Description of Work: Javier's team did a great job on my yard, hedges and flower beds. They came out on the same day that I met with Javier for an estimate. The price was reasonable considering our yard is approximately one acre and we have multiple flower beds. I would highly recommend Javier and will be using his services on an ongoing basis.

Description of Work: I called this provider to do general yard clean-up, as mine had been neglected for awhile. I left a voice msg, and he responded promptly. | |He gave me a general estimate of $650 for a full day with 2 crew working at $35/hr, & asked if I were OK with that pricing. I said I was. He said he would swing by to look at the place, and I asked that he call me b4 he came so that I could be here to discuss any issues. He said OK, it would be a day or so. I never heard from him. | |If his plate were already full, then I would have appreciated his letting me know and not leaving me hanging.

Description of Work: I have about 1/3 of an acre that had not been maintained. Javier and his crew did a great job of cleaning out beds, pruning bushes, removing select bushes and trees and mowing and trimming. They are now doing my regular service and the yard looks great.
