I had 4 estimates before I decided to go with the Foundation Company. I feel very glad that I chose this company because I feel that they did a very professional job from start to finish. The owner, Luis Capote, was very knowledable and personal in explaining everything and my husband and I were very satisfied with the work. On the day we had this work done we had a thunderstorm in the middle of the day. All the workers just waited out the storm and were able to finish the project on time and to our satisfaction. Initially it was a little hard to get ahold of Luis...he is a busy man. But once we made contact, he was alvays available to work with us and our schedules. The experience was great.

The experience was terrific. Punctual, very professional, great cleanup and great price. I was very leery of several other companies that were solicited for a quote - including the bigger ones. You will not go wrong on price, committment and warranty if you choose the Foundation Company.

After we called, he came right out to provide us with estimates. He informed us of the things we should fix now vs later. He let us know that we did need foundation repair. The estimate was given; it was a very reasonable estimate. The work was completed last evening, and I would give them an A+. The gentlemen took the time to answer all of our questions and the work was done in a professional way. We were very pleased; he gave us a reasonable estimate on some root barrier work that we need to have done, and he's planning on coming out to complete that project for us as well.

Luis Capote came and did the estimate and was very nice and professional. He gave us a good plan that we had reviewed by several family friends that are engineers. Fortunately they all agreed that it was the best plan, and to make it better it was the least expensive estimate we got. Luis provided references to us that we contacted and all gave great reviews. When the guys came out to do the work they were very professional and made sure that I was comfortable and very well informed of what they were doing and why. I was amazed at how well they worked together, it was like a well oiled machine. They completed the work fast and did a great job of cleaning up and putting the house back together again. I would definitely reccomend this company to anyone that needs foundation repair.

Overall our first meeting went very well. My questions were answered, and I agree with the findings.

I probably would have used him, because his bid was low and he seemed very confident, but when I called back to offer him the job, the phone was off. I didn't feel comfortable using his services because of that. He did call me back once before I received the disconnected number.

Changing F to an A!!! Luis got his office staff issue worked out, got back to me, and we scheduled the job. They worked hard and got everything done over two days. When we're ready to do the next round of waterproofing in the basement, we plan to call The Foundation Company again.

Overall, the job went great. Everything fell back into place where it was supposed to be, and it is a very large rock fireplace. There is no longer a cold draft in my living room coming from the sides of the fireplace. The men were professional and explained the entire process to us in detail. The only surprise we had was that it did not cost as much as we were explecting! Not only would I recommend them, I have been recommending them to all my neighbors here in Keller, and I told my sister to spread the word in her neighborhood since she lives near the Garland area.

Rescheduled the first estimate due to a car accident (theirs). Arrived on time for estimate, very professional and thorough. However, I have been trying to get the estimate from them for over a month with absolutely no response whatsoever. I have left voice and email messages with no response.

They came when they said they would come and gave a good quote. The person who did the work was very professional and knew what he was talking about. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

From the estimate to the cleaning up the area after the job was done, they did a great job. My foundation problems were so severe that I had one wall in my dining room that was 2 inches lower that the adjoining wall. I had less severe problems in the rest of the house. The Foundation Repair crew did a great job.

Foundation repair is one of those home repairs that you tend to hear all kind of stories about, from the great to the horrible. I am very happy to include my story as one that turned out just fine. Everyone from Mr. Capote to each and every worker showed a true sense of dedication and professionalism from start to finish. They installed over 20 piers in just two days and when the job was completed the clean up both surprised me and pleased me! I have herringbone pattern brickwork all along my front porch and they went above and beyond to put all the bricks back just as they were before the job began. This is a company that I would not hesitate to reccomend because they are not only reasonably priced but more that competent to do any job that you might need.

Luis responded very quickly to my initial call. He made an appointment to come over and review the engineer's report. He was clearly aware of all of the technical aspects of the work and scheduled a time that day to come back. This type of foundation repair was a 3 day process (Fri- Sun for us) and his guys showed up on time and worked very hard. It was noisy but other than that they were very respectful of our home. In fact, they even moved the extra dirt to another part of the yard where some erosion had occurred free of charge. On the third day, another engineer came out to inspect the work done and they packed up and left. They cleaned up well and we are very pleased not to have a sloping house anymore. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for foundation repair. We also used a coupon found in the latest Angie's list magazine that saved us about $200.

He was very professional, punctual, and very experienced. He came early sitting outside, and came in right on time. He knew what he was doing. His crew was like dynamite, and they did a very good job. It was a pleasure working with them. They cleaned up the place after the job was done. They were responsive, and the quality of work was good. My overall experience with them was great.

Initially I called to ask to have Luis Capote (who is also the owner of the company and the estimator) make a bid on the work needed. He set up a time for the same afternoon. He was very professional, arrived at just the time he said and thoroughly explained what he expected to happen along with giving cost of the job (which I felt was very reasonable). He and his team arrived at the appointed time. He introduced me to his project supervisor and they quickly got things underway. They were productive, courteous and worked steadily. The supervisor kept me apprised of all that was happening. They did have to dig up some of my flowers. When the job was complete, they replanted them. The job was completed in 2 days time. Afterward they cleaned up the site. They moved all the furniture etc back into place and made sure I was happy with the result prior to leaving. Luis again checked with me and checked the work of his team. His company is approved by the BBB and he had no complaints registered from Dec 06 up to the present. I was very pleased with this company and would definitely recommend them.
