Great! The roofer was very punctual in contacting me to set up the appointment and was available to do the work the next business day. I am pleased with the work.

uan Fuentes managed the project and I also spoke with John Green a few times, both are very pleasant and professional to work with. Started as a missing shingles repair after storm and Juan repaired those promptly, was on time as agreed and very nice to work with. He did a roof inspection as well and told me there was enough damage to warrant a new roof and had me contact my insurance to come and do and assessment. Since Juan could not be there his collegue John was there when the insurance adjuster showed up, turns out the adjuster did not want to go on the roof and another appointment was setup. Juan and the adjuster went on the roof and did a thorough inspection of everything. The inspector also concluded that the roof needed replacing and authorized payment. They then started the replacement of the roof a few weeks later when the weather was good enough and replaced the entire roof in 3 days. The crew was fantastic and worked very quick, and good. The new roof looks even better than the original roof when it was new. They cleaned everything up nice and were very helpful Everything was as they said it would be and when they said it would be and that in itself was outstanding. The quality of the work is very good and the whole roof looks great. They also arranged the difference between work done and insurance estimate directly with the insurance and that was nice as well. For me they are the only company I will have on the roof from now on.

Jared came over on time and professional. Roof inspection went as expected. Didn't need to replaced at this time (5-7 years left). If I wanted to replace the roof, the cost would be $16,000 for 187 bundles 4/12 pitch. I expected it to be around $11,500. We also discussed other work due to this home being a shell but haven't heard from T-Rock. Brian

It was fantastic. They came out when they said the would and they were great. I've been travelling at work so it took me a while to get in touch with them but once I did they got it scheduled and they were right out. They came between the 14th and 19th of January and they didn't charge me anything extra. I'll be needing a new roof soon and we would be calling them in to do it. Roof people are so shady and thank God for Angie's List. They're honest and did exactly what I asked them to do and did good quality work.

They were good. The guy was friendly and there was no mess. The roof is repaired and it looks good. I would recommend them.

This was a very large job. Over 10,000 sq ft of damaged metal roof. Nick worked with me and my insurance company to get my house completely repaired. He was prompt, kept me in the loop and was present to make sure all work was completed to my satisfaction. There were problems, there are always problems, Nick addressed them quickly and always kept me informed. I was impressed by Nick's attention to detail and desire to do a quality job. T Rock is now my go to company for home repairs...

Guy was nice but tried to charge me 200+ over the initial 99 I paid. Tried to make me believe there was more work involved than actually needed.

I had purchased an Angie's list deal. The appointment was easy to schedule and the service man was prompt and professional.

Everything went great. I knew I there were a few shingles missing on my roof due to a hail storm awhile back. Shortly after that storm, several other vendors came around offering a free inspection. None of them wanted to give me a repair estimate without me first talking to my insurance company. One of the inspectors got up on the roof and said there was damage that would require the roof to be replaced, and then urged me to contact my insurance company. When the insurance company came out, they did a visual inspection (with binoculars only, they did not get up on the roof) and said they could see some shingles were missing, but the roof did not need to be replaced. I wasn't sure who to believe, so I figured I'd buy the $50 roof inspection and repair estimate big deal to get a third opinion. As it turns out, the roof did not need to be replaced (just like the insurance company said), but it did need a few minor repairs. When Juan stopped by, he performed the necessary repairs, and even took before and after pics to show me. Overall he said the roof was in good shape. I couldn't be happier with the honesty, and overall experience. I will definitely be in contact with T Rock the next time roofing work is required.

There were two people who did the work, David and one other man. I cannot remember his name. Because of the type of roof we have it was a lot of work to get the old fascia boards down. They had to remove a lot of screws and nails and lift up the edge of the shingles around the entire outside of the house so it wasn't just a simple pull the old down and replace with the new. After replacing all the fascia they had to then nail/screw all the edges of the shingles back down. A lot of the soffet had to be either replaced or repaired and caulked so that no more critters could get in. We had been having a lot of problems with squirrels and roof rats chewing the old soffet and getting inside the top of the house. I am very happy to say we haven't had ANY problems since they completed the work. The work was done in approximately 5 days. They cleaned everything up and left us the balance of the paint. David, the painter, did a great job. Anything we didn't like he changed or fixed to our satisfaction. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He had to take down the gutters along the back of the house to replace the fascia and he actually did a better job rehanging them than the gutter man who originally put them up. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and sometimes we were very picky. He was always friendly, courteous and professional. Juan was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He came out to check on the progress and inspected the entire job when they were done. T Rock Roofing did a great job, actually a couple of other roofing companies I contacted wouldn't even do the work unless we completely replaced the entire roof. I have to apologize for taking so long to write this review. We are new users of Angie's List and I completely forgot. Don't be afraid to use them, we feel their prices are fair and their work very good. We would definitely use them for other work in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Juan was great and flexible. He went up there and even took pictures of what the roofer had missed. Unfortunately, I have not been able to resolve the issues with the original roofer. I will

These guys are awesome. Bob Benefiel called to ask questions and came over the same day to check out the hole. He asked detailed questions before coming over so that he could get an idea of what kind of repair might be best and look good. Arrived on time and checked it out. He recommended a fix using metal barrier and even said he'd be happy to paint it while up there if we had matching paint. He did all that and even cleaned the paintbrush afterward. Best of all, he walked the entire roof to check it out and said while there are some hail strike marks, it's not severe enough yet to warrant replacement, so didn't even recommend any roofing repair or replacement. Very pleasant, very honest, and exceedingly polite and professional. Easy to see why they have such a high rating on Angie's List.

Back in 2011 I had severe roof damage due to one of the storms to my rental house. Nick Frederickson was recommended to me by a friend of mine. Being a lady I am always leery of contractors. There are so many out there that try to take advantage of someone. I contacted Nick and he was at the house within the hour putting tarp on the roof so that I would not sustain any further damage. Nick worked w/ my insurance adjuster and the roof was repaired in a timely manner even though at that time due to the storm they were extremely busy. I have contacted him on little issues that have come up and he has gone over to the house and looked at them right away. He has even come to my primary home and checked the roof for me. The customer service was great and I have recommended the company to several of my personal friends.

The roofing contractor said he is not able to perform the services for the price of the deal. They were very professional and courteous, but the deal won't work for me. The deals print could've been more descriptive to show what they were willing to do.

Bob Benefiel researched what I had on my roof by going to Google Earth and gave me a quote over the phone. He made an appointment for the next day and came out 15 minutes before the appointed time. He was the friendliest and helpful professional who really cared about the customer. He began the work right away and did a fantastic job. He even spray painted all the vents to match everything on the roof. I would highly recommend him to do whatever roofing needs you have as he brings 40 years experience with an unmatched drive for customer satisfaction. This happened the day after Veteran's Day and found out from looking at his truck that T Rock Roofing and Contracting donates 10% of it's proceeds to the Wounded Warrior Fund. As a veteran I really appreciate that they go that extra mile for our wounded veterans.

These guys are awesome! I called on a Saturday and someone answered right away and took my information. While on the phone the dispatch was texting my info to one of their project managers, Juan. Dispatch then got Juan on the phone, introduced me, and let me know that they had already sent Juan my contact info. I setup an appointment with Juan for Monday morning, and on Monday Juan arrived promptly just after 9 as agreed. I walked him through my leaking skylight and I told him I was thinking about replacing it (my old domed style skylight) with a newer roof window style skylight. He was very polite and instead of jumping on my willingness to spend and suggesting that I rip it all out and redo everything he instead said let's take a look and see what's happening it may be something simple. After a few minutes on the roof he came in and showed me a few photos of where the leak may be coming from and informed me that the flashing and shingles were not done how they would have done it and that this is the source of the leak. He said I could just get some sealant and told me what kind and that if I ran a bead around the flashing and under the shingle it should stop the leak. I showed him the couple of other items around the house I was looking to do and he gave me very reasonable estimates that were cheaper than others quotes I had received. As we were about to part ways he said hold on I've got some of the sealant on my truck I'll just go ahead and seal up the skylight for you. When he finished up I asked what I owed and he said don't worry about it. WOW!! These guys really impressed me and I would highly recommend them. Once I've got the budget for my renovations they'll be hearing from me again. A+ and 5 stars all around!

On Saturday, 11/1/2014, we purchased a $50 deal for an inspection and estimate on roofing and/or repair from T Rock expecting a response on Monday. Instead, within 2 hours, we had received a message through Angie's List with a response and an invitation to call them directly. My husband called and explained that we had some missing shingles from the last storms and our insurance company would not cover a new roof just because of them. We needed an estimate on the repair and possible replacement since there are severe storms expected this upcoming week. An appointment was made for the very next day, Sunday, 11/2/2014, and JUAN FUENTES showed up, on time (after Church) and prepared to do the work!! He had actually looked up our house on Google and seen the type and color of our shingles and brought them with him. Juan was extremely professional and knowledgeable and a very nice person. He explained much and inspected well and told us that our roof was really in good shape. It really didn't need replacement (costly for him!) but was in need of maintenance because of its age and because the roofing was secured with staples instead of nails (which was normal 20 years ago). Juan gave us a price and went to work, replaced the shingles, sealed any loose ones, and then removed some branches from a tree that had grown too close during the summer. He cleaned the entire area and even put the branches in his truck to take away. I was extremely impressed with everything he did. And since T Rock is a Roofing and Construction company, we then discussed much more work that we need to have done around the house. I would and WILL recommend Juan Fuentes and T Rock Roofing and Construction to any and everyone I know. Thank you, Juan! A+++

Bob called and we discussed the project and set up a time to come out and review and bid. He came out on a Saturday and he provided a formal quote, which was accepted, and the work completed.

Provider came home on time and damaged some damaged shingled and caulked all the nails on the roof. Extremely professional on their approach and I was very satisfied with their work.

I ended up calling them again and used their services. The contractor came out immediately and repaired the problems I had with my fascia. He seemed very knowledgeable and had quite a bit experience. He did a great job. I'm happy :-)
