T Rock Roofing & Construction

Called T Rock on Thursday and spoke with (I'm afraid I forgot his name). He conferenced in Juan and we discussed what I needed done. Juan had time the following day so we agreed that he would come out and take a look at the roof. He gave me a two hour window of 1-3 for when he would be there. Friday when he came out, he checked out the roof and was able to do the job right then. Gave us a quote, we agreed and he fixed it. He obviously did a great job, because some pretty severe storms moved through the area and we had heavy rain and wind all night. I got up several times in the night to check the venting and not a drop of water made it in. I would highly recommend T Rock and specifically Juan Fuentes. We will definitely use them again for all of our roofing needs. We also found out that they are actually licensed contractors, so we are going to have them come out and replace our fence as well.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay. We had a few issues of miscommunication. They rectified it by basically not charging me anything for the services. At the end of the day they refunded all of my money directly. They did the work almost three weeks after I purchased the deal. There was a huge miscommunication between the scheduling and the guy actually coming out. His scope was fixing the flashing around one chimney but he walked the whole 4,100 square foot house looking for issues. It was a reasonable price. They addressed the issue and corrected it so you can't do much better than that.

After speaking with the provider today, I decided not to go through with the Big Deal as it didn't seem to really fit my needs. They were very courteous and professional, so this is no fault of theirs.

Wow!!!! Amazing!!!!! I can not begin to say enough wonderful things about T Rock. We were fighting with our insurance company (Allstate) about the weather damage to our roof when we found T Rock. Allstate was refusing to pay for our roof saying it didn't have enough hail strikes per slope and that the shingles coming off were faulty shingles. T Rock helped us by explaining how to go through abrition and helped us through the whole process. With T Rock's help we won almost $50K dollars (when previously, Allstate said the damage wouldn't even cover our deductible). T Rock was fabulous to work with!!!! When they said something would happen it did and on time with respect and courtesy for our home and property! If I ever have an issue with my roof again they will be the first people I call and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

He did a wonderful job. I was traveling and coordinating the repairs via phone and he was very professional and had the repair made before my next fight touched down. I did not feel like he took advantage of my situation of not being there in regards to price. He gave me the "bad" news that my roof looked great (bad for him - not for me) even after all of the storms we had in the spring and early summer. I will definitely use them again if in need of their services.

6 weeks ago they said they would give me an estimate in one week and I have not heard from them. They said they would be back in a week and a month ago I stopped contacting them because it was evident they weren't coming out. Apparently they didn't have the correct kind of material. We've been communicating via text and email. This goes back to June 16th.

My experience was very good. He figured out the issue and fixed it at a reasonable rate.

Last year after the spring hail storm we were barraged by the flood of storm chasers. Nick Frederickson with T-Rock was the only one that actually got on the roof to inspect for damage. He did a thorough examination of the property and identified hail damage to rain gutters, garage door, windows screens and condenser coils. Nick came back and met with the insurance companies adjuster and made sure the adjuster included all the storm damage in our claim. After getting the go ahead from the insurance company he scheduled, coordinated and over saw all work from material delivery to repairs were done professionally in a timely and coordinated manner. The workers were friendly, professional and timely. They moved or covered any and everything that could be damaged. They cleaned up before leaving each day (no old shingles, rusty nails strewn through out the yard). After all work was done Nick reviewed all completed work with us to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction

It went fine. They did what they were supposed to do. They cleaned up after they were done. They were good.

It went GREAT. Alan Gull gave the estimate and the next day it was set up. They showed up on time, repaired the rood for the price quoted.We will use them again for all roofing needs.

Awesome experience! We had a small leak that we needed repaired and have had a couple roofer/insurance scam artists that tried telling us all things horrible about its condition. My wife saw an Angie's list offer for a highly rated roofer. She bought the offer to fix our leak and I took the opportunity to have them do a full inspection. I called at about 5:30 pm and expected either a 20 year old answering machine or a dispatcher long since tired of her job. My expectations were shattered when a pleasant gentleman answered the phone and all my questions. Not only were they able to make an appointment for the next day, but they also made a point to get the guy they were sending out on the line during that conversation. This assured no miscommunication and really helped to open a door of report with their contactor. Blake came the next day early, in a uniform, and driving a logoed truck. (If you've dealt with scams before you know the importance of this level of professionalism!) After discussing the location of the leak Blake took about 10 minutes and did an inspection. He then came to me and explained (with pictures) the small amount of damage I had. The leak we had was caused by a few nails that had worked themselves loose. Blake was able replace the nails and seal the whole area during his inspection. He then REFUSED PAYMENT stating that he would prefer a good recommendation and a satisfied homeowner. From start to finish this was one of my best experiences with a contractor. Thanks to Angie's List and BIG thanks to T-Rock!

They were very professional, and on time. They fixed the problem and then told us they would have someone come back on the weekend and seal all the pipes on the roof for the price we paid. You can't beat service like that! We were extremely pleased with this company!

Best $99 ever spent saved me from having to put ona whole new roof

Quote was higher than others received.

The company was punctual and repaired my roof quickly. I had purchased a deal that cost $250.00 for $500.00 worth of work. It still cost $150.00 out of pocket. I was hoping the deal I purchased would have covered the cost of the repair. I was still happy with the repair. I would highly recommend them.

Juan was the contractor that worked with me on this project. He was very personable, always on-time and stayed in good communication. The installation crew was very fast, finishing in 3 or 4 hours. We had a few minor issues to work through with the gutter installation, mainly because my roof's facia was constructed at an odd angle, which made the installation more difficult than usual. This created a few minor cosmetic issues with the gutters, but they do work perfectly. Overall, I am pleased with the job that was done and believe I payed a fair price.

I contacted T-Rock to let them know what I needed. T-Rock advised when they would go out to look at the roof. After not hearing back from T-Rock, I called and was told they were not able to make it that day. The next day was missed because they forgot. I think they went out the third date we agreed on and I was told he would write up the estimate and get it to me by the next Tuesday. I have not heard from anyone at T-Rock. After the initial contact from T-Rock to asking me to contact them, I had to make calls to them for follow up checking status.

I had my insurance adjuster check my house for storm and hail damage. It was determined I needed a new roof, gutters, and a few window screens. I chose T-Roofing based on their great reviews. I was contacted by John Green. He was very personable and he was flexible with his time. Came out to look around on my schedule. I was also happy to find out that they take care of all types of construction jobs. I had some damage to the back of house left over from foundation repair and a family of squirrels (don't ask!). He gave me a very fair estimate and said he would work directly with my insurance company. The day before the roofing was scheduled he called to tell me the crew had to finish a job they had started and would not arrive in the morning but later. He did not want to chance that my roof may be unfinished before dark so he asked if they could come early the next day. I really appreciated this. I have seen some roofers in the neighborhood take days to finish. Well, the crew showed up first thing Saturday morning and they were done by 2:00pm!! I was amazed and grateful it was so fast. The siding and wood repair looks great as well. I plan to replace my fence in the near future and will be calling T-Roofing Construction again! I would share with a Band of Neighbors but I don't belong to one at this time.

Great experience and great work done by Bob/TRock. They didn't do more work than was necessary and the price was spot on my expectation. Overall, great experience and Bob's card is on the fridge for when we need roof work. I recommend them 100%.

They came out 2 different times. They were trying to find and see if there was a leak in my roof. They gave me a quote for a new seam and also a new roof. I thought the prices they quoted me were a little high. They were willing to work with my insurance company. They were very nice and very knowledgeable.

It went fine. They were prompt, quick and took care of questions that we had. They were very honest. The individual I spoke to provided lots of detailed information.

Juan was incredible from the estimate to the end of work. He walked us through the work that needed to be done and wasn't in a hurry. He did the work in a timely manner and was very professional. We will call on him in the future. If you need roofing repairs this is the one to choose. He even called us back to make sure we didn't have any leaks--incredible!! Thanks for working on our roof!!
