Description of Work: Jared was very professional. He explained the repair in detail and showed me pictures of the roof damage. The repair is good so far. I was not satisfied with the price. I paid for $200 for $500 worth of repairs. In reality they deducted $300 from the total price of the repairs and added another fee. I called the office of T Rock and their response was basically not helpful and didn't seem to care. I was not satisfied with the service because there seems to be a disconnect with what you pay for on Angie's List and what actual service you receive.

Dear homeowner, we sent you a proposal of all the damage on your roof. If the price was too high, you can always request a refund for your coupon. Any other company would have charged you double for what we did. Your grade is not a fair representation of our services as the work was quality, Jared was very professional and prompt. We make no money on repairs. We price them that way in order to build a loyal following so that when a storm does come, people will call us because we always take care of our customers. Please don't rate every category as an "F" because you wanted us to give you something for nothing. :) We always go the extra mile in your case there is no exception. Description of Work: They went beyond the general inspection that we paid for and fixed a leak we had where a nail popped. Also did preventative maintenance on some other sites as well. He also took the time to explain to us how to check our roof ourselves showing us exactly what we needed to look for. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They inspected my roof and informed me they thought the roof was installed poorly, they suggested expensive repairs on a roof that was only 4 years old. After service, 40% of leaks still leaked during the next rain.

With a $99 maintenance package it does not cover the leak repairs you need. Your roof was installed poorly and we cannot fix it properly without addressing the real issues. If you would have had us install it originally, all leaks would be covered for free. I understand your frustrated but after you get bids from other contractors you will see that our bid to repair your roof is extremely cost effective.
