Should be valled THE WRONG CHOICE Best way I can explain how i feel! :( My wife and I spent 10K on a new HVAC system and a new AC system back 2 years ago. We have had multiple problems and they had to come out and fix the system. Last year (summer) we had another problem. With the same new AC unit and the house was to hot my daughter and I had to get a hotel room because the house was in the mid 90's they were called out that year between 3 to 6 time (I am actually being nice on how many time they showed up) we have a maintenance plan and yet they still try to charge us to replace another part for the a.c. unit. And that and the house was still warm i posted a review and it took daniel the owner called me personally. And told me he would fix it. After spending hours and still hot days in my home we had to use portable AC UNITS because our 10,000 dollar unit did not work they finally fixed it . Daniel asked us to change our reviews to a higher rating. So lets talk about this year this is the second year we had to call them again because again... Our 10,000 dollar unit can't keep the house cool . at 2 am the house finally breaks at 70 degrees and guess what. We have to spend more money replacing another part that is not covered under the maintenance plan. I did say a while back they should be called the WRONG CHOICE. Look at my picture this is what the "right choice" will get you. Again I have to break out the portable a.c. units because again the money we put into this system keeps demanding more money.

$850 for reconnecting a wire nut and replacing a $30 capacitor is highway robbery. Now that I understand HVAC systems, I realize I have been completely taken advantage of. Don't hire these guys, they will steal your money.

My home air conditioner was not working. The reason was lack of cold air due to condensation issue and there was a water leakage. That day itself, I called Right Choice to come help me fix it, but they scheduled it on Tuesday, which was 5 days after. I collected all the leaking water in a bucket and I realised that it was ruining my ceiling and my floor. I have 3 newborns in my home. They were the most suffering from this air conditioner issue and started to have heat rashes. I was hoping to get everything fixed by Tuesday when the Right Choice agent comes and was desperately waiting for them. Finally, on Tuesday NOBODY showed up from Right Choice and on Wednesday by seeing my newborn’s condition and the way my home is getting damped, I was forced to call a private ac repair guy to come fix it. By hearing the situation I was in, he came that day itself and fixed it. He told me that there is one more leak which he cannot fix. It was unscrewing one pipe and replacing it with another (since he didn’t have the right tool with him). So I called back Right Choice that day and rescheduled my appointment. They gave me a slot for next Tuesday, which is again ‘6 DAYS APART’. My kids were sleeping happily and there was no water leakage. Again on Tuesday, the Right Choice guy shows up and he said that he ‘CANNOT’ fix it as it was repaired by an unprofessional. After sometime, he called his manager and told me that he can fix it for 740$. Meanwhile, I texted my repair man and he told me that it shouldn’t be anything more than 150$, all they have to do is replace a small leaked pump (unscrew it and screw it in). I told the Right Choice agent my situation that I had 3 newborns who was suffering from heat rashes for a week and I had a heavy leaking which was damaging my ceiling. I convinced him to fix it as Right Choice installed my entire AC unit (both inside and outside in 2016). But he said that he could not help me. I have no idea why reputed companies like them behave like this after hearing my situation and overall, it is a brand new AC unit installed by them in 2016. And they still they didn’t CARE to help me. I am very much DISAPPOINTED with their PRODUCT, SERVICE and of course WARRANTY!! PS: The agent who came from Right Choice was good and he wanted to help me, but he was not able to.

Their technician was in a hurry and complain about being over worked. He told us he checked the vents and opened a couple of them but couldn’t finish the job because he was by himself and they didn’t have enough personnel to come back and check all the vents. The next morning we woke up to find water damage On the ceiling, wall and carpeting right under the ac unit the technician worked on the day before. They were called and came out to see the damage and told us they weren’t responsible and will not take care of the damage. So we’re out the money for The damage . This company apparently has liability insurance for nothing and refuse to take responsibility for this issue.

The technician was personable, knowledgeable, efficient. We have received an estimate by email and will wait for two other scheduled estimates before deciding on contract.

The installation went well. David was my contact and he was so professional. He answered all my questions and helped me understand how AC units work etc. The crew arrived the same way to install and they were on time. They finished the installation in the same day and my AC is beautiful and working wonderfully well. I received 3 bids and Right Choice Bid was very competitive. I have another unit to replace in about 2 years and they will be hear to take care of that one too!! I definitely recommend.

Everything went fine that was under their control.

I feel like I've been conned. I am a senior lady living alone, and people take me for an easy target.

Preformed inspection as asked. Did not "find" unneeded work to perform for extra money.

Leaked through the ceiling after less than 2 weeks. Called them and said they will send people to check. Will come back to comment how it went.

Very well. The technician were punctual and friendly.

Everything went fine. I just wanted a tuneup but they ended up finding some problems and took care of them for no extra charge. They were very professional and spent a lot of time explaining everything.

My system was really old and I needed to replace it. It went out and I was left in this heat! The Right Choice came right away quoted me on a replacement gave me the option to finance. They where quick to install, and did an awesome job.

Great, Daniel came in with great tribal knowledge of the homes in the area, fixed the problem quickly and was a pleasure to talk to. Excellent service from this technician!

Arrived home and realized that the AC wasn't cooling the house. Called a company to come check it out, they had a look in the attic and proceeded to tell me that I needed a new AC unit. My AC is pretty new so I decided to get another opinion. I called the Right Choice, Daniel the technician told me that the only issue is a dirty filter. He replaced it (told me that I need to change it every 3 months and not once a year :) ) and the AC started to cool the house again! Would definitely call these guys for any AC/Heater issue I encounter, they are very honest and professional!

Highly recommend. David was very professional and explained us the condition of our system and we decided to install a new systemand a maintenance plan. Our old one was running the old type of freon and showed signs of mildew

Coming from work on a hot afternoon to a hot house on a Friday no fun at all, i contacted the Right Choice and was able to get service same day and our tech was able yo get our AC working right away.

Everything went great! Job was done fast and excellent

The technicians were nice but felt like they were trying to sell upgrades. I was told that one unit was low on Freon and they wanted to charged $120 per pound or replace unit and the other unit is fine. I informed them I have a home warranty and would contact them. The home warranty company sent out a different company. The one unit was low on Freon and they fixed immediately. However, the other unit had a clogged drain line and a rusted drip pan. The Right Choice did not say anything about this to me and did not fix the issue. The other company cleared the line and a new pan will be installed.

They did what they said they would do. The price was reasonable. They did a good job and I was satisfied. I probably will not use them again. The man who came out wanted to sell me the air scrubber and UV light and it was very expensive. I chose not to get it, I think that are disappointed that I didn't get it so I will just go to a different company next time.

Leak was fixed. Eli also talked to us about an air scrubber which we were in the market for. He made it clear and easy to make the decision to get it installed.
