They were very punctual in coming out and doing the inspection. A few days passed and I had not received a call indicating what their inspection had revealed. I called to find this out, and after being transferred a few times, was connected to the project manager who mentioned what issues they had found but said she did not have a ballpark estimate yet. I gave her my email for her to send the report to, and she said she'd get it that afternoon. A month has passed and I have still not received anything despite having reached out several times as recently as a week ago to her to find out what the status was. On the bright side (I guess?) I was never charged for the inspection either (which was supposed to be $50), so I guess no harm no foul. Unfortunately, this now means I need to hire another roofing company to come out, inspect, and ultimately do work which I now know is needed but due to the lack of any kind of report, don't know the specifics of.

The repair work was in Arlington and Mansfield, TX. His business was not in a good location for us. He wanted to replace roof's that were not that old. He visited three locations at no cost to me, but we don't need three roofs. Maybe one. Cancelled through Angie's list and contacted someone else.

Allan came to examine the leak we had in an area of our roof. He listened and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was professional and helpful in every way. We made payment that day and he made the repairs a few days later without us being present.

Signed up for estimate on June 1, 2015. 2 weeks later had to contact them again to request the estimate. Quick trip up a ladder and 2 minute conversation and promise of an asap estimate. Had to contact them again to receive the promised estimate. Price was high and after the "service" - decided to cut my loss and find someone else to look at my roof. I don't enjoy giving a bad review ... but the truth of the matter is he didn't care if i chose them or not.

From the first contact the was a excellent experience. The project managers, Javier and Humberto came out to provide an estimate the same day as they were near by. They inspected the roof and provided photos of what they saw in the area of concern as well as additional things of note. They provided an itemized bid on the original work I requested and the additional things they found. I was free to chose what I wanted them to do, absolutely no pressure, The next day it rained and they phoned to explain it would be risky to attempt but they would evaluate again in the afternoon. They called in the afternoon to advise me to wait for the morning as they were concerned about sealing due to the moisture. The level of communication was outstanding, The work was performed the next day. Javier, Humberto and their crew, all were there the entire day. They arrived early, worked all day and left the place spotless. I could not be happier. Javier called 2 days later to follow up and see if everything was all right. This was my best experience with roofing, both in communication, service, and price. I highly recommend these guys and will use them myself again.

This is the 2nd time I've had them out (different problems). A year or so ago there was a leak where something came loose around the chimney. Both times they were timely, quickly found and repaired the problem and each time it cost me less than a $100. Both times they brought me pictures from the roof showing before and after. I'm recommending them to everyone that might have any roofing problems, they're great!!!

T Rock responded very quickly. Aaron was helpful and set up the appointment as soon as possible. Humberto and his crew assessed the repair-work accurately and completely the job quickly and in a professional manner. Humberto explained every detail of the job and its need. I am very satisfied with the work done.

It was a great experience. We had used Juan about a year ago in our old home, and were blown away by his professionalism and honesty. That's why I called again for this job. The guys did a great job and even sealed up another area at no additional cost. Juan Fuentes with T-Rock Contracting is without a doubt the best in the Metroplex. Spoke with Aaron from T Rock they were swamped with work after a month of rain in Texas. But since our roof had a leak they deem it a higher priority and referred me to Clear Choice. Obviously there is some type of business relationship there. Chris from Clear Choice came out, assessed the roof and resolved the leak. Couldn't be happier thanks to two good roofing companies that care more about customer satisfaction than building their own empire. Thanks for the team work and keeping my family dry.

The originally scheduled technician could not come at the specified time but Aaron offered to come over in an hour. He was then able to find another technician to come the same day. I can't remember his name at the moment, but I have to say that his customer service was top grade. He took the time to discuss a weird leak in the roof and was very diligent with his work. The best example of work ethic and customer service was when he had put his ladder away and then went back on the roof when I mentioned about a leak in the water heater vent. He also called me a couple of days later when it rained heavily to check if there were any leaks. A+ service all around

There was some missed communication between the boss and his helper which could be frustrating. But they eventuallly worked it out. With the recent rains, we noticed some leakage in the house at the places they had fixed. The reply was, however, immediate and they are coming to check and remediate according to their warranty. Good sign!

Went very well. Very nice man. Honest. He inspected the roof and replaced a couple shingles and resealed around some of the pipes on the roof.

Easy scheduling, technician was punctual and efficient. The caulk used was different from roof shingle. He promised to return later and change it. This he did as promised. A good experience

Outstanding service and quality. A J was running ahead of schedule so showed up early after calling to make sure that was OK. He was extremely courteous and a total professional. The roof was in pretty good shape; just needed some repairs from recent wind damage. He described the repairs that were needed without trying to sell services I didn't need. In less than two hours the work was complete. I will definitely remember T-Rock the next time I need roofing work

The person they sent was not very professional and did not find the source of the leak. (They couldnt fit me into the schedule for over a week and it rained the whole time so there was a ton of damage by that point). Not finding the source, he recommended to just re-roof the entire area. I found another company subsequently who DID find the problem-- it was a minor gutter issue. So glad I didn't reroof the whole area! First of all, it would not have helped the problem. I had asked the guy to send me a quote to reroof the area when I thought that was the only solution. A week later I still didn't receive the quote. I called the company, who had him call me and explain. He was upset I called the company instead of him directly. He backtracked and said he emailed me the quote and I mustn't have received it. I verified he had the correct email address, which he did, so I have to wonder. I asked for my $$ back for the diagnosis. They did refund my money.

We noticed the problem after the rains on a Saturday and they were able to come out on Monday to take care of it.

Professional service at a fair price.

Great! T Rock was very helpful and responsive. They replaced the cracked vent seal quickly, and even fixed a few additional ones that needed to be "re-sealed" (for no additional charge).

Bought an Angie's list deal on Saturday May 30, 2015 for $99 which covered roof maintenance up to $375. They called me that very day and because they were already planning to be in Plano that day for another customer, they said they'd call me 30 minutes before they could arrive. Later that day, they called and said they were on their way. They went into the attic and onto the roof and then explained that there were several repairs to be made: I needed some shingles replaced and some sort of underlay sheet replaced in one spot (that's where the leak was which caused me to call in the first place). I also need a boot jack replaced that cracked and was likely going to lead to another leak, plus a few other spots that just needed some extra caulk. Without the Angie's list deal it would have cost me $280 which seems reasonable to me but since I had bought the deal, all the repairs were covered. I was really impressed. This was after weeks of rain and many bad storms. I'm sure that they were busy but they still got to me in the same day. Their website said they didn't work weekends but I guess because of the storms they stepped up to help people out and gave up up their weekends. I was sure happy that they did!

Roof still leaks only during heavy rains. He said recaulking might not fix it and they may have to replace the whole section. Will get them to come back out for an estimate. In spite of the fact that the roof still leaks, I would use them again. He told me it was worth trying the recaulking, because it was a cheaper option if it worked. He was up front with me and very professional.

T Rock Roofing was a pleasure to work with. We had extensive roof damage from some bad storms in Denton over the years. I called T Rock Roofing and Juan came out and did an inspection. He recommended a new roof but in the meantime he patched up some areas on my roof for free because there were some storms coming soon. Our insurance company ended up approving a new roof and Juan made sure to get us the best possible roof with the best materials and products. The roofers installed the roof in one day and worked like crazy. I was very pleased. Additionally, Juan was very nice and gave us a discount on our deductible. All in all, I would recommend T Rock Roofing and Juan to anybody needing quality roof repair.

I emailed and then called this contractor. Aaron returned my email within 5 minutes, my call within 24 hours and gave me great advice. Due to the location of the home we are trying to purchase this company would not be available in my needed short notice and weekend hours. However, they provided me with multiple other trusted contractors who also try to help me in short notice. Thanks to Aaron we located a contractor who could come to our potential home on a Saturday to do a Reno estimate. Thanks to this referral today we purchased a new home. Thank you very much for your prompt, friendly and honest service. Your help truly changed our lives.
