Contacted them and they came out same they. Diagnosed the issue and gave us several options. Replacing the main problem and minimal needed to get heater running again. Also gave us option to replace whole system with a warranty. We opted for the least expensive and also took their service plan which gave us an additional discount on their service that day. They got the parts needed and fixed problem same day. Haven't had another issue since then.

They were a good company at first, but they did not have the type of piping necessary to complete the job. They instructed that I get a refund for one of these Big Deal purchases, and to call and reschedule to get what was needed done and they would give me the new pricing. I have called twice and they are unresponsive so far. They also did not put an A/C filter into the A/C that was serviced.

They did a do good job as far as replacing the faucet, but the gentleman came at dusk, and he had more work to do, and he was willing to stay in the night, but I told him no, so he had to come back. They did complete the job, and they did a good job. He showed up past the window of time they had given. They came back and fixed it. We did not pay more than the $99 of the big deal. He was very professional.

Two service technicians arrived on time and were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They completed the work in a reasonable amount of time,and the total cost was very fair. I will definitely call Force Home again if needed.

I did a "Face-Lift" DIY project in my secondary bathroom that included a new marble vanity top along with next fixtures, etc. The problem I encountered was that my AC condensate line was tied into the p-trap. After several failed attempts at getting all of this hooked up I finally called Force and talked to Lisa. She was great. They had a customer cancel and could get a tech out right away. I was not home but my college age daughters were. They said Guy came out and looked at the "mess". He did call me and we discussed the fix and the price. It was agreed upon and he proceeded to fix everything. He was nice on the phone and my daughters said that he was very nice and got everything working in no time. I called their office and paid for the repair over the phone. The experience was great. I will definitely use them again for my next DIY disaster.

The checkup quality was fine, but they didn't have the free air filter for my unit, and my A/C was standard size (16x25x1). So, it wasn't such a great deal without the filter. And the sales guy was nice but wanted to upsell me on other services because that's why they offer the low-price deal. I didn't mind that so much, but I did not like them advertising the free high-efficiency filter and not having ANY filters with them. The sales guy said he'd bring me one in a couple days but never came by -- that's $7-10 value in the air filter for me (retail). That's why the overall B rating and B on professionalism. If I used them again, I wouldn't pay until they bring the air filter.

The inspection went as advertised. Jake was very personable and professional. He explained what should be fixed and the approximate cost of the minor repairs that could be made.

Guy and Jake arrived at the agreed upon time and replaced my leaky water faucet with a new one. The were professional and polite. I will use them in the future for any plumbing or heating or air conditioning problems I encounter. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Pointed out some plumbing issues to take care of and suggested some diagnostics for a kitchen sink that seemed to be emitting a foul odor at times. Overall, good service and i would use them if hubby could not perform the fixes for issues they suggested.

It was great! The two technicians, Guy and Jake, showed up on time, clearly explained what they were doing, and did a thorough job in all respects. I've never been happier with a company than I have been with Force Home Services.

We bought their Big Deal because they had done good work for us on a previous occasion. Unfortunately, we had to pay them an additional 300 dollars because a connector line was broken, and the unit needed more Freon. This was frustrating to us since the company had just serviced the unit a couple of months prior.

Basically found all the things wrong with our unit and offered fixes plus prices. Cleaned the unit and made sure it was working.

The technician was on time, knowledgeable and performed high quality service.

That was good and I haven't had any problem. They did their job in a different way that they've got even and more stuff in the tank. They inspected it for weeks if it was working properly because this had gone out wrong twice. They said it was fine and they can't say why it is like that. The first time I called them, they didn't come and so I rescheduled with them.

They recommended a replacement of a switching valve on a heat pump. It would have cost 2500 or more. Turns out it was a simple wiring issue. They are also more interested in putting folks under an annual service contract.

I was disappointed in the cost of the service. The deal we purchased was a $99 service call for $55 dollars. However, after they arrived and had begun the work they told my wife that the repairs to my leaky toilet wold cost $298 more dollars, for a total cost of $353 dollars. Needles to say I could have purchased and had a new toilet installed for less than this amount. I will not ever use Force home services and wold not recommend them to anyone.

Hired to flush two water heaters. Very good scheduling arrived right on time. Very professional. Found a leak that would have destroyed my bedroom ceiling if it would have got worse. Took pictures to show me problem. Brought me old parts. Also they had a very well stocked truck. Overall very satisfied.

Guy and his associate arrived on time, explained the process they would be going thru, and had the job completed quickly. Price of $99 each, to remove the old faucet and install a new one, was an excellent value.

The licensed plumber and helper were courteous. Removed old tank and installed new one to city code. They bought a building dept permit. It was a hard area to work in but they did a perfect job.

Nothing. I contacted them after 3 days of not hearing from them. Scheduled time and nobody showed. Have not heard from this company since January. BUYER BEWARE.
