day. I had to call three different times to get them to come out for the work. When they did finally come out for the work, he was punctual and professional. There were no additional fees behind the cost of the deal. For the deal, he replaced two faucets and it was a good price. Overall, when he did come out, he completed the work quickly. He left the work area clean and left no mess behind. It was a good experience.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. They did a fine job with the work. It was a great experience.

It went well. They were easy to contact, the technician was friendly and punctual, and the work was done well. I had no problems with the service at all.

The representatives were personable. However, the sales pitches started almost immediately, to the extent that another vendor who was present and working on an entirely different project took me aside, informed me that he used to be in that line of work when he was younger and stated that, although he thought that I was already on to them, he could assure me that I did not have mold in my ductwork or on the registers and that I did not need a new furnace at present. They did not clean the ducts and registers as well as other vendors have done in other residences in which I have lived and they left a small mess in each room they entered . As a result, I won't be recommending or using them again.

I always have good luck with this company. The work was performed as expected and the work done was reviewed at the end of the appointment. I will be happy to use them again in the future.

Great! They were wonderful. It was a difficult fix because it was inside the brickwork. They managed to fix with a minimum amount of intrusion. They were very careful and took their time to do it right.

Serviceman advised faucet did not need replacement. Very polite. Suggested I apply for refund.

Force Home Service was very courteous. We had a water leak that needed prompt repair.(During an ice storm.) Force could not help us for a period of several days as their schedule was extremely crowded due to an area ice storm. The secretary apologized and was extremely courteous. No work was done by Force. We had used them one other time, though, and were very pleased; thus the high grade.

They found about $8000 worth if work to do, $5000 of which was new insulation for our fairly small attic. I agreed to get all duct leaks repaired & 3 can lights replaced for $1800. I didn't notice difference in air/heat distribution throughout house or decrease in house dust so I called the company back & the owner of company came back out & found several duct leaks that were not sealed. It took this company coming back 3 times to get the job done right. I am still waiting to get can lights finished & I already paid for this & it's been almost a month already. Customer service was great but I would not use this company again.

I dealt with two different guys, and they were very efficient and explained what they were doing. The service was excellent.

Overall, it was a great experience. Everything went as planned, and the work was performed as expected. The tech was very friendly and professional. The cost of service includes 2 Angies List coupons for maintenance ($49.00 per AC unit), plus the cost of the additional work on the drain line ($270.00).

Everything turned out well. They were responsive when we called to schedule, they did the work exactly as promised, and they did a good job with the toilet because it is working better. Ultimately, it was a good experience, and we had no complaints.

They arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and seem to have done a good job with the repairs. They also discovered and informed us that the necessary part for the repair was under warranty which we appreciated. The only issue is that they quoted us a high price and explained it was based on the fact that two men would be doing the work and that it would take 5 hours to complete. In reality, the company sent only one technician who completed the job in half the time.

I thought it could foundation leak issues but they inspected the area and concluded it was only the washer hookup which were old. Replaced those with nice quarter turn valves and it works perfect. The plumber they sent out was Guy. Guy was very professional and performed the work needed exactly to the cost agreed upon. I was very happy with the service and friendly attitude and workmanship Guy provided. Will be calling them at some point for my air conditioning/heat inspection at my new house. I would most surely recommend to friends and family.

Force had to call and reschedule once due to technician illness. Technician was prompt for the rescheduled appointment. He explained the service, possible problems and remedies to the those potential problems. He did the service quickly and to my satisfaction. None of the possible issues he described happened. Very good experience with my first "Big Deal".

The service man was on time, wore "booties" to protect carpet, covered flooring to protect carpet, replaced hot water heater, explained how to use the new controller, and charged what was quoted on the phone. They were very courteous and professional. I will use them again!

They came in when they scheduled the appointment and inspected/serviced the A/C and made some recommendations for additional services, which I did not purchase.

On Jan 8, they came out to do the vent cleaning. Upon taking down the a few vents they stated that my vents were not dirty at all and asked why I thought I needed them cleaned. I explained what my issues were and they recommended a blower door test to check the energy efficiency my home. They did not charge me for the vent cleaning, not even a trip charge. They were very professional and I really appreciated their honesty. On Jan 9, they came out to perform the blower door test. They explained everything they were doing as it was being done and shared results as they were finding them. It was very informative. Once they finished, they went back to the office to write up the report of all findings and suggestions on rectifying issues. Some they could do, and others they stated that I or a handyman could do. The honestly and professionalism of this business is exceptional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future as needs arise.

The moment I purchased the "Big Deal" coupon, I informed them that we had leak, but it wasn't an emergency. It was the first sentence in my contact with them both in email AND on the phone. I talked to them on the phone. I told them, there is a leak, but it's not an emergency. NEVER was I informed that it was going to cost nearly $500 to dig the hole around the faucet in order to detect the leak. This price didn't include fixing it. Then I was told they couldn't detect the leak anyway, that I would need a slab leak detection service. I was upset that I had been CLEAR MULTIPLE times and ways about there being a leak. I'm very angry that I paid $298 (I managed to get them down from the $500 quote while he was standing in my backyard) for a 1.5' x 1.5' hole. Nothing was fixed, nothing was detected, nothing else was done other than digging the hole and good-bye. THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! FOR A ONE AND A HALF FOOT BY ONE AND A HALF FOOT HOLE!! I am NEVER going to use them for ANY service...EVER.

Installer was professional yet friendly and completed the job in about an hour. The "Big Deal" was for 2hrs at $99, but I had no other plumbing work to be done. I thought the installation would take longer, so I thought I overpaid. But in checking with other plumbing companies I discovered that to remove an old faucet and install a new one they charge $150. So I saved some money with Angie's List Big Deal!

Cleaned all ducts and grates. Excellent work. Very polite. Prompt. Thank you!
