We recently had our roof replaced by T-Rock Roofing due to the March 2024 hailstorm, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service stood out. Both Chris Johanson and Mark Strong went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered, and we were clear on the scope of the project, which included not only the roof replacement, but gutters, A/Cs, and other items damaged by the hailstorm. Since I did not want to have my new roof installed during hail season, they had no issue when I requested the installation date to be pushed out. They truly wanted to make sure me and my wife were happy. They also recommended Class 4 shingles which resulted in a lower insurance rate due to its hail protection. Their team was punctual and polite, and would have completed the work in the same day but for an unexpected thunderstorm that rolled in. Nevertheless, they made sure we didn't have any leaks and returned promptly in the morning to finish the job. The gutters were done the day after the roof was completed. When the project was done, Chris made sure his crew properly cleaned up our property, as well as our neighbors' properties, to make sure old shingles, roofing nails, and other materials were completely cleaned up. We highly recommend T-Roof Roofing to anyone needing roofing services. This is our second time using this company and will continue to call them when we have a roofing need. Finally, I love that they support first responders and veterans, like me.

Worst contractor I have ever dealt with. If I could give them a negative number I would. As a GC, they billed work to my insurance company they did not perform. If you want to be overcharged, shoddy work, and risk insurance fraud, this is the company to pick.

There were proactive in their communication, handled all interactions with our insurance adjuster, ensured the work was done in rapid time and to perfection. Less than two years new to Texas, and Texas storms, working with Alan Gull and TRock was a great experience. Alan walked me through the storm damage, insurance process, having continued to be in contact every step, to damage repair completion.

They all helped us navigate the daunting process of reporting and documenting damages to our insurance company while making sure we stayed in compliance with code and our HOA guidelines. They are always prompt in responding to messages and phone calls, and went above and beyond in making sure our needs were met. Significant damage to your home can be stressful and uncomfortable but T Rock Roofing made the whole process simple. I highly recommend them, 10/10.

TRock provides amazing end to end service. Their customer commitment and operating model ensures deep engagement with the customers and in the process ensure high quality work as well. I personally had a situation where a wrong contractor showed up to my address (got his address wrong), ripped my roof off only to have found out that he was in the wrong address. While this was not TRock's mistake or headache, they still chose to help us out by providing temp roof covers and in parallel worked with my insurance provider to accelerate roof replacement. Running a business efficiently is great but to go above and beyond and selflessly serve customers is what differentiates them from other providers. We used and highly recommend T Rock roofing for the replacement our tile roof and restoration of our 6000 square foot home. We got our roof replaced with T-Rock roofing and we more than impressed with the results. We used Brady, one of the project managers, and he took care of everything and made it super easy on us. We also used them for our AC units not just our roof and love all the work they did. Highly recommend for any roofing or construction needs!

Ramiro Ledezma came back today to finish the area of the roof. He painted the trim area above the garage. No detail was too small for him to make it look right. We appreciate the great work he did today.

It went great. We could not be more pleased. So impressed with Brandon and his crew. They completed the job in one day even with the 100 degree temp we had yesterday. The crew worked from sun up to sun down literally including clean up. The roof looks great. Brandon even removed some wasps nests the day he came out to give us a quote. Great all around service. We would highly recommend T Rock Roofing for your roofing needs. We are now planning to hire him to replace our fence.

Doyle was so helpful. I don’t live in the area, but he was willing to take time to talk to me over the phone and help identify the materials I was working with and had concern about. Great customer service!
