Javier was able to come by the day after I called him and had everything done and completely cleaned up in two hours. His price was by far the best quote I got and I am so pleased with his work.

The crew is responsive and maintains good attention to detail. For example, rake, bag, and remove acorns from the lawn area instead of blowing them into the beds.

We definitely made the right choice on hiring Javier. We are very happy with the outcome. It's such a joy to walk outside to see our beautiful flowerbeds & new grass. I'm so glad we decided to join Angie's List for recommendations.

Javier was thorough and did an excellent job. I rated his pricing a bit high because he was twice the rate as our previous yard man, but Javier's work was excellent.

They are very good. Miguel was on hand available and very responsive to any of my questions. I highly recommend them. I did some comparable shopping and they were in a reasonable range.

Javier did our lawn work for over a year. His people do more than just mowing and edging. They also can remove weeds, create and red flower beds, and they clean up the yard. Unlike other lawn services we have had, they never damaged our trees with the weed eater or drove iver our landscape lights. They were always careful and did a great job.

Javier and his crew are hard workers and did everything well. It took over two days.

The service was inconsistent and we would not receive monthly invoice. We would get a bill every 3-4 months, we made it very difficult to keep a track of. We were paying $65 every week which seemed on the higher side compared to our neighbors.

Placed blocks on top of sprinkler head. He promised to move the blocks but did not do so. While mowing lawn, broke plastic utility covers. Promised to replace them but did not. Did not blow grass and debris off the patio. His employees do not speak English. When I phoned Javier, he would constantly promise to talk to his men. But things did not change, so we stopped using his services.

I met with Javier back in March and we went over what I was looking for. He made several recommendation upfront and set expectation well as to when he could deliver his services; and deliver he did. Javier did a great job in updating the landscaping which really brought out the best in the property. Along the way, he hand picked plants for the flower bed and transformed the yard so much so that I've already had several of the neighbors asking for his number. Javier is not the cheapest guy in town however if your into Quality at a fair price then inquire within.

Took weeks to finally give me the estimate after reshceduling a couple of times. After he came by for an estimate, I confirmed I wanted his biweekly services. He messages me on the day we'd decided for the service that we was sending his men out. I come home, barely anything is done. I message him to ask about what his guys really did, and no response!!

He is really great. He just finished the flower beds yesterday and it looks so great. I'm not sure if it is 100% the reason but the same day I had an offer on the house. He is very knowledgeable and he picks flowers and plants that are very good for the area. If you get a tree he will go to the tree farm and wait for the best one because he won't just pick anyone. In his domain of what he does I am very happy that I found him. I have had no problems in the past 2 years I have used him. I would recommend him.

Sometime in late September early October, I asked Javier to mow my lawn once so I can judge the quality of the work. If everything met my expectation, I would then sign on for regular service. I was having another company do the same thing so I did not commit anything to Javier. When the second company came to do the trial lawn service about 2 weeks later, I noticed that the grass was still pretty short. It was only about a week after that I saw Javier's crew getting ready to mow my lawn. I stopped them before they started and called Javier. It was at that time that I found out Javier's crew had been moving my lawn for the past 2 weeks. I told him I did not sign up for lawn service and that I was unaware he was moving my lawn. We agreed at that time that I would pay him for one service call and he would eat up the cost for the other. Javier told me today he is no longer ok with that settlement because I never did sign up for regular service. He assumed I would be a regular customer and thus he agreed to settle. He also told me this happens quite often to him and that he was out $15,000 because of people like me who takes advantage of him. I tried to explain that a person that is taking advantage of him would never have settled but he was no longer receptive to my points of view. One of his last messages to me was "... you were never clear about that . look this happens to me a lot so its up to you if you want to pay for the other time the work was done . I'll take steps on my side to take care of that ."

Javier's has provided lawn care for my small yard for the last year and a half. Always punctual, his crew does a great job of keeping things neat and tidy.

They did an excellent job. They dug up cactus, pulled small "junk" trees out and mowed the 1/2 acre area. They were very thorough about digging up the cactus. They also were diligent about getting rid of certain undergrowth and saving others that we agreed upon. The "kept" part of our yard looks fantastic. Javier and his crew mowed it, making sure to mow it two directions to get rid of the wispy weeds that grow up this time of the year. They edged it all very neatly.

I called Javier on a Monday and he had 2 guys out first thing Wednesday morning. They arrived in a timely manner and did everything I asked. Great job!

I moved away for two years and left my very large yard to the care of my son/tenants. While they kept the lawn close to the house mowed, there were fallen trees and a steep hill that went untended for two years. The result was overgrown weeds, vines and beggars lice stickers. Javier, Miguel and the crew cut down a few trees, cut and stacked it for firewood, hand cut the weeds, carrying them out in tarps so as to not spread the seeds, they raked, mowed and weedeated then blew off concrete. Cleaned up after themselves, were polite, punctual, did what they said they'd do for the price we agreed upon. I will call them again for landscape work coming up next!

Employees we're prompt and efficient, and performed the desired work with no trouble.

Javier was very quick to respond to my calls. If he didn't answer immediately, he always called back in under five minutes. His crew did a terrific and professional job. I am only stopping service because one of my neighbor's 10 year old son is starting up his own lawn care service.

They come out as needed so I do not have to schedule an appointment. They leave notes if they see something that needs additional work. They do a fine job and they are significantly less expensive than our previous lawn mowing service.

Javier made an estimate of how much it would cost to cut all the grass and weeds in our large yard, and his guys showed up and did the cutting promptly. They were quick and professional.

I am so happy I finally found the right person to do my lawn. One less thing to stress about this year:-)
