Everything went fine. I just felt like the verbiage on Angie's List was a little misleading. It sounded like I would be able to use that $99 towards the repairs and that wasn't the case. So I ended up paying an additional $120 on top of $99 for the repair. So, I thought that was a little misleading. They came out the next day that I purchased it. I've used them before. The first time was great. I'm just disappointed that I wasn't able to use that $99 towards the repair.

Basically, there were multiple trips to my house for repairs, with an excuse as to why the leaks weren't fixed each time they came out. They were quick to respond, and seemed professional, but in the end, things weren't fixed, and I paid a lot of money for nothing.

My first review of TRock was based upon communication - initially it was lacking. As I said in my first review, I felt comfortable with John, as I thought he did with me, but communicating with him was a little frustrating. But for those that will use TRock, John will say email him (which I'm sure he is very busy), but I advise calling him. After the initial difficulties, I spoke with Aaron, and he assured me that he would like to do business with me, (which he did not have to do), so no problem, we picked up the process. My roof was installed on Saturday, September 19, 2015. I was told the shingles would arrive on Saturday, but they came a day early (that was the only hitch). The men that came out did the complete job, and threw in a roof for my storage. John came by today, and picked up the money - On Time! There was no trash, and so far as I can see, no nails left! So, if the roof holds and no leaks, I am a happy. All I wanted was a good roof, and to pay them the money - simple as that! Thanks TRock!

My tenants in Venus sent me a picture of minor ceiling damage to the bathroom ceiling of my house located in Patriot Estates. Originally, I purchased a coupon for minor roofing repair on Angie's List. T-Rock Roofing called me about the coupon for minor repair and maintenance for $299. offered on Angie's List. . I gave them the address of the single family home and a man named Dallas (T-Rock roofing rep) said it was outside of their normal area of work. I told him to forget it then, but he insisted that he talk with his boss and would let me know if the boss wanted to honor the coupon. Two days later Dallas called back and said he would visit the home with a full crew and perform the required maintenance. Again I told him that if it was out of his area he could let it go, he insisted on taking the offer of the Angie's List coupon. On Wednesday the 29th of July, Dallas called me from the rooftop and proceeded to attempt to sell me a new roof, although this was a fairly new home (late 2006) and the roof was less than ten years old. I asked him to please do the minor repairs (one small leak over the back bathroom, only minor ceiling damage) and leave. Dallas wanted to wait for an insurance adjuster (with his full crew) and I since had never had trouble with leaks in the past and since this was very minor with minor damage, I ask him to simply do the minor repair and leave. Dallas called that evening and said he hadn't been paid and ask me to pay, I reviewed the coupon and told him that Angie's List had been paid and I was sure they would pay him in a timely manner. He was not very happy about that, but agreed to wait for payment. Later that week Angie's List sent me an email stating that there were issues with the payment and Dallas had assured them that he had gone above and beyond the required work for the coupon price. I replied that I only requested the receipt of the coupon payment be sent to T-Rock roofing and nothing else. I trusted that Dallas and T-Rock had completed their end of the agreement. It seems that I was badly mistaken about T-Rock and Dallas when today the occupants of the property reported the leak had not only returned, but is now much worse than the original leak. I purchased this house new and have always completed required maintenance as needed on the structure. There have never before been issues with the roof, leaks or otherwise. I have even added a full guttering structure to the original work for better roof drainage. I do not believe that any work done by a professional contactor should increase the problem, a minor issue as best to begin with and would not use T-Rock again or advise anyone else to use them for their roofing needs in the future. I should also note that I contacted Dallas again prior and offered his company an opportunity to do right by me and he flatly refused. Best regards John Hendrickson Home owner.

TRock did a great job, Alan Gull and his crew did a terrific job: very responsive, really helpful with insurance company, easy to talk too and very helpful, great cleanup, excellent job!

They were very professional and easy to work with. My son actually over saw the work and was very impressed with them.

I had a horrible experience with T-Rock. Contractor showed up late to the first meeting, told me I needed a whole new roof and involved my homeowners insurance. The contractor almost missed the following meeting with the insurance adjuster. Insurance found no damage. Got a second opinion and no damage. Was then quoted $1200 for pipe vent boots that was $500 worth of work. Decided to use a different service. Would never use.

Excellent service! My account manager, Stella, was amazing! She took care of all the details and made my process worry free. After my roof was finished, a car hit my brick mailbox. I called Stella, and someone was at my house 2 days later. The mailbox was finished perfectly THAT DAY! I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful work done in a timely manner, professionalism, and a fair price.

checked the roof and identified the loose flashings and suggested there is no problem with the roof and glued the loose flashings. Cleared the gutter in the roof which were not reachable.

After one initial email, I was not contacted by this service until I contacted them. After two or three promises to "schedule", I was told (after I called them again) that I was out of their service area. I repeatedly told them I worked in downtown and it was difficult for me to schedule time off, and when I would be available. No response. I wish they had informed me three weeks ago when I could have contacted someone else. I had bought the coupon $200 for $500 dollars work, and I was given a money back guarantee. Since the work was never performed I would hope to at least get that, but it doesn't do me a lot of good. I won't be using Angie's list again either. This kind of haphazard service is available anywhere for free. I had hoped for something better

It took me a couple follow ups to get someone to call me to setup an appointment for an estimate. Once I did get the appointment scheduled, John came out and gave me an estimate. I asked him to schedule the work to get done. I didn't hear from him after 4 days so I had to follow up again. When the workers finally came out to do the work they weren't told what the job was and didn't have the tools to get the job done. The workers weren't T Rock Roofing & Construction employees, but a crew T Rock called to "fill in". In speaking with the workers, they said they wouldn't guarantee their work unless more work was done than what was quoted. I asked them for a quote for this additional work and they said they couldn't quote it and told me I had to get the quote from T Rock. I called T Rock and asked them to quote the bigger "guaranteed" project and after two days of no word from them I decided to cut my loss and find a new contractor who wants my business. Dealing with them was a one month waste of time.

The work has not been performed yet, so I cannot say any more.

Wonderful company to work with. High quality work that exceeded expectations. We're very happy. Like with any contractor there always seems to be a drag in timeliness of communication. The job took a bit longer than originally quoted, but as long as you expect that beforehand then you'll be happy. Will certainly use them in the future for other projects.

It didn't go at all. I asked for a refund of my $50 since the roofing company did not perform an inspection. The roofer told me I would have to go through the Angie's list website for a refund. I tried several times to request a refund and the computer link screens kept linking back and my request for refund never went through. I have yet to find a phone number to request a refund by phone. Don't hire this roofing company.

This is the first testimonial I have ever written for a company, but feel compelled to do so today. Sam Rogers (my representative at T-Rock Contracting) saved me $248.00,on the installation of two roof turbines for my home. I had received two other bids, and my son urged me to check on Angie's List first. Sam came out the same day and without knowing the other bids, came out $248.00 less! I know who I'll be calling when the next big hail storm comes through!

New employee came out to do an estimate. Unfortunately he quoted a verbal range (900-1200) and it was not honored by the company (supervisor). The company came back with a written estimate that more than doubled the cost (over 2400) due to the fact that the new employee supposedly forgot to include the cost of materials in the verbal estimate?! The new employee originally mentioned that some firms would come by and quote me double the cost of his verbal estimate but not T -Rock. The supervisor (who did not return my calls) admitted that the company's prices were on the higher end. Ultimately I'm ending up getting the job done properly for more than 1000 dollars less.

It took a while to complete the job but it was done well. We are pleased with this project.

However, I decided to deal directly with my insurance (versus involving T-Rock) and then asked T-Rock for a quote on roof replacement. My insurance was fast and thorough and I was ready to move forward but couldn't get T-Rock to send me an estimate. Basically, I didn't give the roofing company full visibility to my insurance estimate because I wanted to manage the process. I guess they didn't like that -- no estimate after two requests. Not surprising given the reputation of the roofing industry but disappointing given T-Rock's rating on this site.

Great company to deal with, prompt, quality work. Again thanks John for a great experience. Definitely will use again.

It went fine, they wanted to charge more after after the estimate but we compromised .

All went very well, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
