It went great. It took a while to find and fix all the issues, but they were great! Prompt, knowledgeable, and had the "get the work done" attitude. They are now my go to plumbers!

My home warranty had sent someone else out there and then tried to get out of doing the work. After they did a cash out, I called BCI. I had enough information from the first plumber, I knew what part needed to be replaced. The faucet had a lifetime warranty but wasn't sure how well that would work. Apparently Bill was able to get Moen to replace the part under the warranty so I was only billed for 1.5 hours of labor and saved about $60 on the part. They worked with the tenant at a time that was convenient for the tenant and the tenant was happy with them. Thanks for saving me some money and keeping the tenant happy!

They came out immediately and found that it was just a clogged drain. Their responsiveness has always been good. We have been customers with them for about 13 years now. They have always been right there and very friendly and helpful. They are great to deal with.

They are good. They did a great job. They are coming out tomorrow, prior to that it was about 2 years ago. They are down to earth and they are honest. They don’t seem like they are adding anything more than they need to. It was an excellent work.

Removed old water heater, installed new water heater, pan underneath, piping to outside of house, CO alarm in house. There were 2 workmen, they were extremely prompt and efficient and personable. They explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions, kept the whole work area clean, and when they installed the piping from heater to outside, they did an excellent job of drilling through the brick and sealing the hole. The entire job was done very professionally and quickly. New water heater works fine.

I discovered this after waiting all morning for a Saturday scheduled appt. I had a sluggish bathtub drain and had called for the appt. several days earlier. By the time he would have gotten to my home and done the repair I would have missed my other Saturday apt. He offered to take a few dollars off the bill but I told him to not bother coming. If the company does not work on Saturday they need to not schedule any appointments.

They were great. I had a faucet installed. It was kind of an extensive faucet. I have used them before and I like them. They do what they say they will do and when they say they say they will do it. They are dependable and honest. I think that their price is fine but I don’t have anything to compare.

Jeff Andersen showed up on time. Very professional and courteous. Jeff looked over the situation and recommended replacing the faucet cartridge - the only other alternative was tearing a hole in the wall and replacing the valve - which was the recommendation of another plumbing company. It was more of a challenge than Jeff had counted on but he kept after it and eventually was able to remove the old cartridge, replaced it with a new one just in time for our home inspection. We were so impressed with Jeff and BCI we have scheduled another appointment for tomorrow for additional plumbing work.

I called BCI yesterday and they said someone would come out the next day, but they did not give me a time. I worried that they might make me sit around all day waiting. That was not the case. The tech called me about nine o'clock and was there by 9:15. He listened to my description of the problem. He made sure power was shut off and then examined various parts and made repairs. While he was thorough, he managed to finish the job quickly and to my satisfaction. He was courteous and professional.

Very helpful, went above and beyond to make sure we didn't need a second visit.

Johnny showed up on time and quickly and cheerfully did all the work we needed done. It is refreshing to have maintenance work Done by a person that cares about the finished job , not a pay check

My bathtub plumbing fixtures and pipes going to the tub were installed in 1946 and finally gave out and were leaking hot water. This caused my hot water heater to run almost continuously and caused some mold in the wall near the hot water handle. Billy and Ronnie arrived right at the time promised. They discussed with me the problem and what was needed to fix it. I also decided that since we were replacing the fixture I would have them install a shower head. They got right to it. They replaced the fixtures. Took out and replaced the bad plumbing that was causing the problem. They also installed the shower unit (1st time we had one in the house). They completely cleaned up the mess before they left. They were extremely courteous, professional and didn't mind answering all of the questions we had. They made sure I understood everything before they started and then showed me the work afterwards as well. I am highly satisfied with the the work that was done. I will definitely request their services again should the need arise and will refer them to others. Thank you for everything.

It went very well. They came out and got the job done quickly. They have excellent service and keep within their estimates.

Kohler top-of-the-line toilet was installed by Johnny of BCI Mechanical. Next day the toilet was found leaking from a manufacturer's defect. Johnny repaired the leak. New toilet was installed and replaced the original faulty toilet.

Excellent plumbers. Very professional. They just took care of business and never made me feel as if it was my fault the line was stopped up. I would certainly call them again if I need anything else fixed.

I am a REALTOR, and I called BCI to come out for a bid on some work, but they were $150 more and did not specify an important piece of the job, so my Buyer went with another contractor. Overall they were excellent, just did not get the bid.

My renter, and then my handyman friend spend two days trying to clear the blockage between the house and septic tank, using snakes, etc. The plumbing in the house was unusable - totally blocked and backed-up from kitchen to bathroom toilet and tub. I called BCI, and they sent two men out who tried unsuccessfully to clear the blockage. The next day they brought their camera - a cost of $250 - to locate the blockage in the line. They found the problem - the old tile pipe had slipped sideways - and said that the whole system needed to be replaced under the house and out to the septic tank, and left to work up an estimate. Three days passed and I called BCI and they said they were working on the estimate. Ten days later I got the estimate, for over $4,000.00. Meanwhile, my renter and my handyman dug down into the line where BCI's camera found the blockage, and repaired the line. I paid my renter and the handyman for their work. Two months later I got a bill from BCI for $800, for their share of the work. I understand they did direct us to the problem, but the delay of ten days before they even submitted an estimate was simply astonishing. On their time table I would not only have spent $4,000 to replace the system, but would have lost my renter, since the house was unusable without working plumbing.

Each time the employees were punctual, courteous, clean and well-groomed, efficient and effective. Their prices were reasonable as well.

As usual, Johnny did an outstanding job.

I called BCI at 4:00 p.m. with a slight emergency. My outside faucet had a continuas stream of water coming out and I could not get it to stop. Water was going down the street. Johnny Lee was at my house within 40 minutes of calling and repaired the hose bibb. Such a nice person. I will use this company from now on.

Called another plumber last week who said that they could not get to me till Tuesday. Called them Tuesday to confirm and was informed that they would not be able to get to my appointment at all. Two days before Thanksgiving and every plumber I called was either closed for the holiday or booking out appointments after the holiday. Not wanting to be without a kitchen sink during one of the biggest cooking days of the year we kept calling. BCI was the first and only company who said that they could get out before the holiday and could even get out that day! I was shocked! She said that they didnt have any open appointment times but if we could be flexible they would send someone out asap. Plumber arrived and spent almost two hours. Ran over 75 ft of snake down the drain 2 times to get everything. Total bill as under $150!! Know BCI has been around the area forever but thought that they might be too high priced compared to some of the smaller local companies, but NO MORE!! Will be using them for everything from now on. Footnote: of the 5 plumbing companies that I found on Angie's List and left messages for, only 1 called me back and that was 48 hours later. Told them that we already got the problem fixed. Way to go BCI!!

Sent Johnny out to investigate and measure for installation. He was polite and answered several questions. They emailed proposal from Kevin. I emailed back with more questions which Kevin quickly answered. After reviewing alternatives, I decided to contract with them and they scheduled the installation. After a short delay for parts, the installation took a full day with two men involved. The work was done very well and we were quite satisfied with the result.

Great. This is the 3rd time we've had Johnny Lee as our plumber and we will continue to request him.

I had a bad anti-freeze faucet in my front yard. I had replaced the washer myself a few times but this last time around you really had to crank down on it to shut it off - something my wife was unable to do, and it still had a small leak. I had purchased a couple of replacement units but was leery about the install as I didn't know if I had threads or a sweated piped behind my brick and didn't want to take a chance on snapping something off behind the brick causing more of an issue. I called just before noon and Kim mentioned that the technician would be at my house as soon as possible and that he would call prior. It was a little bit after 3pm when Johnny Lee and Daniel showed up. I explained that I had previously replaced the internal washer a couple of times but that was no longer keeping the seal. Johnny told me that he was going to replace the entire hose bib unit, and I mentioned that I had just purchased two but hadn't had the nerve to install them as mentioned above. What I had purchased and what he had in the truck were the same type unit, so he used my part. Within about 15 minutes he was done, and all but apologized for having to charge me for the entire hour. I am very pleased, but more importantly my wife is back to being happy! It took him longer to answer my do-it-yourself questions than it did to fix the problem. Definitely will be using BCI and Johnny again as needs arise!

We had a leaking outdoor faucet in need of repair and, since our house is eleven years old, we decided to have some preventive maintenance work done as well. We scheduled BCI for an estimate on Tuesday, July 30. On Saturday, July 27, our upper air conditioner failed. A technician from "Company X" arrived on Monday, July 29, and told us the repairs would cost $5800 and he could have them done by August 7. That's eleven days in the 100 degree heat without AC in the upper bedrooms. When BCI arrived the next day (Tuesday the 30th) we asked them about their AC service. They had a technician here that afternoon who offered to replace the upper unit at less than half the quoted cost from Company X AND they would do it that same afternoon. We were so extremely pleased with the service, cost, and performance that we scheduled for them to replace the lower eleven year old unit as well. And the plumbing? They recommended that we only do the required repairs and showed us why that was the most economical way to go. The cost for both AC units and the plumbing was less than the original Company X quote! We are extremely pleased!
