I'm very upset at how Angie's List contractors seem to work. I buy the deal, enter my preferred dates, and I expect for the contractor to either a) accept my proposed dates and confirm an exact time, or b) if those dates aren't available, YOU CALL ME AND SCHEDULE NEW DATES. What is this behavior that contractors have where they say "please call us to schedule". Why don't you call me instead? You have my information from Angie s List. I don't have time to micromanage this; the reason I looked for contractors on Angie's List was due to the advertised ease of use and (supposed) focus on the client. There is no ease of use nor and special focus on my needs; these are just big companies trying to push through as much volume as possible at the expense of us users. I want a refund and I will never again use this contractor or anyone else on Angie's List for that matter (this is the 2nd time this happens to me).

Highly professional and friendly service. After the Inspection, I asked the inspector to be honest as to the extent of repair that was deemed necessary. He was honest and offered to repair the main areas for a fair price. I would definitely hire them again.

Replaced a few ridge shingles that had been blown off in a storm, half of the ridge shingles had broken free - was able to match the color really well and you cannot tell there was ever an issue. Also inspected roof in other areas to make sure other repairs were not required.

Their estimate was $1,600. The written estimate didn't say exactly what they were going to do and I never received a call from them explaining what was covered in the estimate. I just had another roofer out and he quoted me $375. Guess which one I'm going with?

I contacted T Rock in the afternoon and they were able to set up an appointment first thing in the morning. Jared was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. The repairs were completed that day which was especially urgent since another storm was on its way. Jared explained the repair in full and was attentive to our concerns and questions. All work was done professionally and all debris removed at the end of the job.

I am completely impressed with T-Rock roofing and construction. Their quality of work, excellent customer service, reliability, and overall helpfulness far surpassed any home services company I've dealt with in many, many years. I found out yesterday that I needed an adjustment to our new water heater exhaust pipe, within the first 24-48 hours. I had zero roofing contacts and thought with all the rain there would be no way I'd get someone out here in that time frame. Well, I came across T-Rock (on Angie's list) and called over to Aaron. He got me on the schedule immediately - not because I had an urgent need but because that is just how they operate. A.J. Garza arrived this morning, after the promised call before, letting me know he was on his way. They said the tech would be there at around 10:30 and he was right on time. Upon meeting A.J. I felt at ease, he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly explaining everything I needed to know in terms I understood. He got straight to work adjusting the water heater exhaust line and roof cap. He also thoroughly went over my entire roof, inspecting it for damage. He reported back that our roof was in great shape and we do not have hail damage. Many contractors wouldn't be this forthright. I then asked him to look at another water heater we were potentially replacing, which would require some roof work for the exhaust. He spent a significant amount of time inspecting the area and going over my options. In addition to looking at the areas I requested, he noticed some rusting to our hvac piping. He pointed out this potentially problematic issue to me and offered some cost effective ways of addressing it. I felt he went over my issues the same way he would look at them if they were in his home. Very honest. He pointed out areas that may be of issue when the water heater city inspection is held, explaining what may need to be done and what it would take to address it. Overall, I was just put at ease with the work needed and I have every bit of confidence that the work A.J. did today and any future work will be done with the utmost quality and attention to detail. I will without question be calling them in the future. If I could work with them for any and all home repair need I would.

I have concrete tile roofing on my home and noticed one tile had fallen down due to a recent storm. I purchased a coupon from this company for $200 worth $500 worth of repairs and the company came out the same day repair my roof. Great job!! Will use again.

They responded quickly to my call. Sent representative out to inspect problem; he was polite and knowledgeable. He Inspected the roof to determine what work was necessary, then contacted the person to complete the work. Covered the exposed area in the event there was rain before the work was completed. The work was completed that evening. Very pleased overall!

It went great. Humberto Camacho was so helpful. He was professional and did a great job. So glad we used T Rock. Would recommend them to everyone.

I called T Rock Roofing on Monday, May 11, 2015 and I spoke to Aaron who listened to my repair request. Then he made a 3way call to one of his employees and coordinated the repair. Stella informed me that she would be at my house on Monday to give me an estimate. At 3pm, employees arrived and provided details on the lead and an estimate. Stella also arrived during this time. The repair only took about 20 minutes and then I paid Stella $80. This company was prompt, professional and quick.

They did a great job. New gutters. Very efficient and fast and clean. Pay attention to detail. They even did things they didn't need to in a good way. Good competitive pricing.

When John was finished with the repairs, he explained the problems he had discovered and explained how he had repaired the problems. When I signed up for this $50.00 roof inspection with T-Rock Roofing through Angie's List, I figured I would be charged for any repairs that were done as a result of the inspection. I was not charged for the repair work that John did. It has not rained yet so I can't check for leaks yet, but I don't think there will be problems. In addition, I want to add that T-Rock Roofing participates in the Wounded Warrior program. A portion of their profits goes to support Wounded Warriors. They also hire combat veterans to work for T-Rock Roofing. A great company to work with. It's refreshing to find a company that does what they say they will do, on time, without a bunch of additional charges added to the bill.

They missed the original appointment date but did call to re-schedule. When he came, he did basically what the deal was for and I had showed him a couple areas where we had leaks. He did minor repairs in those areas and said that in the one particular area that we needed to tear off the shingles and redo around the flashing as that is where he thought the water was coming from. I asked him to send me an estimate for that work and he said it would be a few days. Both areas still leaked in the next rain and I sent Juan a message telling him that we would need as estimate for the work we had talked about and for additional work to fix the other area. It has now been over two weeks and I have not heard from them again. Update: I had originally rated them with D's due to the lack of responsiveness. Mr Sandler called on 5/4/15 after seeing my original review and asked for the opportunity to try again. Mr. Sandler arrived with one of his technicians and spent a great deal of time working on the problem areas. Both of the gentlemen that were here today were extremely professional and responsive to my concerns. We won't know until it rains if all of their efforts fixed the issue but I am now confident that if not, I can call Mr. Sandler and he will respond. His immediate goal is to keep the house dry and then work with us to address the additional issue with our roof.

When I called them, I told them I had a leak and needed the roof sealed. I noticed lately that there has been moisture coming down in the walls. You can see where the walls are expanding. I called T Rock to tell them of the problems and he said that it's not their problem because the work wasn't under warranty and it completed around October. He said that the rain and high winds probably started causing the leaks again. If that's true, then the work he did was sub-par to say at the least. I had to hire someone else to fix the leak and it cost me an additional $200. T Rock Roofing did not put flashing up as they were supposed to. They only siliconed the shingles. It did not stop the water from coming in. I specifically told him that he should have put flashing all the way down the roof and at the roof overlay. He did not do what I asked I also had them give me a bid for other work I needed done and their bid came in $20,000 higher than the other two estimates I've received.

Fantastic service. Called same day we bought deal to schedule roof inspection. Scheduled for later same week and came when scheduled. Appreciated getting an email with phone number and name of who we be coming out prior to appointment. Really liked that on arrival introduced himself and gave my wife a business card identifying himself - plus vehicle had company name on it. Was impressed he didn't try to sell me new roof, which I knew we didn't need, and did not try to sell chimney repair, but will give quote to repair with upgraded materials from what the builder used per our request. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

JOHN GREEN was so thorough. He took the time to inspect, identify and resolve the problem at no charge and he was here nearly 90 minutes. Beware of those slip shod roofers who solve everything with just a caulking gun and call T ROCK to get a real roofer out to your house.

Purchased coupon offered by T ROCK for a $49 roof tune-up and $100 repair credit. We had about a dozen shingles blown off the southwest side of our roof during a recent storm. Company arrived very close to time promised, replaced the shingles quickly and informed us that the rest of the roof looked fine at this time. No extra charges. Very happy with their service.

They were wonderful. The guy was on time, professional, and when I need more work done I will get in touch with him.

Logged onto Angies List and started looking at general contractors and handymen reading all the comments looking for someone else who had our problem and gave good reviews to the service provider they used. By 7am I found T-Rock Roofing and Construction and saw some comments related to our problem. Went to their website and used their contact info writing an email describing our situation. Before 8am Bob Nankervis with T-Rock called and was here within an half hour or so. Come to find out he lives close to our neighborhood. Bob listened to what we said, inspected the window, looked at the gutter and climbed on the roof. He found several solutions for us. Some to do with the roof line shingles and also thought a larger diameter downspout would help. He sealed the roof line shingles and put us in contact with his gutter guy. The gutter guy is expected today at 1pm. I can't say enough good about Bob Nankervis and T-Rock. He is more than willing to return if the problem continues and probe deeper into what may causing it. He said he also has someone to replace the sill among many other services a homeowner could possibly need. If we never need Angies List again this one time more than paid for the membership just knowing that we found someone reliable.

I saw this deal on Angieslist -"$49 for a Roof Tune-Up and $100 Repair Credit" which included an inspection and some minor repair if needed on flashing/ vents, etc. Juan was great. He checked the roof out and took pictures to show me exactly where the issues were. There were few minor repairs which he took care of immediately and showed me the pictures after work. There were other issues which was pointed out to me which he will be sending me a quote. Very impressed with the professionalism and will definitely recommend him to others.

Mr. Allan from T-Rock Roofing/Construction was courteous and knowledgeable. Explain what had to be done after inspecting the house. Chose T-Rock because of their reputation and great reviews. Did setup an appointment to do a new roof and new gutters. The crew came within a little more than a week to put a new roof in. It took a day to complete and they did a great job, The following week the other crew came in to install new gutters. The job was done within a couple of hours and did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof and/or gutters.

It was fine. The guy showed up on time. He did what he was supposed to do, didn't cost me anymore so it was pretty straightforward.

Humberto who did the initial temporary roof fix and quote, also came to do the repair. Upon starting the repair it was discovered that the chimney was in terrible shape and contributing to the leak. He gave me a price to repair the chimney which was fair and accepted. The chimney was almost a complete rebuild and included painting. He was very thorough in completing the repairs and provided detailed updates with before and after pictures. We have had no further leaks since the work was done. Satisfied customer.
