Description of Work: I have worked with Force Home Services for a few years now and not only have I purchased a system from them but rely on the company to make sure others do their job with good standards. Force and Damone recently helped me out with one of my units that was purchased and installed by Dring. The Dring tech said there was nothing wrong with my unit but Force told me that I needed a coil replacement. This allowed me to call Dring and complain about their lack of service. Dring came clean and replaced the leaking coil. This would have not been possible without the help of Force Home Services!

Description of Work: We did not realize this company was based out of Denton and probably would not have used their services had we known that. They sent out a man who replaced the water faucets on both the front and the back of our house. We were pleased with his work, but after he left we found he did not put a particular piece of equipment on the faucet in the back, rendering that faucet inoperable with watering hoses. It took about a week and two phone calls to get him back to Plano to install the last piece of equipment.

Description of Work: We used this company as one of Angie's special deals. We had a pipe with a tiny leak repaired. He was friendly and very competent and we were very pleased.

Description of Work: Angie's List Deal got me introduced to them to do some basic plumbing tasks to unclog a couple of drains, and install a broken sprayer. The plumber arrived on time, was courteous, and very professional and took the time to explain the cause of the recurring clogs. Definitely recommend them for use, and will use them next time.

Description of Work: Brook Whitman was the technician who came out for the special I had purchased. He was extremely courteous and friendly but even more important he knew what he was doing. He fixed the outside faucet that two other plumbers had passed on, then went on to radjust newly installed tub and shower faucets (another firm) , and then adjusted the hot water heater. He is thorough. I would recommend this company and especially their representative, Brook Whitman. What a deal, two hours for $89.00 and the best.

Description of Work: Toilet was loose from the floor and had been leaking a little. Removed toilet, replaced pvc and ring. Replaced and repaired internal components as well. Very good work. Nice man to work with. Thanks

Description of Work: We bought a special with two hours for $89 from Angie's list. Had two clogged drains and a valve that needed replacement. We have lived in the same home for 23 years and although we have had several different plumbers, some repeatedly to "give them a chance" to be sure there was no mis-communication or unrealilstiic expectations on our part, we have never been more satisfied. The professional plumber arrived in uniform, put shoe coverings on each of several times he needed to come in and out of the house, and had a difficult task removing an original valve under the kitchen sink. He remained cheerful, professional, and did a better job at some of the same work we had had done over the previous years with incomplete results. We recommend this vendor, and encourage you to try them as well!

Description of Work: We have spent $2301 this year in maintainence/repairs with Force Home Services. The last service call was done because 1 of our 3 units iced over twice in 1 week prompting a second service call because the unit would not cool. The technician stated on invoice 'Downstairs system not keep up w/heat. Compressor & EVAD. coils Loss of efficiency Replace system.' I asked if they had someone who could give me a quote on a replacement system, they did, he came out later that day and gave us a quote, rather high, so we called another local company also to give us a replacement quote. Work Environmental, sent their owner David out for the quote, he asked a large number of detailed questions about out system,bills, and performance. He gave us many improvement recommendations, improved some functions of the system in question, and without a bill told us to call him back if the system did not work or failed, all with out a service/call fee.

Description of Work: I bought the deal of $89. for 2 hours of work. When I called to make the appt, I told the company's rep about the clogged drain affecting the washer, toilet & sink because she wanted to know which equipment to load in the plumber's truck. The plumber needed to use their system, with my water from the kitchen sink, because it was backed up to the sewer. Before starting his machine, he told me that there would be an extra $35.00 charge to use their equipment. Nothing was mentioned about that upcharge during the appointment call, so I refused to pay it. He then called the company rep, who backed off the charge if I wanted to use only 1 hour instead of 2, for which I paid $89. That would mean that the 1 hour of work would have cost $89.00. That made me believe that the company wasn't reputable. The plumber, however, did a great job and did stay to finish everything, which was almost 2 hours. He should switch to a trustworthy company. If using this company, just be sure they won't sneak in extra charges.

Description of Work: On time and service tech very knowledgeable. Inspected ai conditioning unit and added some freon. Tech was very curteous and very careful to keep home clean ( ie wore covers on boots and cleaned up after himself) Very pleased.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal and with parts my total was approximately $152.00. I had a leak in the pipe by the main water turnoff. A portion of the pipe and the ball valve were replaced. The technician had to go buy a part. I also had a tub and sink drain that were not draining properly. They were both unstopped. Everything was cleaned up so that you could not tell any work had been done. I especially appreciated the follow-up letter and phone call making sure I was satisfied with the service I received.

Description of Work: first they came out to check AC/heating unit.... found some immediate problems and fixed them.... found out the coil was rusted and leaking coolant also fan on AC unit outside needed replaced... they came back that friday and replaced both.. the cost was high, but I am not familiar with pricing these things. The work was done and the entire unit is functioning well and should last for quite a while, they said.

Description of Work: Technician came out and checked my AC system. He discovered I had a blown capacitor in the external unit and he replaced it.

Description of Work: In Dec. my downstairs unit stopped working. They came out to check the system. They fixed the problems successfully.
