Description of Work: I called in early October 2014 to see if I could get my rate for cable reduced. My job is in jeopardy as a result of company consolidation and I am trying to trim costs where I can. The sales rep in early October told me there was nothing they could do for me and it seemed as if they were willing to lose my business. I tried once more in early November and was transferred to Customer Loyalty dept. This dept was great to work with and we made arrangements to keep my current sefvice for a much reduced rate for the next 12 months. At that point, we will revisit my job situation to determine next steps. It really helped on my monthly outflow. The reason I am not giving higher marks is because of the initial contact in October. Had I not tried one more time I would have lost service and they would have lost a paying customer. It shouldn't have come to that had the first call been handled with any type of concern for the customer.
