There was a hail storm in my neighborhood, and many houses got damaged. After the storm many roofers came around, so it was hard to choose a company to do my inspection. Basically I was looking for an honest inspection, and willing to do whatever was necessary. I did some research, looked for reviews... and decide to contact DCT. Kris promptly got a schedule to me, and I have Spencer coming to my house for inspection. Spencer told me I didn't have any major issues or anything that would require actions... that was a REALLY HONEST inspection. Walking around my neighborhood I can see many companies replacing many roofs, and despite of the big storm we had, I do think to myself: "OK, are those cases ALL total losses?" I'm glad I had DTC doing my inspection. They are very professional, polite and honest. I will recommend them to anyone with roofing needs, and they will be the company to be called if I have any future roofing needs as well. Congrats guys, your work ethic is great.

Dct came highly recommended from a neighbor. I made a phone call and they walked me through the entire process. I provided them my insurance paperwork and they made sure the insurance company didn't miss anything. They upgraded my shingles and explained how I can now save money with my insurance company with my new impact resistant shingle. With my busy work schedule... I don't have much free time but I was able to do everything via email which made the entire process a breeze. The crew was friendly and they left my yard just as they found it. It's nice to know they are a local company and will always be just around the corner should I need them again. Thinking about replacing windows in the spring and DCT will be who I call. From start to finish a very pleasant experience.

Mitch, from DCT Roofing, initially came to our house on 12/31/15 to fix a leak in our roof. He caulked around the chimney where he thought it was leaking. The next rain storm we had, the roof still leaked in the same spot it was leaking before. We again called DCT Roofing and they sent Mitch out in mid March of 2016. Mitch told us he had done a great job and there was no leaks around the chimney. We explained that there never was a leak around the chimney and he did not fix the leak we asked him to fix. He seemed puzzled that the leak was not fixed and said that he would have Chris come and look at it the following week. It has been three weeks and we are still waiting for someone to come. I just called to speak to someone and got the answering machine. We have been dealing with the same roof leak since December of 2015. We have given DCT Roofing every chance to fix it and they have failed. I left a message on 4/11/16 stating that I would like a refund so that I could contact someone else to fix our roof.

Finished on time and within budget. Paul worked with me on the insurance payment and was mindful of the issues with the mortgage company.

These guys did a great job after we worked out all the details. They helped me pick new hail resistant shingles to deter future damage. It was an insurance claim, and they worked directly with the insurance company to provide them with all the relevant paperwork and information to get the claim processed and paid.

Now it is my turn to apologize to Kris' family, colleagues, and friends for a negative review in their time of sorrow. If Kris was half as wonderful as he sounded over the phone, their loss must be deep indeed. We express our deepest condolences to them. We are keeping them in our prayers and thoughts, and ask that everyone who reads this does too.

Roof replacement was completed in a timely manner including a thorough cleanup. House and fence painting was also accomplished without any problems. Kris was very attentive to all our needs and spent time answering all our questions. We will definitely call Kris should we have need of his services again.

Our house has a partial flat roof that has experienced minor leaking since we bought it in 2009. I was always able to find and repair the leaks myself but, as the house shifted or bouts of continuous rain would arrive, new leaks would spring up (about once every two years). In the fall of 2014 a new leak formed and it was much larger than any previous leak we had experienced in the house and it formed right where one of my ceiling lights meets the ceiling. I decided to finally get a professional out to correct the problem. Mitch and his crew came out and within a day they had laid down some material that would attach to and shift with the house preventing further leaks permanently. Since last November through ALL of the rain we had this spring I am happy to report that not a drop leaked through the ceiling. Thanks, y'all!

Mike's team was on-time and completed the work when he said they would.

They came out and gave me an estimate after work, no hassle there, a good selection of colors for the gutters. They came for install a few days later in between the rainstorms. Did the work quickly and were gone in a few hours. The next day we had a pretty severe rain storm and the gutters work excellent. Awesome job, and excellent customer service.

It all went excellent. Mike coordinated all aspects insuring that the individual teams are only top quality workers.. These folks know their business and the roofing was replaced in one day. The guttering and siding teams were professional and we hardly knew that they were here. All cleanup was done as the jobs progressed and there was no inconvenience. The price quoted was spot on and even with an adjustment needed DCT provided the appropriate interface with my insurance company. We are extremely pleased with DCT Roofing Solutions and we Thank-you again.

We had a hailstorm and it took a roof and a part of our siding. Chris and Mike really know what they are doing. They are totally untouchable in terms of being able to provide you conscientious and prompt work. There were inevitable errors that are made when repairing an old house but they were quite adept at finding those and helping us afford to have those repaired even though they weren't necessarily covered by the insurance. It was done with such quality and caliber that we can't do anything but jump for joy as to how much they raised the value of the house in the process. Really outstanding people. They are the first ones we would call.
