T-Rock is a great company to work with. They are very honest, finish the job on time and on budget. Also, they kept me informed at every step of the way. They are hassle free and work directly with the insurance to help you navigate all the complexities. The replace my roof, gutters, fence, paint and windows as a result of hail damage. Mark Strong was my project manager and he is second to none. Very honest and straight forward.

Chad made this a hassle free speedy process. Picked out the color and came home the next day and it was done.

The repair went as good as I could imagine. The workers were on time, and did great work. The Management team was very good with their communication, and professionalism. they cleaned up after every phase of the work. I was very impressed with T-Rock, and will use them again in the future.

Exceeded all my expectations! Following any disaster (such as this tornado) finding workers to trust is an obvious concern—T Rock was truly excellent. Special thanks to Doyle, Salvadore and team, you were awesome. I had three key careabouts: 1) coordinating with 3rd party to remove/repair/restore large Tesla solar system with 66 panels, 2) high quality roof, 3) do more to cool my attic. Results were perfect: roofers started immediately after the panels came down, I got a great roof (per the solar team that put the panels back), and a lot of thought went into how best to move air out of my attic. I’ll definitely select T Rock if/when the next North Texas storm hits.

T Rock is always my first call for roof repair. They’re fast, professional, and take pride in their work no matter if the job is big or small. I recently had what I thought was a roof leak and it turned out to be a worn caulking around a window. T Rock quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a quick and inexpensive solution. These guys are great.

My experience with T-Rock roofing and William in particular have been the most seamless process. From the time the claim was filed and all the way up until the completion of the project, there were no issues because William makes it so easy...Almost too easy. You want someone like William working to get a claim processed. My experience with insurance companies has not gone smooth in the past. Claims experts are quick to deny your claim because they 1)don’t want to pay 2)want to quickly resolve the claim by underbidding 3)have the claimant agree to terms in order that the insured does not get the full benefit of the services they paid for. You don’t have to worry about that with William. He’s dangerous with a pen and knows exactly what needs to be fixed and makes sure that the client gets EXACTLY what work needs to be completed. Additionally, the quality of the work is superb. There was no cutting corners and the work was completed quickly.

Estimate process has been a breeze so far. Mark Strong even sealed up my chimney for me while inspecting everything. Can't wait to see what their bid comes in as!

T Rock was fantastic to work with. If you want a professional company who puts client service first, hire these people. Our home had been damaged in a hail storm, and after I reached out to a few companies to get an estimate, Mark Strong contacted me minutes after. He came out that same day, spent his time doing a thorough review of the property, and provided a detailed list of everything that needed to be fixed. Mark also was with me every step of the way while I was dealing with insurance. Not only did he help us push back when insurance low-balled the planned coverage, Mark came out to the house multiple times to meet with insurance. The process took about 3 months due to our insurance company dragging their feet a bit, and because I am not local, Mark handled the coordination. I also appreciate how much Mark helped educate me about the repairs and the process throughout. He was extremely patient and professional through countless phone calls and emails, and was always responsive to questions or concerns. He even coordinated with our neighbor who shares a roof with ours. In the end, Mark’s knowledge and persistence paid off. All repairs were made timely and professionally, and Mark was able to get our coverage more than doubled from the initial estimate that insurance provided, including covering a replacement of our AC unit that had been damaged. From the beginning estimate to the ending inspection, Rachelle was thorough, professional and friendly. She knows her business well, is true to her word and goes the extra mile to negotiate with insurance companies for the best reimbursement, and after doing a final inspection makes sure things have been done exactly right. Anything not done perfectly gets done/redone at no extra expense to us. The roofing crew were friendly, respectful of our property, efficient and well prepared to work during the heat wave this summer. They cleaned up afterwards great. I would highly recommend this company and will gladly share our experience with anyone looking for a great roofing contractor.

Doyle and his team did excellent work.

They were 1 of 5 companies that I had come out to meet with me and discuss the job. They met with my adjuster in order to ensure that nothing was missed and that I would be able to have all repairs necessary included in the project. The crew showed up on time and Adam was there with them from start to finish. They ensured that all nails and material were removed from my yard as well as that of my neighbors.

I initially had a problems, he's quick to respond and promise to fix any issue that occur. He offered to do it for free.

Service was amazing and the quality of work is impeccable. He was prompt and responsive in the meetings with the insurer and was so very helpful along the way. There were bumps in the process - there always are - but what matters is how they were handled. I will definitely use them again.

Doyle was great. Went to my property the very same day I called. Immediately called me from my place and told it was only a few shingles that could be replaced quickly. he then offered to replace them for free!! he mentioned that my roof will be replacing soon and was simply hoping I would keep them in mind when it was time. I definitely will!

T Rock is excellent. It is very responsive to calls and Doyle is very nice, professional, and most of all, very honest! It rained heavily in the weekend and we found shingles on the ground and the attic leaked. Since more rain is coming, we need to get it fixed ASAP. I called 3 companies before T Rock Roofing and no one answered. I was so worried and frustrated and decided to try one more. T Rock answered my call right away and promised to send someone the same day. Doyle and Aaron arrived around 6:15pm as promised. Doyle checked the roof and told us that it was damaged by hail and needs to be replaced. When he knows that we have very high deductible from the insurance company and we didn't replace the roof for many years, he suggested us to decrease the deductible and wait for the next heavy hail as big as golf. He didn't push us to replace it at all. He and Aaron even gave us some new shingles, put them with our old shingles back on roof, and caulked around tubes, for free! I was surprised by his generosity and integrity! I can't belive it when he told me that he won't charge me anything and he felt sorry that he can't help more currently with roof since our insurance deductible is too high. I will definitely recommend T Rock Roofing and use it for my future roof replacing.

Doyle was very responsive and honest in diagnosing two different issues. For one issue he recommended going back to Angie’s List to find someone for window repair and for the other issue he recommended a plumber. A few minutes after making those recommendations and leaving, Doyle came back and re-examined the window issue and diagnosed the leak as cracked trim, which he and an assistant sealed and we’ll continue to monitor.

We are very pleased With T-Rock. We had Bob as our consultant that we worked with! He was amazing!! He listened to every concern we had and addressed them. He was very friendly and professional. Many people in our neighborhood got new roofs this season, but when T-Rock did ours, they started and completed in the same day! Many others took more than one day and I noticed that those houses had signs in the yard well before those roofing companies even started working!!! I would definitely recommend T-Rock as a roofing company!!! They are located in DFW and have been around for years!!!

They were creative and really gave both of my bathrooms a really updated and classy look.I love it!Did I mention very reasonably priced?!?!Highly recommend!

They were incredibly responsive and prompt in assessing the problem. They were also very fast in resolving the issue since we had a rodent coming in and out. Once the work was done, we had a few additional concerns not part of the first round of issues...and they came back out and resolved within days. Doyle was 100pct about our needs, our service, and fixing our problems. Wasn't about him in the least bit. They went above and beyond. Would never switch horses after finding this one!

Doyle Story from T Rock came out and promptly diagnosed the problem. Also looked over entire roof to see if any other issues might be hiding. Got my quote quickly. I had 3 other companies out . All very good.. I just really liked Doyle’s approach. Julian who works with Doyle has been with him for over 25yrs... that counts with me. No sub contractors and I am very choosy about whom I have around my home. They showed up on Monday and everything was fixed in approximately 4 hrs and they cleaned up there work area. Very polite, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely use them again in the future. Time frame came out on a Tuesday and I accepted there bid on a Friday.. work done that following Monday!!! They were friendly and came over in the middle of the night. Showed up and helped direct my parents in a crisis. They kindly helped gather belongings, load them up and move them safely to a temporary Living space until all the repairs could be done.
