Very good and professional work

They were very easy to schedule and did a great job. My wife was very impressed with the people who came out to clean our air ducts. We will be using this company in the future and we highly recommend them.

Instead of cleaning each vent as I was told on the phone, they picked one vent, hooked up a vacuum and told me it would clean the entire system. I spot checked a few other vents after they left and there was still dust and dirt in there. I was also told they would provide a filter but they didn't have them in the size my units took. Instead they tried to sell me an electrostatic filter for twice the price you can find online. In addition, I was told al 3 of my heating units needed cleaned at $500 per system, as well as a 'deep cleaning' on all my return ducts (at $500 per system) - which is what I thought I was buying. Also tried to sell me 3 UV light cleaners at $900 per system - all for a total of $5800. They also said the AC needed coils and condensers for all 3 systems at a total of $16,300. My heating and AC is aging but still working fine. However, I was very unhappy that I paid this company $225 to do nothing but try and sell me 3 new HVAC systems. Hard to imagine how they got a Super Service award. I paid $225 to learn a valuable lesson - don't waste your money or your time with them. UPDATE: will revise review after company returns to finish the work

It was wonderful. They were very courteous and they were right on it. They did their job and they were courteous about it. They explained to me what they did and they left.

This went exceptionally well. The owner made me a very good offer on this service, was quick to get the work done, and followed up to make sure all went well. The workers were very professional and appear to have done a good job. We are just now getting into the air conditioning weather and it is working well so far. I would definitely work with this company again.

Two young fellows (20's) knew pretty much what they were doing. Worked fast and efficient. Show us everything that needed done and progress along the way. Recommended using perman METAL Filter, which we bought for $100.

I decided to call The Right Choice Heating and Air after I came home and noticed a water stain on my ceiling.The tech (Roy) arrived at my house and noticed that my condensation pipe was broken. Roy, installed the new pipe ,cleaned the rest of it and fixed it fairly quickly. If I have any other problems related to my heating and air systems, I definitely will be calling this company back.

The air duct cleaning and unit check-ups went very well. They did an excellent job, and checked all 3 of our systems. During the systems check, it was discovered that 2 of them were in rough shape. We already knew that our upstairs a/c unit was not working at all, and had not been for over a year. The other unit for the downstairs living area we also knew was very old, but was still working, but had only 10 lbs of Freon left (out of 50). Zion (the one who did our inspections) assured us that our third system was in excellent condition. We then had a lengthy discussion about replacing the non-working system, and the cost for doing that one. Then we were thinking that in would be better to replace the other system, as well, before the A/C would go out in the heat of the summer. Zion explained their systems very well, answered all our questions, and did NOT push us for a decision. He gave us an EXCELLENT quote for doing 2 systems, left us with all the literature, and told us to check them out. We spent some time checking them out on-line. They are a California company, and have just come to the DFW area about 9 months ago. There are no bad reports to the BBB, and they had a decent rating on Angie's List in California, so we decided to take a chance and let them do the work. They came on Monday morning, December 1st, with a crew of about 4 guys and an electrician. They arrived on time and got to work. They laid down sheets to cover our wood floors and carpet, as they had to work outside and upstairs in the attics. I was a noisy, chilly process, but we had the bedroom/den area of the house which was not affected by the work, so we were just fine. They completed installing 2 new systems, removed all the old systems, cleaned up after themselves, and were very courteous and considerate all day. Zion had originally told us they might need a day and a half to complete the work, but they were done in one day. We've only had the systems for 10 days, so we don't know about the "long haul" yet, but so far, we are extremely pleased. The heat is very comfortable and even, and it seems to work quite quietly, as well. I highly recommend you give this "new kid in town" a try.
