The guys did a great job installing a new AC unit, inside and out. Daniel was alway willing to answer questions and actually showing us what was wrong.

It went very well. Tom was trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable. After the initial installation Right Choice was very prompt and responsive to address our additional needs. Andrew did very nice job to resolve a few concerns we had. I highly recommend them. It was my right choice.

Everything went well. I was asked to change my initial B rating to an A. They did a good job, were professional, and knowledgeable so i have no problem changing my review.

We are in the process of remodeling the entire house and thought it may be smart to clean the ducts before the painters came in. We didn't want any dust blowing over our freshly painted home. Jonathan was so great by recommending he come back after the remodel was complete. I thought that was extremely honest. He could've easily told us to clean them which would've wasted our money and his time. We were grateful for his help as he walked around our home and checked our furnace and a/c units and offered his opinion on what things needed to be corrected and what things were fine. When the remodeling is complete we will definitely have The Right Choice Heating and Plumbing back out to finish the job.

They did ok. There was a little question about, we have three air conditioners in the attic. The units are outside of the house. One of those gets a lot of use. One gets a little, and one gets hardly no use at all. They came, and had trouble remembering all this, its been several months ago. Whatever they had done, they broke the very simple programmer, the thermostat for the den. Most of the downstairs got broken. I called them, and said I can't turn the unit on, the wind will blow, but the temperature didn't change. They said they didn't do anything. I told them it was working before. Someone came, and said its broke, and we would fix it for hundred fifty dollars. I said, you broke it, why would I pay it. They said its how much it would be. Took the thermostat off the wall, to the orange store. I asked if they had it. They did. I had an thermostat you can set for a week, how warm or cool you wanted. Those things for an old geezer, they get so complex. Guessing what you want to eat for the whole month. I can't do that. I bought the most inexpensive thermostat, like fifteen dollars. It was very cheap. I put that it. I called the company, and wanted to talk to the President of the company. You can't negotiate with an employee. I went to the top. I had a small bone to pick with you. They broke the inexpensive part, the Thermostat. He asked what you want me to do about it. I quoted him the price for hundred and five dollars. I asked if that was fair. I said if I go and buy, he thought it was worth one hundred and fifteen dollars, you could program it for the fifth of May. I want one to turn up and down, the blower, and change to the furnace. If I buy the unit, I would like you to send someone over, take the broken unit off, and put the new one on. He said that was fair. It was working before they came, and not working after they worked. I would appreciate it. He said he will do it. I went and pick it up. He put me down for Thursday. I went over and bought another thermostat. Sure enough, he showed up on Thursday, and put the new one in. I probably could have put the new one in, but I needed to do it. I have nothing buy nice things to say about them. They negotiated an deal on something that they didn't know was broke. They were on time.

I used the Angie discount code to purchase the cleaning and inspection for $199 from "The Right Choice Heating & Air Inc." The lead technician was David. He and his assistant did excellent. They were very professional and outlined what the process was to clean and inspect the system. During the cleaning and inspection they brought several items to my attention, made recommendations and answered all of my questions. I recommend their service and would hire them again.

They were okay. No appreciable problems. They did okay, they were responsive. I would perhaps use the again. I am not sure.

It worked out fine. Three people performed the service and it took about 4 and a half hours I believe. They did it all well.

All appointments we on time and professional. The work was always completed efficiently and well. Communication was good. No problems at all. We will call them again, soon, for a check up on all 3 systems. The cost was approx. $18,000. total for 3 units....so about $6,000. each

After several trips by the Right Choice to service the brand new system, I called another company for a second opinion and found out that the Right choice was a non compliant Install of system, system was installed April-May 2015. City of Carrollton Code Violations, The Right Choice had no Required Permit by the City of Carrollton at time of install. They applied for the permit after I contacted the City and made them aware they had no permit. A permit was issued by the City of Carrollton to the Right Choice on June 20. 2016. 2. System inspected by the City of Carrollton on June 21. 2016, 12+ months after install and code violations were cited and described as "major". One of the violations involved the gas line. System had problems from day one. multiple service calls made to correct issues since April 2015-June 2016. 4. System not cooling my home during heat of the day. System did not cycle long enough to cool house frequent on/off cycles. The Right Choice cited a Freon leak was why the system was blowing warm air the Right Choice stated initial Soder job done in June 2015 time of the install not completed, this was corrected by the Right Choice May 2016. Things that were serviced after install.. Drain line from condenser not connected properly water was pouring on the side of my house, multiple calls made before this was fixed. During one service call a panel was left off the inside unit by the technician. Thermostats installed by the Right Choice were reinstalled a year later The Right Choice stating they were not wired properly. After Resoder job the insulation on the copper pipes was left ripped opened and I had to ask them to fix that. One outside unit had start/stops prior to running smooth. The Right Choice stated this was due to too much freon added after the leak was fixed. I made my concerns known to the Right Choice of their non compliance and system operation issues. I chose not to utilize the Right Choice to fix code violations due to distrust and frustrations with their service. The Code Violations were fixed by a Company who followed compliance and even contacted the city to schedule the second inspection. The system was inspected by the City and approved and the case has been closed. Filed a complaint against the Right Choice with the TDLR in Austin the case is in litigation... The TDLR sent a notification to the name associated with the license number on the invoice and the name they cited to me did not match any name of the installers or sales person I dealt with from the Right Choice. I would never do business with this company, again they did not meet code. Make sure the installers are licensed and proper city permits are obtained, I lived for one year with a gas line code violation because the above two things were not done in addition to erractic service from a brand new system.

Things went smooth for installing new and improved parts. I have scheduled to have the final installation next week. The installers were punctual, courteous, and professional. Tom was very easy to work with and helpful.

They installed quality units and replaced the thermostat. The guys were hardworking and sharp, the owner was out and very nice as well. The price for work was excellent. Knock on wood but everything has been running like a champ. There was two workers and the owner was here for a bit of time. The work took about three hours to complete. They kept the area really clean and picked up.

Great Ducts cleaned, service done, evaluation of condition. Evaluation was not what I expected. My units have been working well since I moved in 5 years ago, however due to the age of the units it was determined all needs replacing as a preventive measure. I will maintain what I have at this time until the units fail to perform as needed.

It went very well everything was done more than I had in anticipated and he was very descriptive and telling me what I needed done and what was done properly already and I think he knew exactly what he was doing and that made me more confident in his work but pause

Jonathan was very professional and thorough with his work. He Did a great job and I was very impressed. Spoke to me about Air Scrubber Plus and sounds very good for the house.

I can say that these were one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of doing business with. The customer service gal Jessica helped me get a technician out to my grandma and the rest is history. He got her air conditioning to work and was so patient and just genuinely a nice person. How do I know this you ask? My grandma called me after he left and raved about this guy for an hour. Thank you Right Choice for making my life a whole lot easier!

GREAT JOB !!! Ethanol was incredible, came on time, took care of my problem while giving me all my different options, I would definitely recommend him to my friends! I'm also having my blower cleaned the next time.

Great! As an investor from New York, its very hard to control all my properties, specially when something goes wrong. The right choice heating and air really helped me when I needed them.
