We won't do poor design. Your gutters are dented up and need to be replaced. Your roofing company reused cents that are 11 years old, they reused flashing and did not address the damaged heater stacks. They did not build a cricket as needed per code. Your roof is not leaking after 1 week. We are not the cheapest roofer, we are the best contractor. Your insurance company would have gladly paid for the scope of work that should have been done. Why settle for below standard work when for the same price you could have had everything done right. You complain about your builder cutting corners, that's very funny because you just had your roofer cut many corners.

Description of Work: Refused to offer more than a 60 day warranty on a roof leak repair. Had to constantly request a written request over the course of 4 days and when I finally received it it obtained no warranty info nor description of the work to be done.

We cannot warranty a bad roof installation. There are so many problems with the roof that it needs to be replaced not repaired. We explained this to the home owner. Description of Work: Bought a $50 deal to check the roof as I noticed a piece of shingle fell off. It was on a slope ridge towards the bottom. I was quoted $700+ Angeist price to have it fixed. I then fixed it myself in 5 min. Of course not the same quality but hasn't leaked over several months after a few times heavy rains. I am sure replace everything from bottom all the way to the top would be nice. But I don't think they intended to help me the way I want.

The price quoted was for a complete replacement and seal of the entire slope as you will continue to have wind damage as the adjacent shingles are not sealed. If you would have requested the same shingle be reattached, we would have done that for free as a favor to you. Simple miscommunication.
