The technician was on time, professional, and did the work as expected. It was much faster and did not cost any extra over the deal that I purchased, which was a good value. He also discussed their preventative maintenance plans for A/C and heater inspections and discounts on repairs. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company.

Work was fast. He gave us advice about a couple of things we could do to lengthen the lives of the air conditioning units and how we could conserve more energy.

I cancelled the "Big Deal" after speaking with the company. They wanted $39 to show up and then apply charges out of their "book," which they would not share in advance. I've been burned before on this practice by a different company.

Technician arrived on time and went about performing the tune up. I can only assume he did an excellent job since I could not verify everything he did. He seemed very thorough and gave me a detailed report on the status of my equipment.

First of all, the company changed my appointment time and didn't call me; I was leaving work to meet them at my house and decided to call to verify the time. That's when I found out that they "just" received a call from my assigned plumber that my time slot had changed due to an emergency call. I understand emergencies but the fact that I had to call them is upsetting. I reminded them that I was taking off work to meet them at my house so they decided to send someone to meet me. The plumber arrived within my scheduled time slot, however he did not have the proper tools with him. After looking at my jetted tub, he told me he could replace the jets for around $700 or I could go buy some type of spray for my type of tub to lubricate the jets. I told him I couldn't afford the replacement but I'm still confused about this "spray". He then looked at my disposal and told me that I might want to call an electrician because the disposal isn't pulling enough volts to run. I then asked him if he could at least switch out 2 faucets and he reminded me that he didn't have his tools. He told me that he would have someone call me to reschedule the faucets but I haven't heard from anyone. The whole day was a bust and a complete waste of my time! I had an electrician come out 2 days later and he quickly determined that it WAS the disposal. All he did was plug something else into the outlet used by the disposal and it worked. Now I'm out the money for the electrician and have another appointment with a different plumber to come out and replace my disposal. I will never buy any more packaged deals from Angie's List.

I had scheduling issues with Force homes as they couldn't make the date they had promised, however, they were able to squeeze me in an early morning. Technician arrived promptly and was versed with his duties. Once done he briefed me on all he did and some recommendations taking his time to make sure I understood in details.

Arrived precisely on time. serviced a/c as requested & cleaned filters. Cleaned up behind their work.

The service was fine. I think I have used them pretty much within the week after I bought the Big Deal. I think we just paid two-$49 to them because we have two systems. It was all fine. It was all pretty routine. They were very clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They made sure to put booties on and made sure they did not track in any mess. The $49 was fine. It was good because it is usually more than that. He called back right away after I tried to get it in because I did it online. They called right away to make sure of an appointment time that would work for me. They were actually early which was nice. I did not have to wait a long time. They made sure they cleaned up. They even vacuumed up because we had put down more insulation in the attic. They actually went ahead and vacuumed it out with their vacuum. We actually used them again. We had them come and did our furnace check.

Did a good job. Some after job sales pitch,but that was expected. Not high pressure and accepted nothing extra to be done with no problem. Courteous and respectful and will consider for future work.

He emptied the drain pan that was full, and attempted to correct the condensate flow issue, however more water overflowed onto my ceiling the following day. I know fixing that wasn't part of the deal I bought, but I would have preferred to pay some extra and have the issue corrected and fixed once and for all.

On time, professional, made some recommendations. Seemed to do a comprehensive evaluation. Measured capacitors, first time any HVAC tech has done that.

It went fine. I think they probably just had a good rating. My interactions with them were fine.

They did a very good job. I was very happy with the service considering they worked me in to their schedule.

They were okay. They did the water heater flush and may some suggestions and provided a quote. Their quote was a little bit to high for my liking.

1. From the first office phone call = awesome. Lisa was courteous, patient, and listened THOROUGHLY. (we were in a particular bind). NO problems. Guy & Mike were on time, called 15 minutes prior to arriving, completed the test, and talked us through everything. 2. We had SERIOUS issues with closing (fiasco & debacle were the most commonly used words by everyone involved regarding the responsible parties), and Lisa w/ FHS was a ROCKSTAR. We were on-again/off-again, and she was patient and sympathetic. She & Guy kept an eye on us, and also allowed me to keep in touch after hours due to the whole mess. When we were ready on the day of ACTUAL closing, Guy was SPOT on time later in the day. He even took care of a utilities issue since the city itself was just plain dumb. (part of the fiasco). He showed us how to do things, let us tag-along and take notes, he told us a "hierarchy" of potential issues (what to fix immediately and things that were coming down the pipe [so to speak]), he also explained that there were some items we could DIY and others that we could try a DIY for, but it would be more difficult, plus those items just not to touch. He quoted prices for everything. ***IMPORTANT: They give UP-FRONT PRICING! This is NOT a list that changes, and Guy pretty much has it memorized to provide the info while he's standing in your home.*** 3. Day after closing, and our water heated just plain died. (age of the unit and having been unused and winterized for so long.) This had been a potential issue Guy had mentioned. It was working even after he left, but he did tell us we were on borrowed time. I called Lisa when I found out on my lunch break, and they had a tech out to check within a half an hour. The water heater was installed that night at the end of our workday. Now, here's a kicker: Unfortunately, there was an extremely uncomfortable, very unprofessional interaction with the serviceman. This is not a comment on the work that was done, but about a professional presence. Because of the awesomeness of Lisa et al, I KNEW he was NOT representative of the company. Sure enough, first thing in the morning, we received a follow-up call about the service: the call was before I had a chance to give THEM a call to explain what happened. (side note: this was Good Friday, so they weren't waiting until after the holiday to make sure we were satisfied.) Because of the relationship we'd built in a super-speedy amount of time, they knew they would get a direct and honest review and wanted it ASAP. As usual, Lisa listened with patience (and utter shock), and went above and beyond to make. it. right. We'll be seeing them again this Friday for a maintenance check on our heating and a/c units. Those are the facts as they are right now: fortunately, that leads to the tone of this review as beyond enthusiastic to support them.

They were very good people. It was a messy job, but they got it done. I was going to replace the cartridge of the valve, and the ring that holds the cartridge in there, was corroded in, and so I had to take out the whole thing and shut off the water. I knew better, and so I tried doing it without cutting it into the other side, so I was working on one side, and I finally called the plumber, and he asked if I was trying to burn the house down. He did what I was trying to do in the first place. He fixed it up real well. The only thing is that they are very expensive and that is not unusual for plumbers. I supplied the part, and he was here for a few hours. They work around the clock, so they are paying the man over time as it is. His name was Tom, and he was excellent, he was very friendly. I had them out for a water heater too, a number of years back.

Came out on Memorial weekend and took care of the problem for me. He was nice and professional.

They took out the old system and installed a new system and cleaned up in one day. They were professional, courteous and hard working. Afterwards they helped us fill out the rebate form for the city.

We have used them for many years. Always professional, on time and efficient.

It worked out fine. It didn't take the tech very long to do the work at all.

They did eventually show up for the service. They were 2 hours late when the showed up. They have cancelled twice in the last week. We took work off today to wait for them and they called last minute to cancel again. We had to wait another week from the first cancellation. I'm no longer interested in using this company.

They were professional, nice, and seemed to know what they were doing. And I got an Angie's List special! Will use them again for plumbing and A/C and heating.

Good did not see much of him and his helper. That is because of my inability to walk well. He did what I needed. The results are noticeable since it has been cold and I like warm showers. I like the fact that he is local and is training a new generation of plumbers.

Force home services is a very competent, honest company and has great professional employees. Highly recommend.
