Called the morning after the rains we had in mid-October and discovered we had three leaks. Allan was able to come out the same day I called and was very professional and polite. He walked the entire roof and discovered a seam on the roofline that needed to be resealed as well as the same for a seam around a vent. He fixed both then and there. Otherwise roof was fine. Although this turned out not to be a major repair, Allan made a point of telling me all work is guaranteed. Would definitely use for any roofing issue in the future.

I found them on angieslist and emailed on a friday night and within 5 minutes he called me and told me he'd come out to look the following afternoon. This was the 4th company we'd had come out to look at our roof but prior to all we could see were small leak issues, this was a full on collapse in our master closet ceiling. He found the issue and then gave me a quote and gave me a $300 discount for a deal they had on Angie's list. He came out a few days later and we've had a few rain storms since then and no issues! The subcontractor came out a week later and everything now looks new. I was thrilled with the response rate, quality of work and the price!!

Allan of T Rock Roofing went above and beyond. He made the requested repairs and performed additional work all for the agreed on price. I am really impressed. I could not be happier with T Rock.

We noticed a leak in one of the upstairs bedrooms on 10/1/2013. We bought the $50 Roof Inspection/Repair coupon the same day (late afternoon). I got a call on 10/2/2013 and scheduled them to come out on 10/3/2013. They came out inspected the roof and re-attached a few missing shingles. Overall very happy with the the work they performed and will definitely use the in the future. The $50 coupon was a bargain in my opinion.

Performed as expected, in a timely manner and as promised. Was some confusion as two work units both did the estimate of work and showed up at different times to actually do the repairs.

We purchased a deal through angie's list (200 for 500 worth of services). We called them to schedule an appointment and they were very courteous and knowledgeable as we did not know how much work we needed on our property. The day of the appointment, they were at another job and gave us a time window but the other job took longer than expected and they ended up arriving at our home a little later and doing the job while we were not in our house. We were ok with this as they communicated everything to us and they sent us a report via email afterwards. We were pleased with the job performed and we definitely recommend their services.

Their guy showed up quickly, gave a quote, directed us on the correct materials to buy from Lowes (since I had bought the wrong one), and started work while my wife ran to Lowes. Once we had the right vent kit, the install went very quickly, and their cost was the cheapest of any of the other 3 quotes I got over the phone. I should add that the attic over our bathroom is very cramped and it took me hours of struggling to install the exhaust fan. But, the T-rock worker who came out scampered across the attic like it was nothing. In hindsight, I should have had them install the fan too and saved myself the trouble. The only brief hurdle was working out the details with the worker who came out, but a quick call to double check with the home office confirmed everything.

Excellent job! They came immediately for estimate and returned soon after to perform the work. They brought the necessary shingles and had a crew so the work was done in a timely fashion. Very professional!

I purchased the $200 for $500 worth of roof repairs. The same day that I made the purchase I was contacted by Allan Hammond. He was on a job and told me he would contact me when he finished. He called me back and told me he would be back the next business day. When he arrived, I showed him where my leak was and pointed out another area in my home that I was worried about. Allan inspected my roof and took pictures for me to see. He also checked in my attic for leaks and water damage. He was very professional and explained to me what needed to be done to my roof. He reassured me my roof was in pretty good shape but needed a few repairs. He completed the work quickly and let me know when he was finished. He thanked me and even reminded me that my garage door was still up. I will contact Allan Hammond when I need roof repairs again. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely thorough.

I actually purchased this "big deal" back in March but due to my own procrastination we just got around to having T Rock come out. They sent a person out the same day I called (thank you Allan!). Very friendly and professional. Based on my experience, I have no reservations recommending T Rock Contracting and will definitely use them again if the need arises. Thank You Again. TW

T Rock Roofing and Construction did some minor repairs to my roof to get ready for sale. THEY WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! Their responsiveness and communication is second to none. I had an attic vent fan that needed replaced quick so we could remain on schedule for closing. Allan Hammonds from T Rock Construction came out about 5:30 PM and stayed until 8:30 PM to complete the job. In a society that has issues with customer service, T Rock Construction is one company you will NEVER have to worry about. I couldn't be more happy!

They did a good job and everything turned out well.

Discovered we had some shingles that wouldn't pass home inspection in order to switch homeowner insurance providers. I asked pending insurance company for some referrals to roofing contractors and received two. Although one was on Angies List with good reviews, I found another roofing company with numerous reviews that stood out above and beyond the first: T-Rock. I called T-Rock and talked to Aarron. I forwarded the pics sent to me by the insurance company inspector. Aaron assured me he would review and have someone call me back. I got a callback in 30 min or so by Allan out of their Keller office. Said he would be right out if that would work for me. This was a 3pm on a Fri. Allan arrived pretty fast for Fri rush hour traffic (1 hr) but then it started sprinkling. I invited him in to wait out a brief shower at my kitchen table and made small talk. Allan is real easy to talk to! When the rain stopped, Allan got to work since he had matching shingles with him. Completed entire job in 2-3 hrs. I asked Allan lots of questions about roofing and insurance claims and he was always patient. His explanations were easy to understand. With normal wearing out, barring wind/hail damage, I'll need a new roof in 6-8 yrs. I will use Allan at T-Rock.

We are selling our house and the buyers did a home inspection. The inspector reported that one of the vents was not connected and there were a few scuff marks on the roof. John Green came out and reconnected the vent and went on the roof to check out the scuff marks. He said that was actually some caulk that had dripped. He also said that the company was upgrading our 10 year warranty to a lifetime warranty, completely transferable to the new owners. Once again, John and T-Rock are over and above!

I spoke with and worked with Allan Hammond who was always on the ball. There was one day he said he may come out to do the work but considering it was raining I didn't expect him, he called the next day and everything was completed perfectly. I had no complaints so I made the check out to Allan and will definitely use them again. Very professional.

The service is professional. What can be improved is to provide me a list of what has been fixed in writing as it is not that apparent to me what has been fixed on the roof. $200 big deal should worth more than $200, yet I have no clue what the value the service offered to me. Was it possible less than $200 I paid or the dollar amount it was equivalent. So, overall, I choose them because of the good review. I am satisfied for its quick response and work done. My complain is that I don't have an idea of what has been done (other than one leaking spot) and how much the service worth.

Initial contact was great and pleasant. A little bit of communication lapse as to when the job would be completed, but they were able to get out to us fast. They did a good job and finished promptly would recommend them again.

Bought the 50.00 roof inspection/repair quote deal. T-Rock inspected the entire roof and pointed out potential problem areas. Was charged 175.00 to fix suspect areas and I have not had a leak since the repairs were completed. 1 year warranty on work performed. Will definitely use them again.

Art was very nice. I called and he came right out. He even worked around our schedule. He explained everything that he seen and answered our questions. He didn't try push anything on us.

Bob came when he said he would and quickly completed the work. I felt it was a fair price. I told him I was having the work done as part of the sale of my house. He took before and after pictures so I could prove I completed the work. I was very pleased with the company.

We bought a house as an investment property and planned to sell it, but it needed a new roof. I found T-Rock was highly rated on Angie's List so I called them and asked them to send someone to give me an estimate. The sent John Green. Over and above is the best way to describe John Green. He showed up promptly for the estimate. He suggested we call our insurance since the roof had hail damage. John also was a licensed insurance adjuster, so he was able to point out damage to the guy sent by our insurance company. Our insurance company paid for the roof, but they wanted to send an inspector and do lots of little steps before mailing the final check. John offered to take care of all the paperwork and jump through all the hoops for us so we wouldn't have to. The only glitch was the day of the install, the roofers were delayed at another job. John had come to the house 4 times to see how the work was progressing and offered to have the crew come the next day on Saturday. Instead, we delayed it to Monday. The crew was quick and cleaned up very well. No nails or litter anywhere. John stayed in touch with us all through the process. He is personable, knowledgeable, hard-working, and thorough. We couldn't have asked to work with a better individual.

One of the best experiences I've had with a home repair business in a long time. Alan arrived right on time. Very polite and personable. He inspected the roof, then explained to me all the particulars of the specific damage my roof was displaying. Didn't try to sell me a new roof, actually said my 11 year old roof was in pretty good shape. Alan reattached the shingles and didn't charge me a dime. Very impressed with this company and not just because of the savings. I was prepared to pay for the repair. Eventually I'll have to replace my roof and I will definitely call T Rock!

Very knowledgeable and courteous company. I did not get a sales pitch and really appreciate their style of doing business. I will definitely consider them for any of my roofing needs including when the time comes for replacement!

Prompt, went straight to work. After roof was repaired, talked to me about the state of my older roof. You would imagine a roofer would try to sell you a new roof, but NO, he told me my roof was in great shape and should last a long while. Not only did I like to hear that - I was impressed by the positive conversation. I would hire T-Rock again.
