Description of Work: Excellent info about A/C system, changed filters, cleaned air ducts -- made a real difference. Very polite, very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. Erik was polite, informative and friendly.

Description of Work: They came a couple days prior and cleaned the ducts. Examined my furnace and it was a rusted mess. I bought the new furnace from them. I should have contacted Angie's List first. My son-in-law called while they were installing it and told me the unit was too big for my house. I am an older woman so I don't know.

Description of Work: I had Zion out to redo a job that another one of their techs did poorly (who is also no longer working for the company). He did a simple duct cleaning and routine maintenance. I was so pleased with his work that I had him come out again for a deep cleaning of the blower. He was fantastic, showed me everything he planned on doing, kept me in the loop with how things were going and how we could maintain our system, and worked with us on payments. Zion was extensively professional, very personable, and honest -which I've found to be a HUGE deal with contractors. I would recommend this company to anyone as long as they also request Zion.you won't be disappointed.

Description of Work: They could not do the 48-point inspection on the heating unit (part of special offer) because of discovery of suspected black mold on our unit, but they were able to use a new and improved model of a huge machine to clean all the air ducts of our house. We were given a very professional detailed evaluation about possibilities to replace our current heating unit which we shall consider. The two technicians were well-informed and efficient: can recommend them!
