Description of Work: I paid to have my roof inspected, had an issue getting an appointment. After I asked for & received a refund I wrote a review giving them an F. I was contacted by the owner the next morning offering to do the inspection for free on Sunday. They came out did the inspection, then the owner asked me to go to Angie's List & change their score. I did a second review giving them a B the owner called & emailed me asking that I delete my original review. I believed that would be immoral since Angie's advertise that they offer real reviews from actual customers. So, I ignored the email & message left on my voicemail.

We have gone above and beyond what the home owner asked for. We were not late, we have been to her house many times to help her without charging a dime. We gave her a free inspection, completed an Xactimate pricing bid, provided aerial photography and have spent 10+ hours helping the homeowner with her insurance claim. We were not late, she is new to Angie's List and didn't know that when she requested a meeting that we are not given her contact information. I asked her to change the review because we had not been given an address or a way to call her to setup an appointment as it was no fault of ours. It was Angie's List that did not inform us of her request or supply us with her contact information.

We are sorry for your low marks on Punctuality. When it rains, we cannot put on your roof. When it rains everyday for a week, it backs up the jobs that are scheduled before you. I know thats hard to plan for but thats the reality of roofing. We take extra precautions to ensure your homes safety and we do not wish to push our crews to hurry in dangerous situations. Description of Work: I used T Rock Roofing and Construction after I discovered my ceiling leaking after a severe rain. I was happy with their service. There were a few loose shingles they fixed. They were honest about the degree of damage, minimal, and I was honestly expecting the worst. I haven't had any leaks since would would use them in the future and recommend them.

The Angies List System does not notify us of your purchases. They do not give us your Address, phone number or Email. We cannot contact you without you reaching out to us. That is why it took us so long to look at your roof. They do not notify us at all as their systems is broken. We were hired to do an inspection. We called within 5 minutes of receiving the notification. We called, left a message and texted as soon as we got the homeowners information. We work from before the sun comes up to 10-11pm every day to make sure our customers are happy. Thank you, Aaron Sadler

Description of Work: Allan Hammond visited my residence and made the necessary inspection to assess the scope of work. He provided that estimate that day and we schedule timeframe for the work to begin. The work entailed roofing repairs to the chimney structure in attention to vent flashing in another area of the roof.Excellent work an excellent customer service by Mr. Alan Hammond.
