Everything went as promised.

Called T Rock based on great feedback I've seen on Angie's List. They were able to send one of their guys (Blake) out the next day to inspect the roof. Blake arrived promptly and I showed him the inside damage so he could approximate the location on my second story roof. Within 15 minutes he was back down with great news and pictures to explain. The rubber gasket around a pipe had gotten brittle and cracked which was allowing some rain to enter the attic/house. Blake was able to chaulk around the gasket and seal it easily at no cost to me! He said that he did notice minor hail damage to my roof and gutter guards that he would be happy to come back and re-evaluate my roof if we have any hail storms this spring and get the repairs covered under insurance. I appreciated his assessment and honesty and will definitely be calling Blake/T Rock with any future roofing needs!

I purchased the Deal & he came out to assess the job & said he'd get back to me with an estimate. He was a day late getting the estimate back to me. He was even late for the estimate appointment, but it was ok at the time, even though I had to call him instead him calling me. When he sent me his estimate, I called him because I?d asked for two estimates ? one for repair & one for replacement. I only got the repair estimate & it wasn?t broken down by materials & labor. He said he didn?t give an estimate on materials because he was going to use things out of his garage?which didn?t sound right. He also said he didn?t do the re-roof estimate because he wouldn?t put tar down in below-60 degree weather & because he?d need to come out & re-measure for the job ? which again sound wrong because that?s what I?d asked for when he came out the first time. I told him I?d get back to him because I wanted to talk to my husband. It was cold all of last week & it rained, so Sunday, we decided we needed to get it taken care of before more roof damage took place. He?d also offered a 10-yr warranty on his work, which made me feel better about the materials from his garage. I sent him an email to call me to schedule a time to do the job. At first he said he could get to it ?this week?. I said ok & to call me to let me know when exactly that would be. I got an email back, different in tone, explaining that he attempted to do the work the previous week & that he couldn?t rearrange his schedule because of other appointments ? especially after I ?refused service? the previous week. He also said the bid is the same & refused to break out the material & labor costs. Because of this & the attitude in the email, I?m not going to do business with him. I?ve contacted Angie?s List for a refund.

It went very smoothly. Alan showed up on time, gave me a price, and his crew came out the next day and took care of it.

High winds removed a couple shingles from the roof and rain was in the forecast. Called for an estimate at 8AM and they were able to inspect the roof and make repairs that same day and in the time frames they promised. They handled the process very professionally and kept me updated all along the way. They will be my first call for any future roofing issues.

A home inspector said the roof had hail damage and we should get it checked out by a roofer. We were skeptical because the roof is fairly new and looked to be in great condition. I called T Rock to get their opinion. I wish I could remember the name of the person I spoke with, because he was fantastic. He went out there very quickly and told me the roof was in great condition, and the only thing needed was sealing down of a couple of shingles that were blown up by the wind. He didn't even charge me for that because the work was so minimal. It was very refreshing to get an honest assessment from this company, and I appreciated the fact that they didn't search for unnecessary things to repair. I will definitely be calling them in the future, and referring them to my other clients.

The initial appointment was delayed as they had other jobs in their queue so the work was rescheduled for a day later. I did have to check on the status of their arrival on the initial day, but this was no big deal to me. They promised to be at my residence the next day and they where prompt - no issues. I spoke to Alan Gull and he looked at my roof and gave me some info on my roof plus explained the costs. The repairs where completed fairly quickly and the team on the job appeared to be experienced. I did get a call back a few days later to ask if I was satisfied with the work which is very nice and professional. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and I will definitely use this service again. Of all the roofers I have worked with in the last 7 years, T-Rock has been my best experience.

The service went very well. They performed the work as promised, and when promised, and stuck to the original estimate. The insurance adjuster could not justify sufficient hail-related damage to replace the entire roof, so the actual repairs made were pretty minimal. With the $300 discount, it was pretty obvious the company was not going to make any money off the job, but they did not try to play games with the original estimate or the work promised. It will only be a matter of time before a hail storm finally does enough damage that the roof will have to be replaced, and I will very likely use T-Rock to perform that job as well.

John called to let me know he was heading my way from another call. He arrived promptly. He repaired the roof leak and was finished in less than 30 minutes.

Called T Rock and they were very responsive, professional and reasonable even though they had not done any of the work originally. They worked me into the schedule (small job). I would consider them for a roofing job which is their main business.

T Rock fixed the roof and also my gutter that was damaged in the storm. Great company to do business with.

So far, so good. I like the professionalism of their reps. We are working on doing more stuff in the future.

I have a confidence level with Ray that helps me control my anger and blood pressure! He will do this repair and I will sue the roofer in small claims court, unless the old roofer has a change of heart. Thanks Angles List!

THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT.... I called yesterday, and the gentlemen told me he would have someone call me in 10 minutes, and someone did call me right away. Told him my problem and he said he would come out the next morning and look at it, and he did right on time. He did the repairs right then. They were very professional and courteous, Even thought it was a small job, thy still took the time to help me with the problem They were very honest and professional. When even the time comes in the near future for me to have my roof replaced. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY COMPANY I CALL....

Roof Repair job was EXCELLENT

T Rock exceeded my expectations. After contacting one gutter company and having them come out for an estimate that was left on the front door, I found that they did not even estimate the areas that I requested and said they were not really sure when they could come back to finish the estimate... possibly in a week, but they were not sure. Not feeling comfortable with their approach, I found T Rock to be a local, nearby company that might be able to help. I called and left a message and my call was returned immediately and I was told Allan Hammond would be by for an estimate the next day. Upon arrival we walked through the areas of concern and Allan was so professional and helpful as well as giving me a reasonable estimate on the work to be done. Since their main business is roofing, he also offered a free roof inspection and found a few areas missing shingles that he said they could fix for a nominal fee. He took his time and offered different solutions for the problem areas and discussed what could be done if this didn't alleviate some of the problem areas. He is full of information and it was great to be educated in his area of expertise. Two days later, Thomas and his team came out and installed all the gutters and leaf guards - I hardly knew they were here and everything looked great. Allan returned in the afternoon to complete an underground drain on the front of the house to combine 2 downspouts and direct them away from the house as well as complete the roof repairs. Even after encountering a large slab of cement that had apparently been dumped upon construction of this home 20 years ago, he battled through to properly place the drainage pipe where it was supposed to go. It was an unplanned set-back, but he completed the job with a smile. I hope to have more work done in the future and will think of T Rock first! Thank you for the great service!

They were very professional. I did not have to do anything, they handled it all. They were on time, everything was kept clean, the crews were very professional and considerate. The work preformed was top quality. They worked with my insurance company to get everything addressed. I was very pleased with the company and will recommend them to others.

After checking out the reports on Angie's List, I decided to call T Rock Roofing to replace my roof. Bob N. came over the next day. He was very professional and thorough in examining the roof. He explained what needed to be done, and offered to be at the house when our insurance claims adjuster came to examine the extent of the damage to the shingles. The roofers arrived when they were supposed to and replaced the roof. They covered plants around the house with plastic and were neat about picking up after themselves when the job was completed. Bob checked back with us during the installation and also contacted us after the work was completed to see if we were satisfied with the work. I am very pleased with the the new roofs, and T Rock's follow up. I highly recommend T Rock Roofing.

The reason I chose them is because they did every house in my neighborhood and they are the cleanest contractor I have ever seen.They met with my insurance company and did all the paperwork. They were fast, very knowledgeable, friendly and were meticulous in their work and cleanliness.The price was great. They did everything the insurance asked and helped me complete the windows, gutters, concrete, a/c, roof and painting with the insurance company.They built a beautiful pergola on the back and stained the concrete. I would recommend them to anyone, and they did all the work the insurance company recommended and didn't cost me a dime.They are a very friendly and professional company.

Great Experience from start to finish. Stella walked me through everything and it has worked out like a dream, I can not believe just how wonderful She and her company have been!

In addition to installing our new roof (which looks great, and is equipped with energy saving ridge vents), they also took care of contracting out all of the additional repairs we needed. These included replacement of damaged gutters, windows/screens, re-staining of damaged fence and pergola and replacement of an A/C unit. The A/C unit was not originally covered by our insurance company, but T-Rock proved the damage was beyond repair and convinced the insurance company to pay for a full replacement. T-Rock handled all of the paperwork with the insurance company, and the process was painless. The quality and professionalism of all work completed has been wonderful. I would highly recommend T-Rock and specifically our salesman Jared Belsher to anyone.

They came out and put on my roof in one day. The crew was very friendly, professional and clean. My roof looks great, they painted my house, fixed our windows, and gutters. Best of all they helped me so that the insurance company covered all the costs. They really are to good to be true. The workmanship was excellent and they have done almost every house on my street now. T Rock is the best......
