Purchased a Deal for $99 Two Hours of Plumbing Services. I thought I might have a leak under a bathroom sink because of ticking noises. However, the plumber's assessment was that the sound was just due to the water pressure and/or heat as the faucet received any use other than short-term. Because I wasn't sure of the problem, I didn't really have anything that needed to be fixed. I did have a new faucet on-hand that I wanted to replace the current one - but because it was a one-handle conversion to a two-handle, it couldn't be done during the repair time. No problems with their service - just didn't have much to review or assess because of the scenario.

Revision: I am sorry to have to recant my previous review. I jumped the gun on writing my original review. Our heat went out again about 2 hours after the first visit. It went out again about 5 hours after the 2nd visit. The 3rd visit got our heat going, but it also gave us misinformation. We had another company look at it and they disagreed with most everything Force Home said. We now have heat, but not because of Force Home. The positive is that everyone at Force Home is very nice. The negative is, we had them out 3 times and our problem was not fixed. Their prices for everything are outrageous. They claim these are normal prices, but the other company disagreed. If you can afford to pay more and you have time to spare for multiple trips, I guess they would eventually fix the problem and they will be nice about it. That's about it. Mark was very friendly & professional. He had our heat back on within minutes of his arrival. Great service, especially considering it was a cold Sunday morning.

I called them to come out and look at installing a humidifier. Drew, their VP of Products did come out and take a look. Given the configuration and location of the water heater and heating units- there were significant additional costs to installing the humidifier. We decided not to pursue it at this time.

Very professional and thorough. Explained all the things that were done.

It was great. They came when they said they would. I haven't had any problems with the air conditioner since then.

Cleaned and inspected furnaces. Suggested additional repairs. Would use service provider again.

Very well. He replaced the faucet. We have not had any problems with it since it was replaced.

I purchased their $29 Service-call Deal. Everything went incredibly well. I was very impressed with the level of Customer Service, both from Lisa in the Office (who answered numerous questions, and who also ensured that I was kept informed every step of the way), to Mark the ServiceTechnician (who was prompt, knowledgeable and did an excellent job). Every interaction with their staff was a positive & friendly experience. The price was great too! I would highly recommend this company and will use their services again.

I had a plumbing emergency at the time and they were unable to help me.

Couldn't do the home humidifier due to the way my HVAC/furnace system is set up. Nowhere it would fit.

The problem was that the AC pipes would freeze periodically. We had an AC person out a year ago, he told us to stop using the 3M air filters because it was blocking the air flow. We made that change and it did help for a little while.When Force Home Services came out he found a couple of things with his thorough inspection. There was a "ton" of matted dirt/hair on the underside of the evaporator coils (the other guy didn't even look there) which he promptly removed. Then he found that the Freon was low and identified 3 leaks in the coil. He explained to us the pros/cons of adding more. We decided to try it and get a quote from them on a new unit.This is 2 months later and the AC hasn't frozen up once (it was freezing up 2-3 times per week). He did a great job and now we can budget for putting in a new system in the next couple of years.

The day arrived with an window of 3 hours in the morning. The A/C Tech showed up early in that window but I had been called early saying the plumber was having a problem and moving his window back an hour. The A/C tech checked out the situation and determined that my drain was already routed as desired and cleaned out the pan and line so it was draining properly. He was great and got it done. On time without unnecessary delay. As it was approaching the end of the plumber's window, I called the office. The plumber was still delayed but was having someone pick him up to get to my house. He finally got here and, since I had been given the option to have all my plumbing fixtures looked at and evaluated for the program, I allowed them to go ahead and do that. Otherwise, I didn't need him here at all since the A/C Tech had fixed the problem. The plumber reported his findings and was going to charge me almost $100 dollars to replace the flush valve in one toilet, which I knew was needed and I was going to do it myself as I usually do. Since he was here, I told him to go ahead and do it. Then he tells me he doesn't have any parts with him since his truck was in the shop and I would have to set up another time for him to come back and do the work. I told him never mind, I'll do it myself. I understand that the plumber had a vehicle problem but he should have had a spare vehicle or another plumber could have been dispatched. Had there not been a misunderstanding about the service agreement with the plumber checking all my plumbing fixtures, I would have cancelled when I found him late with truck problems since I knew by then that I did not need his services for the original reason I had scheduled the visit.

I didn't think they were very professional. He only placed a sponge down to catch excess water. I asked him to use silicon and he didn't have any so I had to provide it. It seemed like he didn't want to be there.

When calling to schedule service, company offered a monthly service contract to cover plumbing, electrical and HVAC service and repairs that includes services offered in the deal.

Office staff is very professional and polite. They schedule the service and call you afterwards to make sure all went well. The technician came in and did the job with no up sell. He broke down all that he did and all his findings. Great job.

It went well. Not sure if I would use again it's been a long time ago.

This is the second time in as many months that I've used Force. The first time was for A/C maintenance and this time for plumbing repairs. Both times I've received excellent service! Mandy was wonderful again on the front end working to understand my issue and relay it to to the team. I had a toilet with a blown wax ring and a closet flange that was very uneven. When Guy arrived I "explained" that I needed him to cut out the existing flange from the metal piping and affix a new one. Guy said to let him take a look and see. Upon inspection, Guy informed me he could fix it simply by flattening the existing one and bolting it to the floor, no costly replacement necessary. Then he noticed the water wasn't draining properly and for no extra charge he cleared the line. Guy was very professional and left no mess behind. I couldn't be more impressed with the high caliber team at Force! No up sell, no bogus charges, just great, honest service! Thanks Guy!

They were very good. They inspected everything. They were prompt and pleasant.

I had a great experience with Force. The scheduling process with Mandy was fast and easy. She was very friendly and made sure to follow-up to let me know everything was set to go. My service technician Mitch was excellent. He arrived on time, talked me throughout the services to be performed and asked if there was anything else I wanted him to check on. I explained that I had 2 drain pans with some rust that were to be replaced by another company at a quoted price of $500. Mitch offered to take a look and see if they could be resurfaced instead with a new rubberized coating he had. The good news is that they could be repaired and did not need to be replaced. Mitch saved me over $300! I will definitely use Force again for my future HVAC needs. Thanks Mitch and Mandy!

I was blown away by the service - pun intended. I had an urgent request for service for a condo unit that I was selling. The unit is on the roof and I've gone round and round with providers in the past who show up unprepared, have issues with the gates, and other issues that make having my HVAC serviced less than smooth. To top it off, I was out of town at the time of service so I had to leave special instructions since I wouldn't be on-site to let them in. Everything went perfectly. The service tech called me on my cell to let me know the service was complete and even inquired about the toilet since they also so plumbing. He was very professional and punctual. I was especially impressed by Devon who answered my calls, scheduled the service and even texted me after hours to make sure I had everything I needed for my closing on the unit. This provider was so responsive, professional and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend them. In fact, we discovered a leak in our bathroom at my current residence last night and I plan on calling Cody back to have them service it. I've never had this experience with a service provider before. Thanks, Cody team!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was not very good. I purchased the two hour, $99 deal, he got here an hour-and-a-half late and stayed 30 minutes to tell me my hot water heater was not covered under the $99 two hour. They did check out the warranty, which had one week left. I needed to contact them constantly along the line. They did replace the water heater and it cost me an additional $625 even though my water heater was under full warranty. I asked them for a price for a new sink and faucet. I had to call them to follow up and did get a price. I told them to schedule it and she told me somebody would get hold of me to schedule it, and they never did. The work they did was good.

I told the technician the problem and he knew exactly what was wrong. The water heater had very low pressure and the valves on top were rusted. The valves were replaced and the problem was solved! Very happy with the results!

Had to bust out several bricks, but was informed a head of time I would have to have someone else replace them.

It went well. The technician was very courteous and explained what other things I could do to reduce my electric bill.
