Description of Work: We had been having some leaks in our master bedroom when it rained heavily. After the T-Rock Roofing representative came and did what he had to do, we did not have leaks again. He also gave us a recommendation to add a downspout at one location to alleviate future concerns.

Description of Work: I bought the roof maintenance special because I noticed a small leak from the roof. Technician came over on time and inspected the roof. He identified "flash" is the cause of the leak and stated he "put new flash in one area but need to come back and do more work because the gutters are in the way" and that work would be extra. he also stated I should qualify for hail damage replacement of the roof. Insurance co came out on a misty day and the tech refused to come over see the insurance rep due to not safe to be on the roof. insurance rep and two other provate company assessors were on the roof that day with no issue. Never heard back from the technician on following up on the flash replacement although I was willing to pay for the extra labor. I would like to have seen more customer care I'm in a service business adn I know what it takes to leave a customer grateful or not after a service completion.

T Rock were prompt, professional, cleaned up after each job, explained each step and answered questions clearly and concisely. Would have no hesitation in recommending and using them again where necessary

Description of Work: My roof had hail damage. Bob the salesman was very helpfull. Insurance paid for the largest % of the repair. I could have probably found a cheaper company, but I wanted the work done correctly by a local company, not a fly by night storm chaser that wouldn't be there after the work was done.

Description of Work: Came to look at what I thought was a roof leak. Another roofing company later found it wasn't a roof leak causing damage to my ceiling, but a leak on the siding of my house. This made me question T Rock Roofing and their $1,400 estimate a bit. That said, there are probably other issues with my roof, so I'm not totally surprised that they recommended improvements, despite not finding the leak. I think I'd consider calling them again. They were very professional and helpful.

Description of Work: My husband met the man that came out. My husband said he was nice and professional and straight forward. He recommended some things on our roof that would need attention at some point but weren't immediate needs. I appreciate that he was honest and upfront but was not forceful with repairs that weren't needed right away. Will definitely remember them when it's time to get those needed items fixed. Very happy with the deal that provided through Angie's List.
