They were great to work with! They did work on my mother's home. They came out the same day we called and purchased the day. It was a meticulous install and they really paid attention to the details.

Provider gave me the available schedule of 8 AM thur 10AM on 09/08/2014 which I accepted. Provider did not show up. At 9:59 AM, provider left me a voice mail message that they would not be able to make it & would have to reschedule me for the following Thursday. I did not return their phone call. They wasted my 2 hours which I could not afford to waste. They did not inform me until the 2 hours were up that they were not going to be able to make it. I find that extremely inconsiderate. YOU CAN ONLY MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION ONCE! I will demand a refund. I should also charge them for the 2 hours I wasted!

Lisa who set up appointment was extremely helpful and courteous. The tech called and arrived promptly in the morning. Our unit is very old and he was able to find the part somehow. This service call was on Labor Day. I was able to use the "deals in my area" for the service call at $29.00. I will use Force Home Services again and highly recommend!

It went fine. We called because our thermostat was acting up and we thought having them come look would help. Nothing's really changed. So this deal was sort of a waste for me, but they did do everything they said they would. We will use them again when we can figure out what's wrong with our unit. It may be that it's just needing to be replaced.

Force was great from a scheduling perspective. They were flexible and actually were able to move our appointment up. They showed up when they stated and called 30 mins prior to arriving. They did a thorough check on the 3 units we have in our home and provided some great tips and options that can help us get better efficiency from our ac units. Overall it was a great experience.

THey arrived promptly. They gave me quotes for their continuous service and for work they thought might need to be done. They did not follow up with a quote on one thing I asked for but they couldn't price then. Afterward saw they were in the magazine as a company someone had problems with. Even though it was corrected once Angie's List got invovled don't know if we will contact them about future work.

Actual repair of the plumbing went very well and the spigot no longer leaks. Plumber thought he could remove the old screw-in fixture without breaking any bricks; however, the pipe twisted and broke so he had to remove several bricks around the hose bib. Plumber said he could not replace the brick, and we would have to call a handyman to do that at our own expense. That was the only downside to this repair.

A couple of days ago, another tech checked the unit and he needs 2 lbs freon. Force Home Services declined to fill only 1 lbs since they cannot. A friend of mine who is working in the field said it is possible. Usually he uses a wireless scale and only charge for actual pounds consumed. Maybe Force Home Service didn't have a wireless scale. BTW 20 point checkup was worthy.

I didn’t have time to contact them to schedule and ended up getting a refund.

I called Force Home services about replacing my system. The office personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. They set up an appt for 8/12/14. On that date, a salesperson came to my home and looked at my current system. He created a proposal for a new system and explained costs and options and answered all of my questions. He made an appt for the next day for the installation. The technicians arrived on 8/13/14 at 12:45p. and completed their work by 4p. including removing old units and parts. They were friendly, punctual, and professional. Because of a special price, I paid $2535 for the replacement of both units, removal of the old units, pad replacement, city code inspection and two other parts. I am pleased with the entire experience and will recommend them in the future.

The faucet was replaced. It did require him to remove some bricks because the pipe broke off in the wall.

It was really good. They had really good customer service and explained everything. They were very professional and I was very happy with them.

I have responded to this request at least twice. I did not use Force because the problem I had needed immediate attention and their schedule could not accomodate me.

Service was great and quick. Had the AC cold again in no time. They replaced an upstairs AC system for me last summer and I will likely use them again to replace this one.

He came out and cleaned out some drains for me and did a wonderful job.

"$49 for Spring A/C Tune-Up, Cleaning, Inspection & Filter!" That was the title of the coupon that I purchased. First let me start with that no one showed up on the day of my appointment. I called them a few days later and they appoligized and set me up for another date. "A/C Tune up" - They checked a few things and everything seemed to be full and/or functioning properly so no tuneing was necessary. It is a new system so I believe that to be correct. "Cleaning" - He hosed off the outside unit (I normally do this because it is so easy). As for the inside unit and the one that is much more difficult to clean (I never clean, I get someone else to do it), he told me that it needed to be cleaned and that only hosing off the outside unit was included with the coupon. "Inspection" - Goes hand in hand with Tune up I guess. "Filter" - Best for last. Filter and a cleaning, the very reason I purchased the coupon in the first place. The tech told me that the filter was for a 1 inch filter and that I needed a 5 inch filter that was not included. I will admit that I missed that in the fine print but they didn't give me the one inch filter and they did not give me any money back. Not really sure why they think that is fair. So for $50, I was told I need to clean the inside unit he hosed the outside unit. Nothing was repaired or changed and I still have the old, used filter. I would never use them again for anything.

The technician was very knowledgeable, found the problem with the thermostat and replaced it quickly and verified all functionality. He also inspected the 2 drain pans and recommended a protective spray for one of the pans as it wasn't damaged enough to warrant changing it out (saving us 120 dollars). He documented everything and the sale went through fine. Thanks!

We were very pleased with Force Home Services. We turned our AC on, and the unit started but was not cooling the house. Since it was only a couple of years old, we figured it just needed a tune-up. Force Home Services offered a great deal on annual services that we bought through Angie's Big Deal. The office contacted us promptly, well within the two-day window, and worked with us to find a time that fit into our schedule. We were able to set up an appointment within a couple of days. The serviceman was prompt, friendly, and professional. He quickly discovered that our AC unit wasn't cooling because it had an ant-infested relay that was shorting out; the relay was replaced within an hour and included with the servicing. We will definitely call Force Home Services next year for our annual servicing and any future issues with our HVAC system.

Guy & Chase came to my house Friday morning looking like one of them had been in a fight. The older man's shirt was torn and he was rather rude. It was hard for me to understand him because his voice wasn't loud enough for me to hear. I tried to explain to him that I was hearing impaired and he needed to speak slower and a little louder. He blurts out, "How did that happen!" The way he said it made me fee like it was my fault that I was having trouble hearing. How my deafness came about was none of his business. This man kept coming up with all kinds of ideas and excuses as to why my toilet wasn't working properly. First he said it was the flapper, replaced it, water still running. Next, he said it might be the flusher only he didn't have another one like to replace it with. Then, he said it might be something down in the pipe. Turns out a tube that goes into the pipe was too far down and it was below the water line causing a back flow. Once he cut the tube shorter and put it back in place the water finally stopped running. My question is why didn't the so called professional catch this in the first place? Wasted my time and he was wasting company time as well. Will I call on Force Home Services again? No. Instead, I'm going to try and find someone else to inspect my plumbing and give me a more accurate printed out report on their findings. And, I'm going to make real sure I see everything they do and ask lots of questions if needed. After all, this is my home and I want to make sure my plumbing is working properly.

June 14. Have never heard from these people. Got a "message" on June 11 stating "I will call you shortly". June 14 -- nothing. Unacceptable way to run a business. I am requesting my $49.00 back. I guess I'm actually fortunate they ignored me -- have serious doubts about the quality of their work if they can't even follow the rules of a big deal. I have better things to do with my time than research a company, buy a service, and have to contact Angie and wait for my money back!!!

It went okay. I had a blockage in the pipes. It took the full 2 hours to unclog, and while they didn't know what the cause was, they did get it fixed.

Upstairs was getting VERY hot compared to downstairs. Noticed the vents were not blowing cold air. I bought the 49.99 health check to see what was going on. My Tech (Ryan) showed up on time, and went through the inspection. Overall he was a nice guy, and I dint feel like he was trying to rip me off at first, however... after his check, I was told I was 10 LBS low on RF-22 Coolant, at a cost of $89 per pound to charge (or $899). He was sure the coils were leaking, and I would likely have to replace the coils at a cost of $1600. He suggested I move to a new system at a cost of about $6500-7500. This is when I called my Home Warranty Company Old Republic. Old Republic sent out their A/C company Master Tech. The A/C guy ran a dye test and found no leak, said it was a possible loose coupling. He then told me my system could only hold 6Lbs, not 10lbs. This upset me as the other guy was trying to suggest I needed 10 on a system that cannot even hold that much. He also said most techs will run a "sealer" in the lines and then run a pressure test first before suggesting a replacement. The bottom line, I paid a $60 deductible, and my A/C appears to be running fine. I will keep an eye on the temps, and see if there really is a leak that justified replacing my entire system. Also to note, the tech from Master Tech put a pressure gauge on my system and ran it for 1 hour, without any pressure drop. Something Ryan from Force didn't do. Ryan put a pressure gauge on for a few minutes, but didn't really run the system to see if there was a drop. While I don't hold anything against the guys at Force, I must say the tech from Master Tech seemed to have more skills in troubleshooting my problem and likely saved me $7000... I like to be fair, so if I do find that Ryan was correct, and Master Tech was just avoiding an expensive replacement due to warranty limits I will be sure to recant/update my post. Thanks!

The service was never provided. I had an appointment set up and the company never showed up. I was promised that they would call and reschedule and that never happened!
