Juan came out on a Sunday the same day I purchased the Roof Maintenance Package and he was able to come out to my house to complete the work order. Overall, my experience was good and I was impressed with how quick Juan was in responding to the request for service.

John did an amazing job from our first meeting he was highly professional, not pushy at all! He stood behind each statement he made and answered our questions immediately! He was great in making sure we got and were happy with what we were paying for! He really listened to our concerns and answered many of them prior to our even hiring him. He was there each step or shingle along the way! His crews were professional and did a great job!

Juan was great. He checked the roof out and took pictures to show me exactly where the issues were. He pointed out that the previous owners had installed 50 year shingles on the house before I bought it. He went to purchase replacement vents and matching shingles and returned. After completing the job, he showed me photos of what he had done. He also left the extra shingles with me, in case there was a need for other repairs at a later date. I will definitely be recommending him to others.

I recently moved to the area and into a 8 year old house. I was pretty sure the roof was good for the most part but noticed some little things with some of the flashing and vents. I saw this "deal" on Angieslist so I purchased the "$49 for a Roof Tune-Up and $100 Repair Credit" which included an inspection and some minor repair if needed on flashing/vents, etc. T Rock was quick to respond and after several email exchanges determined that they could come out next day... Jarod, their project lead, came over and was able to get up on the roof, do his inspection, tightened up the flashing. He verified the roof was in good shape and was able to correct the flashing that was loose. Very impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness!

Very well - they were very responsive. Jared was the team leader and he was very clear on the problem and the extent of the problem. We had hail resistant shingles and he purchased those to replace the shingles that needed to be removed. All in all, it took about 3 hours and was done well. They provide a 2 year warranty on their work. I was very impressed and would use them again if needed.

It went well. The company was able to provide the service the very next day. I wasn't able to be at the house, but they provided updates throughout the day via text and sent pictures to me when it was all done. The price was exceptionally lower than other quotes I received.

This my first experience with Angie's List, I bought an advertised deal of $200 worth of $500. Upon inspection of the damage, Mr. Jacobs said that a two story home was more expensive. I had to pay an extra $283 for a job that lasts about 2 hours.The reason I chose Angie's List in the first place was that I'm tired of fine prints, this job should be covered by the advertised coupon fine print copied below. The damaged area was less than 100 sq. feet. Buyers beware of deals ! I'm not buying deals anymore , next time I will follow the old advice of getting quotes and find a reasonable price. Umberto came out on a Saturday and immediately saw the leak issue, plus 2 other issues that may arise in the future. He repaired it all for a very good price.

Juan at T-Rock Roofing contacted me the very next day after purchasing an Angie's list deal to schedule an estimate for repairs when I noticed the dreaded brown spot on the ceiling start after the snows hit us in Feb 2015. He quickly provided an estimate and came out the next business day to complete the job. All my pipe jacks were replaced, shingles were replaced as needed, and caulking completed. He also threw in 4 free roof inspections for free after storms over the next two years. Fortunately, Juan finished up the work before we had several days of rain come in and there was no more leaks to be found! I will definitely be giving Juan a call after the storm season to help keep the elements out.

They showed up when they said they would. They were efficient with no interruption of our routines. The work was excellent and there has been no problems since then.

We wanted to have a general roof inspection done after we purchased our house since the inspector couldn't perform it due to the height. I requested T Rock Roofing using their special offer to inspect our roof. Juan arrived on time and was professional and extremely efficient in performing the task. We were very happy with his service and would recommend the company as well as use their service again in the future.

Well we had a problem in that, my husband is the one that did it. And he tried to use the 50 dollar off coupon thing and he didn't realize that he needed to print up the coupon and give it to the person who was doing the work. So he paid for the coupon and then when the roofer came out, he examined the roof as he was supposed to do and found a little problem with it and it took just a few minutes to fix it and first he told him it would be 200 dollars and my husband said well, he had paid 50 and thought that's all it took just for an inspection and minor repair. And the guy finally said he'd settle for 100 dollars and so he paid him a hundred dollars. He didn't use that coupon he paid for so I don't know what happened to the 50 dollars he paid for the coupon. The man didn't seem to know anything about coupons or anything. I guess it was okay, they fixed the problem. It wasn't a good experience because we ended up paying more than we thought we would. As far as I remember, he was fairly punctual.

It went great! Humberto was an excellent communicator throughout the whole scheduling process and kept me up to date as to when he would be able to get to my house. Once he arrived he inspected the roof and identified the areas that needed to be repaired. After that he went to work and completed the repairs to my satisfication. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Went very well. Juan was very complete in his comprehensive analysis and very professional.

I had an area where a critter had gnawed a hole in the roof & eave of the house. Called T Rock to get estimate. They inspected the whole roof and found a few other places that needed repair. They gave me an estimate to fix all the issues which was in line with other estimates I got. When I called to have them do the work they showed up the same day and completed the work to my satisfaction and cleaned up afterward. They also found some rotted wood which they replaced and painted with my paint at no additional cost. Overall very pleased with the results.

It took them a couple of months to get everything fixed, but they did a pretty good job. They handled all the stuff with the insurance company, so it was good. They covered my deductible. The insurance company paid them $10,000 or $12,000 for that and it didn't cost me anything.

I worked with Juan and he was super responsive and professional. I had called T Rock to get a quote to replace some shingles that had blown off my roof. BTW, I had contacted another company and got a quote for $350 to replace and seal the shingles. Juan came out and said I needed a new roof....he showed me pictures and said he would work with my insurance company and would only have to pay the deductible. Juan was there when my insurance inspector came out. He walked my roof with the inspector and showed him all the areas of wind damage and I was approved for a new roof! The inspector said I needed a new roof immediately! Juan had his guys to my house the next week and they finished my roof in one day. It looks great! And they came back a second day to clean up and make sure they didn't leave any nails on the ground. I was very pleased that they were able to get my roof replaced so quickly and would highly recommend T Rock Roofing!

It went well and they did an excellent job. They made the whole process pain-free for me. They are an excellent company and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Provider was very attentive to clients requests. Provided photos of problem areas and performed services in a prompt and effective manner. I'm very happy with this provider and will use the services in the future.

Call these guys right away. Aaron and his crew are responsive, knowledgable, and do fantastic work! Jared came out and kept me informed of the work as it progressed (regularly text messaging me with pictures!). He did a great job and the price was beyond reasonable considering the work performed. I called T Rock for two reasons: (1) We have been in our house nearly 4 years and have had some high winds here in our area so I thought we should have our roof inspected. (2) Our insurance agent told me that if we had a very good roof and had a certificate stating so, we could save significantly on our insurance. I called T Rock because of the special they had on Angie's List and because of their very high rating. I telephoned the company before purchasing the Big Deal because I wanted to be sure they could also give me a certificate in addition to the work I suspected had to be done. When I called, T Rock suggested I wait to purchase the Big Deal until their employee was here because I might not need it. I actually asked twice to be sure he meant that I could still purchase it when John was here if it was going to save me money! We set an appointment for 10 am this morning. Imagine my surprise when John Green was not only on time, but early!! Promptness is a quality I very much admire (being compulsively early myself). John was not only professional, he was extremely personable. He could tell from looking at my roof (from the ground) that it was a very good roof. The one piece of what I thought was a shingle and was concerned about proved to be nothing to worry about. John got his ladder, climbed up, showed me what I was looking at, fixed it (he said it was trivial) and then proceeded to give me a very informative lesson on my roof. He ended up looking my roof over, explaining about it, answering all my questions, and is going to email me the certification we need for our insurance. He very much impressed me with his knowledge about roofs in general and mine in particular. What a positive experience with an engaging young man! I will definitely call John Green and T Rock to have my roof checked out in the future. And I will highly recommend T Rock to my friends and neighbors and encourage them to be sure to ask for John!

Juan was amazing and very professional. He inspected the roof, identified areas where water could be entering the house causing the leak we had seen, and he fixed them all. The point of water entry was actually on the other side of the roof, it was catching a beam in the attic and running across to the other side of the house. We had never even thought about that. After the last rainstorm, the leak has been fixed and we are very grateful! He also gave us an estimate to fix the roof around our chimney, very reasonable and within budget. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them for all of my roofing/gutter needs.

Our experience was great. We would use them again and we are using them again for other services. We had to do some additional work so it went over the $99 Big Deal purchase price. They did a great job. In my opinion, they were honest and they explained what they were doing. He actually did an inspection of the whole roof and he said that our roof was in great condition where we had other people come and said that we needed to replace our whole roof. I asked him about that and he said that he could charge us for a whole roof, but that he was not there to make money for something that was not needed. He also said that he wanted to be able to go home and sleep. That was it for me. He was very honest and he told us what he can give us for what he needed to do. He told us that it was not really the cost of the materials, but it was actually the labor that was involved and there was a lot of labor. They were there the whole day. There was a portion where I am neat-picky with certain things and because I can see what they repaired. It was kind of a little bit crooked. He actually came out and fixed it to be perfectly straight for me. I thought he was fair and very honest just the fact that he even told me that our roof does not need to be repaired and in that cost, he actually did some other stuff that I did not even ask him to do. He did some additional caulking and certain things. He said that we should fill some parts in to prevent water from going in and some other stuff that he said he could take care of for a certain price. As a matter of fact with his punctuality, he had an emergency come up and he contacted us letting us know ahead of time instead of waiting at the last minute. So, we appreciated him for that. We had no issues. As a matter of fact, we think he went above and beyond.
