He came out yesterday to do the inspection, and is coming out later today to do the repair work. He is very timely and knowledgeable.

Would definitely recommend to my friends and neighbors.

We have had a persistent water leak in our master bedroom, the cause of which has yet to be determined. John caulked several spots and recommended that we install one more downspout that may help alleviate the issue. I had bought a coupon for $99 for $300 worth of roof repair which was well-worth the money spent. Now, we just need to wait for the next rain (may it come soon) to see what happens!

They came and gave us an estimate and arrived promptly to do the work. They finished quickly and did a good job. The boss arrived several times to ensure they were doing what was needed. They cleaned up the area when they finished.

I priced several companies for replacing a squeaking turbine. This one indicated that they currently had an Angie's List choice for $200 for up to $500 work. The clerk checked to see if I could get that price for replacing turbine and then volunteered that I could. I called back a few days later and asked if that would be for both the turbine and for labor. I was expecting to be told that it would be for labor only, but was told that yes, it could include the turbine as well. The people who showed up checked the type of turbine I had, said that they would go to Home Depot to buy it and be back. I assumed I would be charged extra for the added time to buy the turbine. I gather that many people have their turbines bought in advance and just need them put onto the roof. However, I wasn't charged extra. They indicated they could buy one turbine for the price quoted but said that another selection, for $25 extra, would fit better for my roof, so I chose to upgrade the extra $25. They also checked the other turbines while on the roof, checked the roofing quality, pronounced the other turbines and the roof itself to be in good shape, gave a one year free maintenance on the new turbine. Very, very nice people, Jared and John, very competent, knowledgeable. I had them look over some other repairs that I will be having done in the future, to get estimates for those too, and I was again impressed by how knowledgeable they were on the issues. I had just chosen the company from Angie's list because of the current special that could be applied for a minor roof item, hadn't known what to expect, and was really impressed with high quality they are. Couldn't have gone better. Exceptionally good company. Flawless. I'd give them an A plus if that choice were available.

All went well. No complaints. Good quality of work. Good cleanup afterwards.

The gentleman who worked on the roof was very polite and professional. Still waiting for a rain to confirm the work but at the moment my confidence is very high.

They were excellent. They did what they said that they were going to do in the time frame they said they would do it and excellent workers. They were on time and excellent customer service. I would call them back in a heartbeat.

The turbines on our roof were making so much noise we could hardly sleep at night. We called T Rock to fix them. They came out as soon as weather permitted, got on top of the roof and checked them out. Found out one turbine was making the noise, the other one was ok. So T Rock replaced the broken turbine the same day. The price was only $150. (I called other roofers to compare prices. One roofer did not even come out but gave an approximate price. The other roofer came out, but did not get on top of the roof. He said we needed both turbines replaced for $395.00.) I was happy that T Rock got on top of the roof and inspected the turbines, finding only one needed replacing, thereby making the price much cheaper. I felt T Rock was honest, efficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again if I need a new roof. T Rock inspected the roof and said we didn't need a new roof. Isn't that amazing that they didn't try to sell another whole roof? The individual that installed the turbine was very business-like, and helpful.

If we could get an A+ we would. We are prospective home buyers and wanted to get a more thorough inspection and estimate on some concerns our Home Inspector had brought to light. T Rock's response time and ability to accommodate our very short time frame was excellent, especially since we needed to coordinate many things through our agent. Aaron arrive promptly and we received a very thorough, meticulous and easy to read inspection report/estimate; complete with pictures, detailed explanations and suggested repairs of problem areas with an itemized estimate. He also gave an estimate on gutter replacement and brought an assistant who handled window replacement estimates. Very satisfied with his attention to detail, quick response time, and professionalism. Would use him again, would recommend him to others, and our real estate agent feels the same.

The entire experience with Allan Hammond was very pleasant. He provided excellent and prompt service, very professional, honest and informative, I was overly satisfied with the quality of work and the service price. He also fixed my neighbor?s roof on the same day. my neighbor was happy too. I would highly recommend Allan Hammond to anyone.

Allan was professional, polite and honest. He was patient and gave a very clear explanation of the repair work and quoted reasonably in a couple of hours after my call. He fixed the issue the same afternoon and even came back later that day the second time to make sure the attic wasn't impacted after we got home from work. Thumbs up!!

The inspection was quite detailed and went quite good. The contractor explained everything about the current condition of the roof and explained about the repairs/replacement if wanted to go ahead with the service.

The team was very responsive and professional. They did a wonderful job of fixing the problem and explained everything along the way. Wonderful experience.

He was extremely professional and on time. He inspected the damage and actually showed me a picture he took from his phone and detailed out what was happening and producing the damage. He fixed it all up and even painted a part white to match the house instead of it being the silver flashing. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to my friends!

Overall it was OK. The first guy they sent out seemed to have a primary focus of up-selling me on repairs. The owner was top notch and resolved my issue when I escalated it to him. He sent a 2nd guy out to patch some nail holes in the roof. I only spent $200 but it was more of a pain than I expected it to be.

Allan Hammond was the most wonderful and profession person that we dealt with. He was prompt, honest and finished the work as promised. We will use Allan and T Rock roofing in the future!

John Green of T-Rock Contracting came to my property to locate and fix a roof leak. John is friendly, punctual and really tries to please. unfortunately, although he twice assured me the leak was fixed and there'd be no further leaks, there REMAINS a leak, with no apparent improvement after 3+ trips to make different repairs. besides the inconvenience to me (i) interior ceiling torn out so source of water leaking in could be pinpointed--- cold air always coming into house. can't replace ceiling until roof leak fixed) and (ii) having to keep towels on the floor, which means the rear door tohouse only opens about 1/3 of the way; and (iii) having to continually wash and dry towels after each rain..... i was disturbed about several things in the way John Green handled my situation: 1. i asked him to come out for an assessment and bid. I got caught in traffic and we texted back and forth. got home to learn that, because they were already there, the work had been done. This was startling, when I had 2 other bids to consider and had not officially (or unofficially) asked him to start the repair process. Turned out this repair did NOT work. 2. John then asked Terry, who's experienced with commercial roofs, out for Round 2. Just like John, Terry was very likeable and seemed to know what he was doing. i suggested separately to john and to terry that they use the hose to test their repairs before leaving, but each time each man insisted the leak was located and fixed. i'llgive these guys high marks for effort, but they could never fix my leak. and they seemed too overconfident that their repairs would work. None of their efforts worked. I am back to Square 1 after 2 months of "experimentation".

We had a problem with squirrels getting into the attic through one of the vents on the roof. I reviewed ratings on Angieslist and settled on T-Rock For a larger scale job, I wold normally get quotes from several providers, but for this smaller repair, a quick solution was needed. I called the office, described our problem and was referred to Allan Hammond. He called later the same day and an appointment was set. Allan arrived as scheduled and examined the vents. He found the protective wire damaged on one and the wire was non existent on the others. After some discussion about repair options and considering the age of the original units, I asked Allan to replace them. He picked up the new units and the replacement was completed the same day. Allan was professional in appearance and manner. He explained repair options in enough detail for us to make a decison. There was no attempt to talk us into a more expensive repair. We were satisfied with his work and would call him again.

I thought they were good and am using them again.

Allan was absolutely fantastic. I called them on a Thursday, he made arrangements to be there that weekend to take a look and do an estimate. After accepting their estimate (which was quite reasonable), he got to work two days later and was finished in less than 1/2 a day. Beyond being prompt (important when you're dealing with a roof), Allan was extremely professional, and took the time to explain to me what the problem was and why I was having the issues I was having. He took the care to walk me through what he was going to do in order to fix the problem and educated me on the supplies necessary to get it done right. On top of that, the repair was guaranteed! These guys really have it figured out when it comes to customer service. I absolutely would use them (although I hope I don't have to any time soon), and would recommend them to anyone with a roofing job small or large!

It went very well. I spoke to Bob over the phone, he was able to come to the house do the estimate and repairs with out me having to be there. He sent me photo via a text message of the before and after. I had purchased a big deal through Angies List which covered the entire cost of the repair. T-Rocks office had a slight communication error and did not realize I had spoke to Bob one of their agents. They were trying to contact me to find out when I wanted to schedule service.
