T Rock's representative, Allan Hammond was professional and extremely helpful in dealing with the Insurance company in filing and ultimate settling of claims. His attitude put you at ease throughout the process, and gave you the feeling that he always had your best interests at heart. The work was done when scheduled except when weather was a factor. We were very pleased with the work that was done, and would certainly call on T Rock if future needs arose. materials and workmanship appear to be top quality.

TRock was prompt and took the stress out of the claim. This is the second time we have used them when we got hit by hail. They took care of everything so it was nice only dealing with one person, Alan Gull. Alan helped us understand the process and was very nice. Everything went smooth and we got all of our damaged property back up to where it was before the storm. TRock did a bunch of our neighbors and they all had a similar experience and were very happy with their results.

I called the service provider and they responded immediately to my call and came out to analyze what was going on. They had to repair two spots on the roof where the leak was coming from. They were on time, very responsive and did a great job. I will definately use them again

They did everything they promised and then some. They even gave me a 10 year warranty on the labor. Every other company i got bids from only offered a 2-5 year warranty. They also replaced all my vents and painted them , new drip edge, new valley metal , and also replaced my gutters. I highly reccomend them to anyone needing home repairs.

I had a fantastic experience with the rep from T Rock. He was extremely knowledgeable about products and options for my project. Work was completely on my time frame and in a timely manner. I would absolutely use T Rock again, and have no reservations about referring them to my family and co-workers

I contacted John J. early Friday morning told him about my leak and mess in my home. I told home I was not available till Saturday morning. He said no problem he would see me first thing Saturday morning. He then sent me an email verifying our appointment. Saturday morning arrived and John was on time and ready to help me. He took pictures and showed me the problem and said he could quote me for painting inside as well. I told him Wednesday was the only day I could be home. He said no problem that he would have the crews there. Work was completed by 1 pm. Looks great. I cannot tell where anything happened. Looks great!!!

After finally calling for the 2nd time to get an estimate, John came out told me the there was not enought damge to file a claim with the insurance and gave me the estimate. It was 600.00, I called back the next day to schedule the repairs and told him. I would purchase the coupon online for the 500.00 worth or repairs. It was 200.00 for the coupon and then all I would owe would be 100. So basically the price would be cut in half. He said he would honor the coupon that I did not need to buy it online and I could pay when the work was completed. I asked him when the repair could be done and he told me Friday or Monday, he would call me back.. He never called back..... I did not call them back... UPDATE,,, John did call and apogolize, he did offer to come and do the repairs for free...

The job cost close to 7900.00. The company was good, easy to work with.

The service provider was excellent. Allan is the owner and he went over every aspects of my roofing repairs with me and gave me the best price; given there was a lot of working needing to be done. My house is very old home and is a foreclosure home. Allan with T- Rock contracting did a great job and I will definitely use them in the future.

I could not be more pleased with their service. Their agent, Mr. Blake Snow was on time, neat, courteous and very knowledgeable. He went right to work quickly diagnosed the problem, had the correct shingles on his truck and finished the repair in short order. If needed, I will definitely use them again and will have no problem referring them to my friends and neighbors

We had a roof leak around our fireplace. We called our insurance provider. They sent a roofer out that told us we had $1400 worth of repairs that needed to be done to the roof around the fireplace. We didn't exactly trust the first estimate. So, we signed up for Angie's List and saw a coupon for T-Rock Roofing. We called early on a Monday morning to check out the details. T-Rock promptly sent a rep out within an hour! Upon inspection of the roof, he noted that he could repair both the area around the fireplace and another area that was sagging for less than the previous quote of $1400. We agreed. He then went to work. I can't remember the roofers name, but it took him several hours and a run to Home Depot for parts. The work he did was very professional. He had a great attitude. And, at the end of the job, it only cost us $200! What a great surprise! It finally rained this past week, and viola!, no more leak! I highly recommend T-Rock.

After purchasing the Angies List special I expected to be contacted by T-Rock via my preferred method of communication: email. A week passed and I had not heard from them. I then went back into Angies List and sent an email directly to T-Rock - asking them to contact me. It was around 8PM on a Friday or Saturday and I received a call within 15 minutes. I was totally impressed. I never mentioned the 1 week gap between my original purchase and 2nd as I assumed that the issue was with me not understanding the Angies List process. My Angies List special was for $500 of roofing repairs for $200. After completing the work, I was only charged $150. The cost of the work that I had T-Rock perform was less the cost of the special so I was charged the lower amount. I had no way of knowing that this was the case and could have been charged the full $200 and not known the difference. I totally appreciate T-Rock - not because I spent $50 less than I was planning to, but for the honesty and integrity that they displayed with me. I will definately use then again when/if the need comes up.

These guys were awesome! The cost was a bit more than the competition estimated, but the difference in price was more than made up for by the excellent customer service, responsiveness, warantee, and quality of the work. They were fast, thorough, communicative, patient, attentive, detail oriented, and executed a very nice follow up. From the very start, the company made a good impression. The salesman worked with us on a time to meet that was convenient for everyone. He kept in touch during estimating and all through the process via both text and phone call. The salesman answered our many questions very patiently. Additionally, I asked him to work up several versions of the estimate, with different qualities of materials and options. His calculations were returned very promptly, and he left samples with us to think over in between meetings. He was free with advice when asked, and listened to our requirements when helping us arrive at the best solution. He also said that his company can help negotiate prices and payments with insurance companies and provide any additional documenation about the work that they might require. We did not we did not need that service this go round, but it was nice to know it was an option if needed. The work date had to move several times because of the weather and our personal schedule, and because we decided to upgrade the materials at the last minute. The company was very accomodating, and did not even balk when the final work date ended up being Saturday on a holiday weekend! The crew was very professional. They arrived on time (some even a little early!). There were never any less than four guys working at any one time, and by the end of the day there were six to eight finishing up. An english speaking foreman or the salesman were always on hand during the work to answer questions and aquire any supplies the workmen might need to keep things moving. The crew protected the shrubs around the house before getting to work and organized their supplies. They started tear off first thing in the morning and were completely finished with the roof replacement by end of day. Cleanup of nails, shingles, etc. in the yard was completed before everyone left for the day. When work was finished, the salesman walked around the house with me to do a final inspection and make sure everything was completely addressed. We had two follow up items that needed to be taken care of after the work day. The contractor who was to add the gutter to the front of the house came by the following Monday. He worked with my husband to confirm our requirements, and then built everything exactly as asked - and in my opinion even better than asked. It looks great! The other item was that my husband wanted t custom dryer vent cover. The company put a temporary vent cover on until the custom could arrive through the mail (we ordered it separately), then came by within a day after it's arrival and swapped them out. Payment was not requested until the work was completely finished. The company accepts many forms of payment, including personal check (TIP: if the amount is more than $5000, write more than one check to make cashing easier). I highly recommend this company! I look forward to working with them if anything comes up with the roof in the future - and since they do more than JUST roofing, I expect to be working with them sooner rather than later on new projects to improve the house and fences.

I was looking at a house to buy and knew the roof needed replacing. The seller planned to do it, but I felt I needed to understand the condition and therefore the scope of work that was required. Bob Nankervis met me, on time, and did a very thorough inspection of the roof. He then sent me the photographs he had taken along with an explanation and analysis. I believe he went the proverbial extra mile, and throughout was most pleasant and helpful. I did not buy the house and feel that Bob did me a big favor! I would definitely call him if I needed roof work in the future.

Yesterday (Wednesday), I watched as a squirrel crawled in through a space in our roof that he had been chewing on for some time. We had been hearing noises in our attic, but had hoped that the issue was resolved when we called our pest control company. FORTUNATELY, Allan was across the street, quoting a roofing job for our neighbor. When he finished, he came over, checked out the hole and quoted $100 to close it up, repaint the area and also fix some flashing that needed to be re-secured. He said that he could complete the work on Friday morning. Today (Thursday), he arrived at our door, indicating that he had just completed some other jobs in the area and wanted to know if I minded if he did the work this afternoon instead. He was professional, kind, and efficient. I will absolutely be calling him again when I need more extensive work done!

Things were delivered as promised and contractor tried to take care of some additional items at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

Alan Gull met me at the time promised, examined the property, listened carefully to my needs, and fulfilled all of my requirements beyond my expectations. His crew was polite and asked questions to ensure they understood exactly what I wanted done. Then they did the work quickly and cleaned up the area before leaving. I will certainly use their services on future properties that I acquire.

Purchased a Big Deal on a Wednesday and sent an email to set up an appointment. Allan contacted me the same day and we set a date for the following Tuesday. After the weekend went by, the forecast showed rain on Tuesday so I asked if Allan could swing by earlier. He arrived Monday and took care of everything requested. It doesn't get any easier than that...

My overall experience was excellent!

I purchased a big deal on Angie's List for $500.00 worth of roof repair for $200.00. After speaking with Allan Hammond, we agreed to meet last Friday between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m.. Allan arrived by 1:20 and apologized for being late, which was nice but completely unnecessary. In a world where most service providers say they'll arrive between 8:00 a.m. and noon, and then show up at 12:30, Allan's promptness was much appreciated. He was very polite and professional and immediately got to work examining the roof. When he finished he told me exactly what needed to be done and set to work doing it. I went back to work while he repaired all damaged shingles and even did a little tree trimming, after getting my okay. I came home to what appeared to be a new roof! I could not have been more pleased with T Rock Roofing.

Called on March 20th looking for someone to do roof repairs. We set a time for the next day, March 21st for them to come out. Alan showed up on time and completed the roof inspection. Unfortunately he did not have the materials with him but said there would be someone that would come out later in the day to fix it. At 4 p.m. the gentleman showed up, repaired the roof, cleaned up and left. Very neat, cordial and efficient. Work done was well above standards as far as I am concerned. I highly recommend T Rock and will use them again as needed. Thanks guys. You truly ROCK!!!
