Drove 45 minutes across the metroplex to meet a technician at my rental property. He didn't show for the sales quote appointment. I called the dispatcher and she said the tech had "moved my appointment" an hour (without notification). Then she updated me that he wouldn't make that time either. This company appears to be over-committed and under-performing. Worse, they don't even have the courtesy to properly manage customer appointments in advance. In this case, they lost a customer and a $10,000-$15,000 sales opportunity. I hope for their sake this was just a bad day . . . but it was the wrong day for me.

We haven't used them for a while but we got them from Angie's List.

It has gone well each time. I have a service agreement with Force Home Services for part of my HVAC units now. They also have performed more plumbing services for me.

Both guys were very friendly and professional and the deal included a $100 credit toward any work done. That brought the final bill down to $700 which seems a bit pricy, but that just seems to be the rule with plumbers. Probably could have done most of it myself, but just didn't want to 'cause I hate working on plumbing.

The serviceman arrived on time, did an inspection. I told him I thought the drain was clogged (cleaning the drain was part of the $49). He asked how I knew, and I explained - we hadn't used the A/C since last fall, when I thought the drain might be clogged. He did not even check to see if there was a clog. He told me I needed new drain lines and a shut-off. He said even if there was a small hole for the condensation to go through, it was probably filled with rust. He did check outside, and said the capacitor was weak. Cost for that was about $350. (I googled it and the part is less than $100). And the total cost for that and the drain pipes, was over $700. He was supposed to lubricate parts, and check freon. I don't know if he did that, because I didn't get anything written that showed what he did, or what the results were. I didn't even get a receipt (from him or by email) for the $49. I called the company and asked what the tune-up consisted of, and told them the drain line was not cleaned out, or even checked. They said they would contact the dispatcher to see about coming back. I haven't heard anything more.

The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and got back to me right away to let me know that she had a guy who could come out and fix it. The technician was professional, quick and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!

My husband and son did most of the work , then they replaced a small part and put it on too tight so it broke within a week. My husband has taken off time from work and replaced the part again correctly this time now it hasn't given us any trouble since. Young man did not have the right equipment or knowledge to fix .

Young man very nice and prompt. But he did not have the proper equipment or the knowledge to do the work correctly. My son and husband did almost all of the digging but we were charged as if he had done it. Then wouldn't guarantee work because they wanted to completely redo the line. Won't have them back for plumbing that's for sure, but they do ok on air conditioning.

It was good. The technician checked every item on the list and included freon up to one pound.

I was not added to the schedule and the work was postponed. Offered a water heater inspection for the inconvenience.

Great came out had my purchase new faucet and installed and ONLY charged for 1 visit. These guys always are the best out.

It went very well. When they unclogged the bathroom drain they gave us some earth friendly product to use weekly to keep the problem from happening. Kitchen sink works very well after the replacement no more leaks.

The first person turned in was not having right tools to effectively replace the bib but he was so helpful and arranged the master plumber to stop by instead of messing things up. The master plumber who came to fix it later was super good and did the job very professionally.

First off let me say that if you want a company that will back there employee’s mistakes don't use this one. I don't have confidence even that they will back a warranty. They will use some kind of excuses like the WH is old or what not. And yes mine was old, but it was working 100% before the flush and had no rust. I am sure he will post something here about something or another trying to put the blame on me since he won't take responsibility for mistakes. I find it funny they say they want to build customers for life then do this. Bottom line, take your business elsewhere and save yourself the trouble of them sending a plumper out that doesn't totally know what he is doing. What happen is below. The person they sent out was terrible. Without going into much detail. He broke the drain pipe, so the water was going into the drain pan. So after that he couldn’t get the rest of the pipe out from the drain. So his idea was to use a blow touch to heat it up. First time didn't work, second time there as smoke and bad smell. I asked him to stop; he said it was fine and put it in another time with all the flame inside of heater. They sent a master out and took him hours to fix it. So months later is when the problem comes in. The bottom of the WH is rusting on the outside from when that guy broke the drain pipe and the water was going into the pan. Didn’t think too much about it then Ii had another issue and called them out. When they came out i talked to the master who fixed it last time. He said, he doesn't remember any rust on it when he was here. I am 100% sure. I would be asking about that if there was in the first place. He said I will need a new WH. He and Lisa both said the VP Drew will have to look at it and call me. I had to keep calling to see what was going on, then was told he wasn't going to warranty it and they can put a new one in for 1200$ or so. I was mad and then they came back with 5% off. Drew never called me. Guess he didn't think rust was from the water that was in the pan because of the bad plumper. Last i checked water causes rust not air. Lisa and Jerry are great. Drew and most of those noob plumbers are terrible.

Not well initially, I had to have the plumber come out twice more after the initial visit to correct the work done to replace the cartridge in the shower stall faucet. The initial plumber apparently installed a faulty cartridge on the first visit causing knocking on the pipes. When he came out for the second visit he blamed my pipes knocking on loose pipes. On the third visit Forced Air finally sent out their master plumber who fixed the issue by putting in a new cartridge.

The toilet only needed the flapper chain adjusted and the inspection on the plumbing pressure was thorough and everything went very well. I would recommend and use this company again whenever I have plumbing needs.
