Description of Work: I contacted TRock through an Angie's List $99 special to have my roof inspected and have minor maintenance performed. The company responded quickly and the inspection completed. Unfortunately, the needed repairs exceeded what was covered in the maintenance package. When I agreed to the needed external and internal repairs, I was told to cancel the maintenance package special on Angie's List so that the company could bill me directly. Seemed odd. Why couldn't the special just be deducted from what TRock billed me in the end? | |When it came to do the internal repairs from a leak in the roof, I was told that the original estimate was woefully inaccurate and it would cost more. Almost double since there was more work to do besides repair a leak: 1) fix a crack in the ceiling, and 2) retexture and repaint a larger area than planned. And this was the cost with a couple easier repairs thrown in. | |Since I did want the crack repaired and the paint even, I agreed to go forward. The first time the ceiling was painted, it was a light gray - not ceiling white like the adjoining rooms in my open floor layout. There was a distinct difference. The second time the ceiling was painted it was ceiling white but sloppy - thin spaces where the light gray peeked through and paint drips down the some walls and staircase bannister. Finally, the company got it right on the third time and then broke my ceiling fan glass taking down their ladder. | |Unfortunately, the glass was not replaceable since the fan model was no longer made. TRock agreed to install a new fan but I had to go to Home Depot to buy it, provide them the receipt, then they would deduct the cost from my final bill. While all this was going on, I was asked to pay the bill since all contracted services had been performed. What?! The roof and ceiling had been fixed at a much higher price than originally quoted but I didn't have working fan! Luckily, a call to the owner cleared that up fast. | |The roof got maintained, the ceiling eventually got fixed, and my fan was replaced. | |TRock owned up to the errors which was much appreciated. I just didn't expect a two day job to literally take a month. It still bugs me that I had to go buy the fan to replace one that their crew broke. I expected more from a company rated A/A+ on Angie's List.

Description of Work: I was thinking that I just needed a repair but actually needed a roof replacement due to hail damage. They steered me in the right direction and I got a new roof courtesy of my homeowners insurance.

Description of Work: I got their number from Angie's list, and had them come look at a flat roof that was leaking. On inspection he noticed my drains were clogged and we both cleaned them out. He also put down some caulking in 6 different areas, inspected the whole roof and then didn't charge me anything since there wasn't any big issue or structural problem. He was very professional and I would highly recommend T Rock.

I finally got a hold of someone on March 28th and its a good thing because it would have been over a month on the next day and I would have lost my $200.00. Apparently they don't service the Carrollton Farmers Branch area.

Description of Work: Checked roofing to make sure we have no rain leaks coming thru to the attic.

Description of Work: We needed a minor repair to roof. TRock responded to our inquiry promptly & gave us an onsite quote within 1 day. We were told they would call us when the crew was headed out to make repair but we didn't receive notice. By the time I got home (the 3rd day after call) they had already been out & made the repair to our satisfaction. The problem is we were in the process of selling the house & needed documentation of the repairs. It was very difficult to get an actual invoice of the work performed. It took several phone calls & emails to finally get the receipt of repairs. We would use TRock again for the prompt service & quality of work but communication & receipt of work could be improved upon.

Description of Work: We had a few shingles (4-5) that were coming off the roof. I purchased the deal for $99 for a roof maintenance package, which was supposed to include minor roof repairs! When he came out to quote us, he said it would be $500 to fix the shingles. I called 2 other companies to come out and give me a quote and they both quoted me under $300. I believe what was happening is that they increased the price so much that they were trying to recoup the cost of the coupon. It was a simple job and they inflated the price to receive the normal payment instead of honoring the coupon. I definitely feel that they were trying to take advantage. Incidentally, the company who fixed the shingles was able to get it done in less than 25 minutes.

Description of Work: New roof, gutters, soffit repairs, painted two interior ceilings. Very professional from beginning to end. Alan was so pleasant to deal with, and his crews were fast but very thorough. Cleanup was amazing. I would not have even known they had been here! He worked with our insurance company and ensured that everything was done in a painless manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any sort of remodeling or roofing work done.

Description of Work: I thought I had a leak in my roof, but it turned out to be the wood siding on the second floor that needed to be replaced. Luckily, they provide that service too. They also offered to replace all the wood trim (most of the house is stucco) and paint the whole house and detached garage. They did a very good job on the work, although cleanup could have been better. |My biggest problem was the delays in getting back to me with answers, estimates, and work dates. I was told twice "probably the end of next week" but never got a firm date. When they finally did show up, I didn't know they were coming. The work took 4.5 days, but it stretched out over 10 days.

Description of Work: Showed up on time explained everything they saw and what was done to remedy any potential leaks. Extremely professional. Will definitely use when its time to replace my roof.
