I returned home in the evening (Thur) to find water gushing from my sprinkler overflow valve box. The pipe broke between the valve and city main. This required shutting the main valve off to stop the water from continuously flowing into the street. I called Force Home Services that evening to request a plumber the next day(Fri). I was told they had no one available until the next following morning(Sat), and so scheduled for the repair on Sat. I was contacted the next afternoon by a dispatcher and told they had a plumber available because he finished early and asked if he could come out in 30 min instead of Sat. I agreed and they dispatched a plumber named Guy. Guy took a quick look and had it figured out. We went over pricing and I signed the estimate and he went straight to work. He dug around the valve box so that he inspect the pipe on the opposite side of the valve and found it was broke in two places. Two hours later he had the repairs completed, box back in place and dirt placed back. I had running water again. Guy is excellent, with a great demeanor and customer oriented personality. I will request him by name for any future plumbing needs.

The first appointment they had to reschedule due to a job that lasted overtime. They called, set up a new appointment, and showed up on time. Efficient and friendly service.

booked the company to come out yesterday from 2-4, they didn't show so I called them and they said "sorry, we are running late" So, I had them come out today (Saturday) at 9am. After being 45 minutes late, the plumber argued with me about the Angie's List coupon and said the price I paid was too low and that he had never seen this coupon. After arguing for a long time he finally said "Fine, you can just have it for free". At that point, I didn't feel comfortable with him working on my house and will never do business with this company.

The office mixed up my account with another acct and misdirected the service man to the wrong address. So he was 3 hrs late. The service man was polite. I learned a few basic things about the system. He answered my questions and seemed knowledgeable. Hosed down the unit, offered to program my thermostat and left a free filter (which was a very cheap one). All this was on the big deal coupon. He added coolant. He observed that there might be a possible leak in the coil. Also, that there might be a need for a new capacitor soon. He also saw that we had some vents closed in the house and suggested for more efficient operation the vents should be opened which he was kind enough to do.

It worked out fine and they were here a little early. The price was reasonable. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

They were fine. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves. There wasn’t anything extra involved.

very through explanation of the results obtained after the repairs were done. Also explained the possible variables that resulted in the leak of heat in the living room. Registers located in the ceiling not functional. Was advised to change them. A home performance test will be performed at no cost to determine leaks.

Still happy problem was fixed and this provider is very punctual and friendly.

I am dissatisfied with their service. The existing heating system issues were not resolved. Certain areas were not getting heated by our system. They tried to redistribute the air from the areas that were getting sufficient air, to those that were not.

Our experience with them went well. We paid an additional charge to the $49 big deal. The compressor was ruined on the air conditioner and we ended up paying $1,250, but that was better than $3,400 if we had to replace the whole system. They were very nice and good. They were upfront with us. Before we had them do it after they had checked it, we called another company and they were going to be even more than this company was. So, we just went ahead and let them do it, and they did a good job. When we called them and told us that it was going to be a couple of days or we can call direct and see if they can come out earlier, my husband called direct and they came that day.

The service turned out great. He walked me through everything that he was recommending, and he even gave me tips on a couple other things that I could do myself, and saved me some money, which I appreciated.

I can't say I have a lot of experience with the pricing of plumbers, and I was a little surprised with their pricing, but I was so happy with them, that I didn't find that there was any reason for me to be suspicious. There were two men on site, and they took 2 and half hours. They did have an emergency that they were called out to that morning, and they were 2 hours late, but they did communicate with me.

They were good. They showed up on time and did a good job. They just came in and did a 20-point check on the unit so they did what they had to do but they did not do a lot of work for me. They just came in and did their work for 30 minutes and left. I do not have a lot to compare them to but there was nothing that I did not like about them.

There are lots of HVAC companies who offer good service but what most impressed me with Force Home Services was their integrity. The technician, Robert, did the A/C check up and found everything in good working order. Just before he was about to leave the blower stopped working. He determined that the blower module stopped working. He called the home office because the repair part would cost over $400.00. Management told him to replace the module for free since the module stopped working after he checked out the system. That is what I hoped they would do but expected them to come back asking us to split the costs all pay for all of it. Instead the Force Home Service management team told him to drive from Denton to Carrollton, purchase the part and then return to our home to install it. Robert did that. The integrity and customer service of Force Home Services is a rarity. I will definitely use them again.

Every quote that we received seemed high but Force Air was probably one of the better quotes in terms of price. However, since it was the peak AC repair seasoning (late August) we decided to wait on a permanent solution until after peak season was over. Of all the HVAC companies we spoke to Force Air was the only one that continued to follow up with us. We waited until early February to make a decision and we decided to take an unconventional approach. In the end Force quoted a good price but was beat by another Angie's List provider. Curtis the Force Air sales rep was persistent but not pushy. Being a salesman myself I appreciated him showing enough interest in our project but not being too pushy that I did not want to talk to him. I will defiantly keep you guys in mind for my next project.

Unfortunately, at the time of my initial scheduled appointment, they had a couple of emergencies due to freezing weather and we had to reschedule. I very much understood that and there were no problems. Everything turned out just fine. I would use their services again if there was another Big Deal offered.

The tech was right on time, pleasant, and evidently had a broad knowledge base upon which to draw. I have been using the same a/c tech for almost two decades and he retired, so it was time to find this new provider. Pleased with the experience.

However, he did not bring the proper equipment with him, given that I had called with a stoppage (nothing to clean the lines out with). He then told me it was on the city side of the tap-in. Called the city, they sent a man out, who showed me why the stoppage was not on the city side of the tap-in. Called Force back, they did send the tech back out. They did have a rooter machine this time, but it was about half the size it needed to be, and did not clean the stoppage completely, although it is working okay for now. On top of that, although I wrote the check on 3/2, as of today, 3/16, it still has not cleared my banking account, which is extremely inconvenient for me to try to remember I still have this large of a check still floating around out there that is going to be coming through at some point. Not a very satisfactory experience for me.

Great. Force responded and completed the repair the same day I called. Guy and his helper were professional and made sure the job area was cleaned before they departed.

Our pipes were corroded snaking wouldn't help. Our landlord took over for those repairs and brought in his own company. Force home services came promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly. The only think I was a little sad about is I did not realize the $55 service call was only the cost to get a plumber out there. We still had to pay another $60 for the plumber to look into the problem
