They were really good. They came out quickly and did some minor repairs. They concealed nails, sealed a pipe, and tried to send me pictures of what the roof was looking like up there. They were really nice.

We initially thought our roof needed a few repairs to prepare our house for sale. That's when we purchased the Big Deal -- $200 for $500 of roof repairs. However, when T Rock came to our home to do repairs, they discovered our roof extensive wind and hail damage; they encouraged us to contact our insurance company and file a claim. The insurance company did pay the insurance claim to replace the roof. Therefore, the Big Deal coupon was no longer need because we no longer needed simple roof repairs and the coupon was not valid toward roof replacement.

Juan Fuentes did the work for the provider. He was very professional and performed the work quickly and correctly. He also checked to make sure there were no other issues with any other shingles while he was up on the roof. He made sure to scour the area on the ground below where he was working to make sure there were no nails on the ground or other debris. I would definitely use this company again to do roof repair. A+.

First, this job was covered by insurance and Second, the roof looks GREAT and the quality is outstanding! I would rate the gutter work as average. I questioned the contractor about the building codes as the downspouts extended 6 inches from the foundation whereas I believe they should extend 12 to 18 inches to help drainage. I have been informed they will come back out to extend the downspout, however it has not been completed yet. My biggest complaint is the punctuality. We were informed the roofers would arrive Saturday morning at 7 AM and would be completed by 4:30 PM the same day. I left the house at 8:30 AM Saturday morning and contacted the company that I was leaving and the roofers had not shown yet. At that time, I was informed they were in route. I returned to the house around noon and was informed by the contractor (who was at the house) that the roofers did not show up until after 11AM. He then mentioned the crew members had a rough night. I was also informed by the contractor that he would be leaving shortly because he had to attend a baseball game to try and close a deal with a much bigger fish. (paraphrasing) The workers were on the roof until after 8PM and only completed half the roof. I talked to the contractor and he informed me that he would be at the house first thing Sunday morning to inspect the house. The next morning, the crew showed up at 7AM and started work without a knock on the door or anything. (That was a nice alarm clock to wake up to) The contractor did not show up until late morning apologizing and claiming he had a rough night as well. The gutters were suppose to be replaced Tuesday or Wednesday (2 to 3 days) and we finally got them replaced 19 days later. We were informed the gutter crew had a tough supervisor at the previous job who was a stickler and they were having to spend extra time there. Additionally the gutter crew did not show up until after the owner of the company called me and asked how his company did. At that time I informed him the gutter work was not completed and said the contractor had been out of state and he would find out what was going on with the gutter crew. During the whole process I felt like my house was a nuisance rather than a priority. I can only assume this is because the monies were being paid by an insurance company (hail damage) and not out of my pocket. Perhaps it would have been a better experience if I was paying for the roof/gutters on my own. After our disappointments were discussed with the company by the person who referred us to them, the contractor called and apologized for the timeline of the job and that the crew chief had been fired because they did not appreciate the tardiness. (Which was funny, because the contractor only showed up on time once...to get the contract) They promised baseball tickets and a spa day for the wife for the troubles.

They came out and inspected the roof. Said everything looked really good and had no necessary repairs or issues. I really appreciated their honesty and will definitely use them when the time comes that we need roof work.

We purchased this house last August and noticed through the fall and winter that we were getting pools of water in the garage during heavy rain. After talking to the neighbors, we found out that the leaky roof had been a problem for the 14 years since the house had been built. The previous owners had slapped a bunch of tar and caulk on it to try and stop the leaks. After calling T-Rock and talking to Juan, he came to the house to inspect the problem. He was VERY thorough and professional and took a hard look at the issue from both on top of the house and in the attic. He recommended fixing the problem the right way, by tearing up all the tar, caulk, and shingles in the problem area, and rebuilding the valley where the leak was with several different materials in a multi-layered approach. He took the time to explain the process to me and make me comfortable with the effectiveness of the repairs he was describing. After thinking it over, we decided to go with Juan's recommendation even though it was more expensive than some other quotes I had been given. Juan squeezed me into his very busy schedule and got the work done almost the next day. I could not be happier with the quality of the work performed. Thanks Juan!!

We were in the process of buying a house and needed to have the roof inspected. T Rock had a good price, they were easy to deal with, and completed the inspection in a reasonable amount of time!

Everything went very well. Juan came out within 24 hours of my call, he arrived on time, and he located and repaired a few minor problems with the roof. I did, however, find the price to be high considering the scope of the work.

The work was done on the same day I initially contacted TRock. Black came out early in the AM and provided an estimate. Late that afternoon a roofer was out to repair the roof.

Juan Fuentes was the epitome of professionalism. He was punctual, polite, friendly and professional. I showed him what I needed done and he got right to work and was done in a flash. I was worried that I might need a new roof and he was honest enough to tell me that my roof does not need to be replaced. I will definitely call T Rock construction when I need more repairs or when it's time for a new roof.

Was here to do an estimate within 2 hours of my initial call, and then after seeing the problem, proceeded to do the repairs while here. Went up on the roof, took pictures of the damaged areas to show me before any work began, impressive approach I thought. The technician was very professional, thorough in his explanation and didn't try to sell me anything. He finished the work in about 1 hour, showed me new pictures of the repairs. Simply put, just great service from a contractor!!!! I will use them if needed in the future and share with my friends this experience. I would rate AA++

Juan Fuentes inspected the roof and took pictures of where the shingles were missing and pointed out some minor hail damage to several of the shingles. I was already aware that I had some minor hail damage due to my house inspection a couple of years ago. He replaced the missing shingles and I was able to use some of the shingle material that the previous owner had left in the garage. He also replaced 2 of the hail damaged shingles as well. He explained exactly what he was doing and completed the repairs quickly. Juan was very professional and easy to work with. I would use them again in the future if the need arises.

The crew arrived on time and completed the work in an efficient manner. Workmanship was excellent.

Juan repaired the nail pops and shingles required as well as replaced some damaged rubber boots on the roof. He was very accommodating with my schedule and did everyhting he could to help. He was very friendly and helpful and I really apprecaite him having the time to complete the work same day. He also found a bit more of a repair than first anticipated and included that work under the same quote and so there was no additaionl charge! I will absolutely be calling him back for my new roof after the next hail storm, and I definitely recommend T Rock and will recommend them to my firneds, family, and neighbors!

We've had two good experiences with T Rock. First, we used them to diagnose & repair a leak that we've been battling for several years. We've had three different companies try to locate the leak and fix it, but the leak always returned when we had a big rainstorm. T Rock worked on it in December and they appear to have solved the problem (for the first time in years, we've been through 4 or 5 straight storms without a leak). Then, a few months later, we discovered that something (probably a wild animal) had caused a large gaping hole in our roof. I was out of town but called T Rock that afternoon from the road and they took care of it and had things as good as new the next morning. From my two experiences, the prices are fair, the work is good, the responsiveness and communication are phenomenal, and everything is handled with professionalism. I'm glad I found T Rock through Angie's List and I certainly plan to use them next time I have a roof issue.

Alan Hammond came out and fixed a leak for us on our chimney. He was super friendly and polite. A year later we called him back when we had a storm come through. He worked with our insurance company and really helped out when they denied the claim. He worked with them until they sent out another adjuster and then the insurance company covered the damages. I really appreciate his explaining the insurance process to us.

It went really well. John Green responded very fast and scheduled the repair and installation as soon as the fans came in. John had Juan Fuentes come out to do the work and he was very friendly and explained specifically what he was going to do to stop the leak. This wasn't a really big job, but it was nice to see that John passed by as well to check on Juan and the project. I will wait for a few rain storms to see if we are 100% on the fix before moving forward with repairing sheetrock. The electrician Fred (Fred Moore Electrical services) was a great guy too.

Initially there was some confusion on the date the work was to be performed. I scheduled for them to arrive however they somehow lost my appointment and did not arrive on the date. They however did get me rescheduled promptly for a new appointment. Once they arrived they were professional, helpful and ended up completing minor shingle repair during the inspection. Despite having the initial scheduling issue they did make things right and I was happy with the service.

The representative from the company came to our home to give us a quote to replace our roof due to hail damage. As soon as he walked in he was asking for the estimate from the insurance company. I provided him with that information and he immediately said that they could do it for that price. What my concern is...how do they know they can do it for that price if they haven't even gone on the roof to see what the job is. This is so strange to me. I asked him to specifically give me a written quote so that I can compare it to others that I have received and all I got is a blank work order form that the rep said to read....I was not very impressed.

He worked out well. He nailed down some shingles and let me know everything I needed to know about my roof and did a very nice job.
