Description of Work: Roof was leaking above fireplace in family room. DCT representative went into the attic and stated that the leak was coming from the sky light in the kitchen more than from the chimney area on the room. Sky light area and chimney area were fixed. No leaks since. Will use them again and will recommend them to others. Extremely positive experience.

Description of Work: DCT recently replaced shingles for our roof due to hail damage, and also replaced the gutters (through subcontractor) and repaired some of the window beads (through subcontractor). They were referred to me be another highly rated vendor on Angies List. In the end, the work was very good, and they were able to maximize the value received vs my insurance deductible. By operating as a General contractor for multiple services, they were able to get additional 10% overhead and 10% profit from insurance company that maximized the value received vs insurance reimbursement. They contracted out both the gutters and windows. The gutters replaced, and the windows were fixed to my satisfaction. The quality of work was very good, no complaints. They were generally very responsive to all requests, calls, etc. I may consider using them in the future for insulation or radiant barrier work, and would recommend them for roof and related work. My only recommendation is to make sure you as a customer have a very good understanding of what is to be provided and what the related price will be. We went back and forth on this on some minor matters but were able to work through these issues. I am really happy with the way it turned out - in the end my out of pocket was much less than what I would have expected. Also, they referred my to a painter/handyman type that painted the house and did some other odd jobs as separate services.
