Description of Work: I used the Angie's List email system to email the foundation company to set up a time for estimate. They sent me one automated email and then when I replied I have heard nothing. I guess they have enough business so they don't need to follow up on any Angie List leads. Shame on you!

Description of Work: Could not be nicer and very professional and exacting. My home has never been more level despite 2 other repairs by other companies. There was an unanticipated item in the inspection report calling for vents. He did not install the kind with mesh and opening/closing lever the first time. However, he replaced with the proper ones at his expense. Just a pleasant and honest individual to do business with.

Description of Work: I had had my foundation repaired by another company in 2004. I was about to undertake renovations and wanted to make sure the foundation was in good shape and if there were problems to get them addressed before beginning the renovations. They were told this in advance and were still happy to come out and access the situation. The representative took a dozen measurement throughout the house, compared them with the engineering report from my earlier repair and declared the foundation stable. He did not try to sell me services I did not need, was thoroughly professional and pleasant to boot. I will certainly call them if I need foundation services again.

Description of Work: The original estimate by Luis was for 17 piers. They showed up and the work foreman, Victor, expressed concern - after seeing the structure for the first time - that two additional piers would be needed because of the weight of the two-story brick entry way. I don't think it was a bait and switch tactic - just a desire to do the job right. I was happy to pay the extra because I felt like it was going to be done right. Things went great, clean up was great, and I think the result is just what I wanted. Thanks Luis and Victor. I had two other companies do estimates - both highly rated on Angie's list - and all three companies basically told me the same thing. The Foundation Company had the best bid, even with the two extra piers.
