they have come in for regular check up, i told them about the noise issue. they said some screws were loose on the ground and they have fixed them. but i still could hear the noise.

These guys were great. Very responsive, came back at no charge to address a blocked drain line that revealed itself once their initial repairs had the system running at peak efficiency (which meant more condensation runoff).

Everything went smooth. The installation team was prompt and able to complete the complete change out in 1 day. We replaced absolutely everything. The only part I didn't like was the hard sell when it came to deciding what we were going to do said they had to call their manager. Other than having to tell the manager we would sleep on it I would recommend the right choice every time and will hire them again if needed.

We didn't get any business cards from the gentlemen that came to the house. We just weren't receiving any cooling are. The units are working but the air isn't cold. When he came out to inspect. We turned the outdoor unit off. The gentleman said that it's not working, said that it's not working. He got defensive and said it'd be your word against mine. He said he thought it might be our relay switch and said it'd be $345. Seemed like he was just out to make money. Wanted to debate and argue just wanted.

Very well, and service technician Jonathan was very professional. Recommended service that I may need in the future, but decided to have it done at this time to prevent future issues.

There is a blockage on the AC unit which causes unit to broke down. The technician could not find this problem during the tuneup. This cost me 6000$+ when AC leaks and breaks down. HVAC unit has a mold. The reliability of their technician is questionable. The picture is the object that causes the blockage. It is not a small thing that can easily overlook. From the AC tune up report, does not mention any issue at all. I wish this problem could be detect earlier that would save me a lot of money. They refund the service fee of 100$ which still far less than what I have spent on the new unit. Very disappointing.

Ethan was all of the above qualities in the range of "A". Allayed all my fears of this marketing call that could have been a scam. I have even joined your services for a year.

The faulty condenser motor fan was replaced with a new fan by Right Choice. When the HVAC still refused to turn on, the Right Choice representative said he would return to look into the problem. However, before he had an opportunity to return, the Trane company that originally installed the condenser arrived to replace an additional part. Problem solved! The Right Choice men were efficient, friendly and hard-working.

Great. I had 3 other companies come out and they were the only ones that actually took time to dig into the problem. The other companies thought the issue was a new compressor and because it was a Trane, did not want to fix it. Andrew did a great job figuring out the issue was a wiring harness and capacitor and not the compressor.

We are extremely happy. Jonathan and Angel were extremely thorough and super professional. My husband and I could be happier which is why we ended up signing up for bi-yearly service program. They inspected everything from my indoor unit, my outdoor unit and they even check a duct in the attic. Some minor issues and they gave us some easy tips to take care of it ourselves. Totally recommend them.

These folks came out because the outdoor compressor fan was not working. They opened it up, and declared that the compressor was shot, and that the entire unit needed to be replaced. Interesting enough, they would be glad to sell me one. Another service guy came out, and pointed out that a wire had come loose. He connected the wire, and the entire unit was humming again. I don't think I'd use these folks again. They either don't know what they are doing, or are dishonest.

We set up a contract. So far the quality is an A. They are a good crew. It seemed like a good idea. My father had one with them before. Originally 2 guys came out and then they had to call out another guy. It took half a day maybe. The clean up was good.
