Description of Work: We needed some roof repair due to leaks and so much rain this spring. Got a response call about 10 minutes after I sent an email through Angies list! Work was done efficiently. AJ was knowledgable and helpful. Price seemed reasonable to replace two areas of roofing.

Description of Work: He did good work but he won't warrant his work. He agrees to 1 call-back and that's it. So if the roof leak persists beyond that, you're out $199 and still have a leak.

Description of Work: Roof was leaking in three separate spots into the screened in porch. John came out and told me that several areas above the porch just needed new caulk and that it wouldn't hurt to caulk the window above (2nd story). He told me that it could be done for $300+, but couldn't be done now. Needed a crew. The coupon states "If it is as simple as a leaky pipe boot, old caulking or roof maintenance. We will be happy to replace it for $50 (which was the cost I paid) to cover gas and time.

Description of Work: Patched several issues on the roof. Great job, friendly and spent a lot of time explaining. Never felt pressure, just very helpful. Was much appreciated - wish I hadn't put it off so long.

Description of Work: The person that did the estimate was not very sure of what needed to be done and just wanted to rely on what the insurance adjuster said and not on what he found. He didn't know about Angie's list coupon. He broke the dryer vent and made a mess of the replacement so I had to get someone else to fix it and pay them extra. There is a leak thru one of the vents and we will be contacting another company to do it. How they have won so many awards, I really don't know.

Description of Work: They replaced the roof and the gutters. They also repaired and stained the fence. They were prompt, efficient and cleaned up the work area well. John Green kept us informed of progress and he and his team were friendly and professional.

Description of Work: We had a coupling on an exhaust pipe on the roof come loose and discovered that water had leaked into the attic leak and subsequently through the ceiling into our upstairs bathroom. We live in North Texas and have just gone through the rainiest May ever recorded, so once we discovered the leak we were anxious to get it fixed as soon as possible. I searched Angie's List to find a roofing company to come to our home and repair the leak and I found a "Big Deal", on Angie's List for a $99.00 Roof Maintenance Package from T Rock Roofing & Construction, which I felt was a great deal and they were local to our area as well. I purchased the package late in the day on June 5th and received this reply email within 30 minutes; "Thank you for your consideration and purchase. Please send us your name, phone number, email and address of project and we will schedule your service shortly. Please feel free to call us directly." I was very impressed by the quick response! I sent the information they requested and then had to go out of town on business until the 8th. When I returned on the 9th, I contacted T Rock and apologized for my delay in getting back with them due to my business trip, and then received this reply; Hi Susan, AJ will be your project manager and will be contacting you shortly. He can also be reached at,.... If you have any further questions please call me. And if we ever leave you feeling less than impressed, please, please call me. We give a money back guarantee and strive for perfection as anything less is unacceptable. Thank you, Aaron ...."{I've taken the phone number and last names out for privacy's sake}. AJ contacted us that same Thanks, T Rock Roofing & Construction AJ called us that same afternoon and set-up a time to come out and look at our roof and the broken coupling for that same day. AJ came out that afternoon, as promised, inspected the entire roof and found no other damage other than the already known issue with the coupling on the exhaust pipe, AJ informed my husband that he would need to order some parts, but would be back out as soon as they came in ( he estimated 2-3 days for his return), to do the repair. Two days later AJ called to schedule a time to come out to make the repair. He came out on the 12th and made the repairs. It is now June 16th, and we just had our first, "sudden downpour", since the roof was repaired, (about 6/10 ths of an inch of rain in 30 minutes!)and I just went to check the bathroom ceiling and no leak!! As a side story, I contacted AJ this afternoon, (6/16), about another problem with the house; a leaky upper family room window and could he come back out and take a look at it. He said he would contact his sub-contractor, Texas Windows, and give them our contact information and have someone call us. I spoke with AJ at 2:22pm, and Scott, from Texas Windows, called my husband at 3:43 pm, and was at our house an hour later, got up on a ladder and was looking at the Window when the aforementioned sudden downpour occurred, so Scoot got soaking wet in the process of checking out our window! He found where he thought the leak was coming from and said he would be back out here tomorrow morning to "silicone the gap", he found, as long as it's not raining, but we are expecting Tropical Storm Bill to hit us here tomorrow, so it may be a day or two before Scott can get back here. However, I have to say, whether he gets it fixed tomorrow or in the next few days, I am SO impressed with the service we have received to date from T Rock Roofing & Construction, and their sub-contractor, Texas Windows, I will recommend them to any and all of my neighbors! We want to remodel our Master Bath and as soon as we are ready to start, I will definitely be calling T Rock Roofing & Construction for a bid! P.S. When I called AJ today about the window leak, and knowing that we are in for some heavy rain over the next 48 hours, he said also told us to check the bathroom ceiling, periodically, to make sure the repair he did, fixed the problem, and if we start to see water coming through again, to call him, no matter what time! But all is well ... if it did not leak in that sudden downpour, it is fixed, as far as we are concerned! One more level of service that has impressed both my husband and me! P.S.S. I am only requesting a refund because I accidentally ordered two Roof Maintenance packages, instead of one ... not because of any dissatisfaction with T Rock, on the contrary ... I highly recommend them!! I feel like I have stumbled upon a jewel!! Thanks Angie's List!!

I'm done...
