Juan was responsible for fixing the issue, he was there on time and he was able to fix the problem the same day, I was out of town but he kept me and my wife informed of the progress.

I called this company around 10 this morning and the gentleman said someone would be out around 1 the same day. My roof only had minor issues but the young man was so professional and they responded so quick I really didn't mind paying what may have been a cheaper job. He replaced missing shingles and did some additional caulking. I will use them again for any roofing issues.

I was not an Angie's list member when we used T Rock Roofing to replace our roof. I wish I would have had someone to tell me to STEER CLEAR! When T Rock's rep, Stella, came to our house, she told us that they would do our roof at no cost to us. She told us that we could sign up and they would get us an estimate that was "guaranteed to not go over our insurance check". Well, it did not go over but they then proceeded to use every single dime of our insurance money. Stella literally asked for a copy of our insurance check and then later told us that their costs were EXACTLY that amount. Sound suspicious? It sure did to us because we had a roof of similar size done in a different city the year before we moved to this house and the roofer never asked for our insurance check/amount and did just what he said he would do - gave us an estimate. His costs for our similar size house in a nearby city was $5,000 less than what T Rock told us theirs were here. So basically if you don't mind giving up your entire insurance check to shady roofers, then this is the company for you. They will tell you that they are just a family business but so is the mafia! They will say that they use the "same computer software that your insurance company does" to make an estimate but that is just another excuse to take all your money. If you want a FAIR deal where the work is done for what the actual costs are then I would choose a different, more reputable company. We chose T Rock because some of our neighbors had used them the year before (just as we were moving in). We noticed this year after some storms that no one is using them again and of course neither will we. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I don't like sour grapes so I have delayed in writing this review, but after talking to some neighbors today that had the same thing happen to them I felt compelled to share so that others will not have this same experience.

Jared Belsher did an excellent job! I was extremely pleased with his work. Showed up on time, gave me some advice about purchasing an upgrade deal to get work done that he recommended, came back with his workers and did all the work that he said he would do, I would definitely recommend him.

Work was slightly delayed because of weather conditions. Communication about the delay could have been better, but the service provider was courteous, professional, and did a good job. Would definitely call them again.

John was very helpful and explained what was happening with my roof, and why I was getting the leaks. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism, and he called to check after a big storm afterwards, to make sure everything was okay. He was courteous, very punctual, and friendly. say to work with, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I was on the outer limit of their service area and they showed up the next day from when I ordered the deal on angie's list. They gave me peace of mind about the quality and life expectancy of the shingles. I would definitely consider them for a new roof estimate when the time comes.

Since my earlier review the list followed up with T Rock and we cleared up the miscue. Got a resonable price for the work and now have it scheduled for next week. Based on their handling of everything to date i am now giving them A's across the board. I think their work will be good so no qualms about recommending them now before completion.

Showed up on time, stated, the cost would be more do to the amount of shingles missing, however recommended that I upgrade the package on Angie's list which would save money, he spent an hour and a half on the roof, looks great

Jared came out right on time and was very friendly. He spent roughly 25 minutes on my roof inspecting and did some resealing. He spent about 15 minutes educating me on my roof and advised me on some repairs for the near future. I will definitely be calling them for the repairs!

Alan showed up on time, was very thorough in his assessment, and recommended what work he felt needed to be done to make it right. Unfortunately, that was beyond our budget so we are going to have to make a temporary fix for the time being. I wouldn't hesitate to use T-Rock, and believe Alan's assessment was correct and the price fair.

They are outstanding in everything they have done for me. They can do a lot of things, yet if they cannot they refer me to someone who can. They are responsive, professional and prompt. Their salesman is pleasant and helpful.

He dealt with the insurance company and made sure that everything was done in a timely manner. Jared is a very personable and all around nice guy ... you couldn't ask for a better contractor! A+++++++++++

.Previously, last December, I had called T-Rock because I had a very slow drip of a water leak into my house when it rained and was icy on a very cold day. There was ice on the roof and it also rained very hard. T-Rock employee came out, a few days later and said there was hail damage and try to get insurance company to pay for it. Insurance company came out, and said there was not evidence of actual hail damage. Later, approximately a month to two months ago (April or May), Aaron Sadler from T-Rock came by my house and left a note expressing interest in doing a better job for me and wanted to talk with me. I agreed to when he called me sometime later. Aaron came to my house this past Saturday, and examined my roof. Per my understanding, Aaron agreed that there was not hail damage, but there was some blistering caused by not having enough ventilation in the attic in one portion of my roof and also a few damaged spots. He explained that the leak was most likely caused by the combination of rain falling on the icy roof in an area where the runoff for the roof didn't have enough clearance in a situation where ice was present. He recommended not fixing that problem until the roof needs replacing either because of age or actual hail damage that occurs fairly frequently in Texas. He recommended just doing some repairs of the places with some minor damage. Aaron also explained that the claim of hail damage diagnosed by the T-Rock employee in December was from someone that he knew and was claiming association with T-Rock, but was not actually doing work authorized by T-Rock.

Alan's work met or exceeded my expectations.

I could have not asked for any better service. John Green came out and went above and beyond for the service. He came first to replace a turbine for me. He did the major roofing work on a separate visit. He is by far the top provider that I have used.

I requested the service because I thought I needed an additional gutter. The technician inspected the roof, but needed to come back another day to repair a few loose shingles. He said he would provide the name of a gutter company to give me an estimate, but did not send that information. He also recommended that I check with my insurance company on wind and hail damage. I received conflicting information between T Rock Roofing and the insurance inspector, so it's difficult to rate. UPDATE: This company checked back with me after my initial review and wanted to know how they could address any concerns I had. When I said I felt that the cost was too high for the service, they offered to come back and do a second inspection and repair for no additional cost. They seem to be very interested in doing a good job and pleasing their clients.

I had a really good experience with them. Allen the representative was very professional, knowledgeable, and he was helpful in dealing with the insurance company. He kept in communication with me, and the services they provided were above and beyond what we had expected, not having any experience with roofing. Compared to the other companies, they provided a much better service for a much better price, and I have nothing but compliments for the roof that they put on for me. There are others that have used them in the neighborhood, and some of them contacted T Rock because I had used them. They are top notch. They were terrific, I couldn't have asked for more or better. I tell every body to go to them for something.

I purchased a roofing inspection through a Big Deal because my house is 10 years old and the roof should be showing signs of aging. I received a quick response to my purchase and a representative of the company, John, came by within a few days to inspect my roof. He took about 10 minutes using a ladder but told me that he couldn't finish the work because he needed a rope to safely climb onto the roof. It would seem to me that a person inspecting roofs would have such an item with him if that's what he does for a living. Anyway, he said that he would be back to complete his inspection in a couple of days. That didn't happen. I figured that I got played and didn't make any attempt to follow-up. About 3 weeks later I received a phone call from a rep with Angie's List asked for feedback on this contractor. I told that person the John never came back around and that I had never heard back from the company. I said that I felt that I kind of wasted the money for the purchase. The Angie's List agent suggested that I contact the company. I did and got a quick reply from the owner who sent another person to complete the inspection. This man finished the job and reported that my roof was in very good shape for its age and that unless we had another major storm I should expect a few more years of use from the roof. This man also told me that he would see that I got paperwork outlining the total service that my purchase entailed, I didn't pay attention to the details at the time of purchase, and as a way of apology I would receive a gift certificate from a local restaurant. Once again the company didn't follow through on its promise: no paperwork or gift certificate. When we got hit with the hail storm in April that damaged our roof, I got an email from the company encouraging me to contact them for the repairs. I went with another company that did the full roof replacement. Others have gotten good results from this company as many reviews show but I would advise people to be more cautious. As advertisements say "your results may be different". I would tell to this provider that they should provide feedback and stay in contact with the person that's purchasing the service.

Everything was excellent: the crew was personable, professional, and the quality of the work was top notch. John and Gil came out on the same day I called, the work was begun the following day and completed in a timely manner.

T-Rock Roofing was very prompt in emailing me after I purchased their Big Deal, and when I responded via email I received a telephone call on a Sunday. Alan arrived promptly on the day we had scheduled to see what was needed on the roof, and I pointed out an area on the roof that was sagging. We both agreed that there may have been water leaking into the roof at the point where two parts of the roof angled down. I wanted the shingles near that area to be sealed and that area to be completely fixed. He also mentioned he thought the roof, which is over 20 years old, needed to be replaced and we discussed that a little. His contractors arrived on the day scheduled and proceeded to go up on the roof after I met them. I pointed out that area to be fixed and asked that they look for any other areas that might need sealing. They completed their work fairly quickly and had already left without notice to me that they were done when I went outside to see how they were doing. I did see that they had sealed the area where the shingles met, but the dip was still there. I guess there was a miscommunication somewhere because I thought I had made it clear I wanted that part fixed, not just sealing of the shingles in that area. I contacted Alan to ask what had been done and why that part of the roof was not fixed, and he said that the dip would be fixed when my roof was replaced, thinking we are going to have it replaced later this year. We have not decided when we will be replacing the roof so I was disappointed that I hadn't made myself very clear that I wanted this dip in the roof repaired. I asked what else his contractors did and said that I would like photos, so he said he would call me when he got that information. I waited a few days and called him, he said that in addition to sealing the shingles the contractors said they had sealed around some pipes, so I said I would like photos but I have not received any so far. I am not sure how much or even if the contractors sealed around any pipes because they left so quickly and because I have no photos for reference. The sealing of the shingles was a very small job which I wouldn't think would cost $200 much less $500. I would have liked to have either spoken to the contractors before they left and/or had photos. Response to the company's response, the two gentlemen who repaired the 'valley' left without notifying me they were finished, so they couldn't have shown me their work, but since I physically cannot go onto the roof I couldn't have reviewed it anyway. I did contact T-Roc shortly after their employees were here, as I mentioned in my earlier review, and asked about the dip. A figure to repair the dip was not discussed during our initial meeting, if it had been I probably would not have wanted to spend the extra money, so this was just a miscommunication about what was expected. I waited a couple of months (not four) to make sure the repair was preventing further leaks (which it apparently is) before I wrote the first review.

Purchased deal on Friday, provider (Alan?) came by the following day, Saturday, to assess the damage then returned on Tuesday to complete repairs. Very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of this provider.

They were very responsive; within minutes of purchasing the deal, I received an email asking for possible dates/times for the service and an introduction to the person who would be doing the service. I let them know I work from home so I was flexible. It was scheduled for the next day which was great. About an hour prior to the appointment, the company let me know they weren't able to make it and rescheduled for the next day. The next day, after an hour after the scheduled time, they said they got stuck at a job (in Ft. Worth) and would be by in 30 minutes. I work at home so it wasn't an issue but if I would have had to leave an office to meet them it would have been frustrating. They asked me if we had any issues, I let them know of a couple of things and they inspected our roof. After about 15-20 minutes they were done and said they'd need to come back because he didn't have the caulk/collar in the truck. They came back an hour later and fixed the issue (hot water heater vent; there was a gap between the collar and pipe). They suggested we get a new roof on our patio because it was flat and the wrong type of shingles had been used. They said they'd send me a quote and I asked for a quote on a new fan for the attic as well. However, I still haven't received any quote. They said if we had any problems to let them know and we'd be under warranty for a year which I thought was great. My overall thoughts - Of the listed items/services in the maintenance package, I find it hard to believe they could do it all in 15-20 minutes (even with two people) and it makes me question how through they were. Also, I'm not sure why they didn't have caulk when my appointment was for the maintenance package. I'm not a roofer but I think most of the items they said they'd be doing as part of the maintenance package required it. I'm in sales and not following up with a quote is a red flag for me. However, since it was an angie's deal maybe they were extremely busy and we fell thru the cracks.

Arrived as expected, worked very h****** solving my roof problem. Fixed the holes, replaced the under roof, repaired my chimney top. Work was of the highest quality.
