Description of Work: The service man actually told me over the phone how to do the fix myself and it worked perfectly and has ever since then. He could have easily come out, charged me $100 or more and done this simple fix, but he was honest, kind, and considerate.

Description of Work: This service call went perfectly. Rec'd prompt call, appt. made (after hours no less! Yeah!), technician called first & arrived on time. Was delighted to have a personable, professional with 18 years experience to do the service. He immediately went to work, had experience installing garage door openers with multiple features and cleaned up the area before he left. Showed me how to open the door with the remote, outside access panel, safety pull incase of electricity is off and explained the written directions. He also inspected the current garage door and rollers. When he left, I felt safe and grateful for him, his company and Angie's list.

Description of Work: I ordered the special offer, but Dave called and said they had a better deal going on. He tuned up garage door, which wouldn't go down, replaced the safety eye beam sensor and programmed the garage door opener in our car to open and close the garage door. He also told me where I could order the eye beam and save a little bit of money, but I opted to let him get the one he recommended. GREAT experience - would highly recommend!
