It went extremely well. Ryan and Daniel checked out the old unit thoroughly. They determined that it was old and inefficient enough that it needed to be replaced before it failed during the intense heat of a Texas summer. They used an Oncor incentive plan which cut the cost for is. They determined that our old system was too small for the size of our home. Their calculations showed that we needed a 3.5 ton unit. The technicians, Salvador, Brad, and Antonio did a great job with all phases of the installation. We are very satisfied with the entire job.

I normally don't write reviews but have 2give a special thnx 2the right choice,I was having problems with my heater & high electric bills,they introduced me 2 a oncor program that actually paid me $1500 to replace system with a heat pump,best decision I ever made,my utility bill was $165 cheaper then previous 1,very professional company that seems 2 care about their customers, thnx again the right choice

David was knowledgable and super-helpful, and on top of that, a genuinely nice person. He and his team communicated with me regularly, generously worked with me on the pricing and a payment plan, and overall delivered outstanding customer service. The team installed my attic-based system on one of the hottest days of 2017 in DFW. In spite of the awful heat in which they worked, they were all friendly and professional. The job ran longer than normal because my narrow attic access required extra maneuvering to get the system in, but they stuck with it, and took the time to clean everything up well, too. As for how well the system works--my electric bill shrank by a good 80%. I'm long overdue in giving David and The Right Choice team the positive review they earned. I appreciate them and definitely recommend them.

It went well. In all cases, they came on time, did the work, cleaned up after themselves, and were responsive to our needs.

The technician who showed up on that day was trying to sell me a new unit where as I was more interested in knowing what in particular was broken and how much it would cost just to fix the broken stuff vs buying a new system. The owner then called me once he became aware of the situation. He made up for my lack of satisfaction with the service by offering a refund or a free next service. He was genuinely interested in providing the service that I was looking for. I appreciated that.

It went well. David & Eric arrived on time and quickly did the vent and plenum cleaning. They determined exactly which heater parts were necessary and returned early the next morning to install them. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them for my heating and air conditioning needs from now on.

Jonathan and Derrick was excellent. Gabe me repairs needed and did not push repairs express the urgency. I appreciate that.

I had great communication throughout my experience with The Right Choice Heating & Air Inc. The techs were very knowledgeable, friendly, polite & courteous. Great value & I would definitely hire them again.

The technician did not arrive on time. he didn't even gave a courtesy call to let me know that he will be late or he's heading my way. Appointment window was 4-6 pm and he arrived after 7 pm. All in all he did a good job to do the tasks listed in the deal description. However, he refused to clean the indoor coil, which was the most important thing for me. I compared a lot of similar offers on Angie's list and selected this one because they also offered indoor coil cleaning. My indoor coil is located in the attic and is very much "accessible". In fact their technician actually accessed the coil to do the spot inspection. But did not clean it because their "dispatch" unit didn't authorize him to. I tried to contact their office many times afterwards, with my concern, however, didn't get any response. I am very disappointed due to service refusal which is clearly printed in their deal description. I hope to get things clear with Angie's list representative intervene.

Very good, they check outside and inside units. They did try to upscale on anything.

The unit was running ok but they suggested a timely upgrade. I told them I would wait.

David Cohen and his partner were really good; thoroughly checked units and even threw in a duct system cleaning. We were so impressed we signed a customer service agreement with them to keep our AC and heating units running perfectly.

Great. I mistakenly low rated this service on a previous rating. I had my rental and my home done on the same day and mixed up the two services. Right Choice did a great job. It was Elliott Refrigeration that did a really bad job as reported in my rating.

We were impressed at how thorough they were. The AC is running better than it has in a long time.

Travis and Derrick came in and did an air duct maintenance service for me. Very happy, will recommend these guys to family and friends!
