Description of Work: My husband met the man that came out. My husband said he was nice and professional and straight forward. He recommended some things on our roof that would need attention at some point but weren't immediate needs. I appreciate that he was honest and upfront but was not forceful with repairs that weren't needed right away. Will definitely remember them when it's time to get those needed items fixed. Very happy with the deal that provided through Angie's List.

Description of Work: We purchased a "big deal" through Angie's list. Alan came promptly as promised and checked our roof. He caulked some vents and repaired some tiles that were slightly broken. We used T-Rock after our builder had repaired some tiles. We did not trust his work so we had Alan check the roof again.

Description of Work: They did a roof inspection, sealed a leaking heater vent and replaced a missing shingle. The job includes a 3 year warranty and rep inspection twice a year for free. They did such a great job I recommended them to our HOA. Juan and John were both the best!!!

Description of Work: I thought I had a leak...after inspection there was no issue found but he identified the source of the leak and charged me nothing. Excellent service. Really appreciate the help!

Description of Work: Juan provided the initial quote and was very honest in answering the questions. Impressed with his educated response, requested him to do the installation and he agreed to the same. Had some minor accident on the day of the appointment and didnt show up but the owner of the company personally stopped by and explained the situation and promised to do the service positively the next day. Juan showed up on the next day ( Sunday ) and was prompt on time and finished the installation and did a good cleanup. | |Very impressed with Juan's and the owners professionalism. Highly recommend this company and their service and will definitely use this provider in future.

Description of Work: Bob provided a routine inspection of my roof. He found minor damages that he was able to repair during the appointment. He was very courteous and professional. I will definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: They dealt with our insurance agency and was very professional in doing so and was able to upgrade our roof to a better roof that should hold up longer because of the weather conditions on our area. We were very happy with their service.

Description of Work: I have tried to set appt times and to date were unable to meet confirmed appt. One instance was due to not able to find address. Felt our request was not priority. Owner of company did express his apology once. We wanted the evaluation by this contractor because of the benchmark rating initially.
